Background

In the last decade, the blade diameter of domestic mainstream wind turbines is increased from 68 meters to 116 meters by 70%, and the rated power of a single fan is also improved by 50% -100%. The tower barrel is a key part of a wind field foundation and is a tower rod for wind power generation, supports the whole wind power generation machine to work and absorbs the vibration of the machine set. Generally, the higher the altitude, the better the wind resources. At present, land wind power of more than 2MW and offshore wind power of more than 5MW belong to high-end products. In order to match with the high-end products, three or more types of towers are derived from the assembled mixed tower frame according to different heights and split forms.

And if the prefabricated tower barrel is damaged in the links of storage, transportation, hoisting and the like, repair is difficult, so that the construction period is delayed and economic loss is caused. Therefore, the tower barrels are vertically fixed on the flat plate of the component transport vehicle, and the problem that the number of the tower barrels placed on the flat plate of the component transport vehicle is too small is solved. However, under the common condition, the vertical transportation is fixed, the inner wall of the tower barrel is tightly jacked by the stop block to support and fix the tower barrel, and once strong wind is encountered, the stop block is easy to slide on the inner wall of the tower barrel, so that the tower barrel is toppled.

To sum up, the following problems exist in the conventional tool:

the inner wall of the node ring piece and the stop block are easy to slide;

the transportation and fixing effect of the node ring sheets is poor;

the stop block used by the vertically fixed tool cannot be connected and fixed with the component transport vehicle;

and S3, placing the base on a flat plate of the transport semi-trailer flat car, using a steel wire rope by utilizing an exposed bolt and a reserved prestressed hole at the top of a mixed tower node ring piece, sequentially passing through a hole A, a hole C and a hole B, and binding the steel wire rope by matching with the flat plate.

Therefore, in step S1, an exposed nut should be fixed on the node ring piece to facilitate the passing of a binding tool such as a wire rope. Or a prestressed hole can be reserved on the node ring sheet, and the function of the prestressed hole is the same as that of the exposed nut.
