1. A special cover for a cylinder block, which is provided on a fixing hole of the cylinder block, characterized in that the special cover comprises:

the protection device comprises two protection plates, a first protection plate and a second protection plate, wherein one ends of the two protection plates are mutually connected, the two protection plates are mutually perpendicular to each other, and each protection plate is provided with an inner plane and an outer plane; and

a fixing post disposed on the inner plane of one of the two protection plates, the fixing post being configured to be inserted into the fixing hole;

wherein the two shield plates are used to protect the cylinder block from collision.

2. A protective cover for a cylinder block as set forth in claim 1, wherein said fixing post has a taper and a diameter of said fixing post decreases away from said inner plane.

3. A special protector for a cylinder block as set forth in claim 1, wherein said fixing post has a central axis perpendicular to said inner plane on which it is disposed.

4. A protective cover for a cylinder block as set forth in claim 1, wherein said protective plates have a rectangular, semicircular or semi-elliptical shape, and the same rubber material is used for both of said protective plates and said fixing posts.

5. A special protector for a cylinder block, as claimed in claim 4, wherein said inner plane of said protector plate faces said cylinder block when said special protector is disposed on said fixing hole of said cylinder block, said outer plane facing away from said cylinder block.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of engine manufacturing, in particular to a special protective sleeve for an engine cylinder body.

Background

The cylinder block is completely processed in a production line, so that a qualified finished product is achieved, the cylinder block needs to be hung down from a roller way of the production line, and then the cylinder block is loaded on a material rack to be packaged, protected and transported. In the prior art, no protective measures are taken between the cylinder blocks. Therefore, the cylinder bodies can collide with each other in the process of lifting up and down and transportation. The paint on the surface of the cylinder body falls off due to the collision, so that the cleanliness of the product is unqualified. Or the cylinder bodies collide with each other, so that the appearance quality is unqualified, such as the machined surface is damaged. A prior art line shop takes a temporary measure of separating the cylinder block 100 using a plastic or wood separator 200, as shown in fig. 1.

The purchase cost of plastic or wood separators is high. After the buyer is bought, the buyer needs to cut according to the size without special cutting tools, so that the cutting difficulty is high and the workload is large. The plastic or wooden partition plate needs to be manufactured in a large area to achieve the protection purpose, and materials are consumed and wasted. And the cleanliness of the partition plate is difficult to guarantee, and if the cleanliness is unqualified, the cylinder body is polluted, so that the cleanliness of the cylinder body is unqualified. The clapboard is difficult to recycle and occupies large space. The cylinder body can only be protected in the transportation process by the scheme, and the scheme has no protective effect in the up-and-down hoisting process.

The baffle only plays the protection to the transportation, can't guarantee that the cylinder body does not receive to collide with when hoist and mount from top to bottom. In addition, the partition board occupies a certain space, the space for transporting the material racks is limited, the arrangement of the air cylinder bodies cannot be reasonably arranged, more material racks are needed, and the waste of resources is caused.

There is an urgent need to design a protection device in the process of hoisting and transporting cylinder bodies, and the device needs to be reusable, simple and convenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a special protective sleeve for a cylinder block, which is arranged on the cylinder block by utilizing a fixing column and protects the cylinder block by two protective plates.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a special protection sleeve for a cylinder block, which is arranged on a fixing hole on the cylinder block, and comprises two protection plates and a fixing column. One ends of the two protection plates are mutually connected, the two protection plates are mutually perpendicular to each other, and each protection plate is provided with an inner plane and an outer plane; the fixed column sets up on the internal planes of two guard plates one, and the fixed column is used for inserting to the fixed orifices. Two of which are used to protect the cylinder block from impact.

In a preferred embodiment, the fixing post has a taper, and the diameter of the fixing post decreases away from the inner plane.

In a preferred embodiment, the central axis of the fixing post is perpendicular to the inner plane on which it is disposed.

In a preferred embodiment, the protection plates are rectangular, semicircular or semi-elliptical, and the two protection plates and the fixing column are made of the same rubber material.

In a preferred embodiment, when the exclusive shroud is disposed on the fixing hole of the cylinder block, the inner plane of the shroud faces the cylinder block, and the outer plane faces away from the cylinder block.

Compared with the prior art, the special protective sleeve for the cylinder block has the following beneficial effects: before hoisting the cylinder block up and down, install the lag on the fixed orifices of cylinder block, can effectually prevent that the cylinder block from colliding with the influence in this in-process. The protective sleeve is simple and convenient to use and operate, can be used in a plug-and-play mode, and reduces the workload of workers. The protective sleeve can be reused, and resource waste is avoided. The protective sleeve is small in size, light in weight, free of occupying space resources and convenient to transport and place. The cost of the rubber used for the protective sleeve is low, and the manufacturing cost can be effectively saved. The lag texture is softer, can avoid cylinder block direct contact in the transportation, prevents that the outward appearance that the deformation caused is collided with to the outward appearance unqualified.

The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.

Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the word "comprise", or variations such as "comprises" or "comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element or component but not the exclusion of any other element or component.

As shown in fig. 2, a special protector for a cylinder block according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided on a fixing hole of a cylinder block 100, and includes two protection plates 1 and a fixing post 2. One end interconnect of two guard plates 1, and two guard plates 1 mutually perpendicular set up, and every guard plate 1 has interior plane and outer plane. The fixed column 2 is arranged on the inner plane of one of the two protection plates 1, and the fixed column 2 is used for being inserted into the fixed hole.

In some embodiments, the fixing post 2 has a taper, and the diameter of the fixing post 2 decreases away from the inner plane. The central axis of the fixing column 2 is perpendicular to the inner plane on which the fixing column is arranged.

In some embodiments, the shape of the protection plate 1 may be any shape such as a rectangle, a semicircle, or a semi-ellipse. And the two protection plates 1 and the fixing column 2 are made of the same non-metal material with certain elasticity, such as an oil-proof rubber material.

In some embodiments, when the dedicated jacket is disposed on the fixing hole of the cylinder block 100, the inner plane of the shield plate 1 faces the cylinder block 100, and the outer plane faces away from the cylinder block 100. Therefore, the cylinder block 100 can be effectively protected from being unnecessarily collided during hoisting and transportation to influence the quality of the cylinder block 100.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, the fixing holes may be a mounting plane of the cylinder block 100 (the bottom surface of the cylinder block 100, i.e., a plane connected to the oil pan, is illustrated by way of example, but the invention is not limited thereto), and the fixing holes on the cylinder block 100 may be various mounting holes of the cylinder block itself, especially mounting holes of relatively protruded portions on the periphery, please refer to the first fixing hole 101 and the second fixing hole 102 shown in fig. 4 and 5. Insert the fixed column 2 of the lag of this embodiment in the fixed orifices, because fixed column 2 itself has certain tapering, the diameter of fixed column 2 can match with the diameter of the mounting hole on cylinder block 100 when designing moreover, so fixed column 2 inserts and can be more firm in the fixed orifices. The last plane and the side of cylinder block 100 convex part all can be sheltered from by two guard plates 1 of lag like this, because the lag is made by the non-metallic material who has certain elasticity and grease proofing performance, in the hoist and mount and the transportation of cylinder block 100, because on the cylinder block 100, especially convex part has all set up the lag, consequently can be fine avoid colliding with the damage that causes.

In some embodiments, the protective cover of the present invention may be a series of specifications, one of which may be suitable for several engine blocks 100 of similar power and volume, thus ensuring wider applicability.
