The storage component comprises a medicament stock solution barrel 6 and a clear water storage barrel 7, and the quantitative mixing output component comprises a clear water metering pump 8, a liquid medicament metering pump 9 and an output pipeline 10.

The mist distribution fan is communicated with the atomization shell and the spray pipeline 18 and used for outputting the atomized medicament solution in the atomization shell to the spray pipeline 18. The ultrasonic transducer preferably adopts a piezoelectric ceramic sandwich type transducer with stable performance.

In the present invention, the ultrasonic atomizing section 4 is realized by using a commercially available ultrasonic atomizing device 16 with a mist distribution fan. The ultrasonic atomization device 16 is in control connection with an intelligent control system. Based on the scheme, the magnetized medicament solution dissolved with air can be atomized, and after the atomization operation is performed on the medicament solution dissolved with air and after magnetization, the atomization size is finer and the medicament activity is enhanced, so that the contact chance of the medicament and a treatment object is increased, and the capture efficiency and the degradation efficiency are improved.

The distribution and release section 5 comprises at least one spray pipe 18 communicated with the output port of the ultrasonic atomization device 16 and used for distributing and releasing the atomized medicament solution to a set position.

The spraying pipeline 18 is provided with a slot or an opening, the length of the spraying pipeline 18 is set to be equal to or less than V T, wherein V is the flow speed of the atomized medicament solution in the spraying pipeline 18, T is the running time of the atomized medicament solution in the spraying pipeline 18, and T is equal to or less than 30S, so that the atomized medicament solution is rapidly discharged out of the spraying pipeline 18, and the mist is prevented from being condensed into a liquid state in the spraying pipeline 18 again.

In the invention, the intelligent control system comprises a control module, a memory and an interaction unit, wherein the control module is configured as a singlechip or an FPGA control component, the memory is used for storing at least one group of control parameters for controlling the actions of each functional segment, and the interaction unit is connected with the control module data and is used for inputting, outputting or modifying the control parameters in the memory. The memory can be realized by adopting a special RAM chip or an SD card, and the interaction unit can be realized by adopting an android touch screen. Based on the technical scheme, the whole intelligent agent spray refining and activating device can run fully automatically after control parameters are set.

In order to monitor the operation of each functional section and adjust and control parameters of the intelligent control system, each functional section is correspondingly provided with a detection device for detecting the operation condition or the atomization degree of the medicament solution, and the detection device is in signal connection with the intelligent control system and detects and outputs a feedback signal. The above detection device corresponds to different detection requirements, including but not limited to: the device comprises a flow rate sensor arranged at the air inlet interface 14 of the ejector 13 and used for detecting the air inlet interface of the ejector 13, an electric signal acquisition instrument electrically connected with the ultrasonic numerical control power supply and used for detecting whether the ultrasonic numerical control power supply works normally, a flow rate detector arranged in the spray pipeline 18 and the like.

Based on the intelligent agent spray refining and activating device, the invention also provides an intelligent agent spray refining and activating method, which comprises the following steps:

s1, generating and storing control parameters of each functional section according to a set algorithm based on the dilution ratio and the atomization degree of the required medicament solution;

s2, based on the control parameters, the intelligent control system outputs control signals to control the actions of each functional segment;

and S3, detecting the operation parameters of each functional section and/or the atomization degree and flow rate of the medicinal solution in the spray pipeline 18, and outputting a feedback signal to the intelligent control system, wherein the intelligent control system corrects the control parameters based on the feedback signal.

S4, return to step S1.

In the step S1, the control parameters required for different chemical solutions to reach the set atomization degree are inconsistent, and multiple sets of control parameters are stored, so that when the sprays with different proportions and atomization degrees are required, the corresponding control parameters can be quickly found, and the efficiency is higher.

The feedback control in step S3 enables the entire apparatus to adaptively adjust the control parameters, making the control more accurate.

In the whole scheme, the medicament spray with the set proportion and the atomization degree can be automatically generated, the medicament and clear water do not need to be mixed in advance, the medicament proportion can be prepared on the spot as required, the operation is simple, and the atomization effect is good.
