1. A water collector assembly, comprising:

a central tube;

the connecting seat, one end of the said central tube is connected to the top surface of the said connecting seat;

the water collecting unit is hinged to the outer peripheral face of the connecting seat, the water collecting unit can turn over in the direction close to the central tube and far away from the central tube, the water collecting hole is communicated with the central tube through the connecting seat, and the other end of the central tube is used for being connected with a water outlet.

The water collector assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting base comprises a first connecting body and a second connecting body, the first connecting body is connected with the second connecting body in a clamping manner and encloses a hollow accommodating cavity, the central pipe is connected with the top surface of the first connecting body, the water collecting unit is hinged on the joint surface of the first connecting body and the second connecting body, and the water collecting hole is communicated with the central pipe through the accommodating cavity.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defect that the utilization rate of a filter layer is low due to the fact that a path through which raw water flows is short because a water distributor is vertically arranged in the prior art, and provides a water collector assembly and the water distributor comprising the same.

The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical scheme:

a central tube;

the connecting seat, one end of the said central tube is connected to the top surface of the said connecting seat;

the water collecting unit is hinged to the outer peripheral face of the connecting seat, the water collecting unit can turn over in the direction close to the central tube and far away from the central tube, the water collecting hole is communicated with the central tube through the connecting seat, and the other end of the central tube is used for being connected with a water outlet.

In this aspect, the water collection unit of the water collector assembly can be flipped in a direction close to and away from the central tube to reduce the volume of the water collector assembly. When the water collector assembly is taken and placed, the water collector assembly can conveniently and smoothly pass through the narrow opening of the water production container; when making water, can transversely lay the bottom at the water container with the water collecting unit, increase raw water filtration route, prolong the filtration process, improve the filter effect.

Preferably, the connecting seat includes a first connecting body and a second connecting body, the first connecting body is connected to the second connecting body in a clamping manner and encloses a hollow accommodating cavity, the central tube is connected to the top surface of the first connecting body, the water collecting unit is hinged to a joint surface of the first connecting body and the second connecting body, and the water collecting hole is communicated with the central tube through the accommodating cavity.

The present invention will be more clearly and completely described below by way of examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

As shown in fig. 1-8, this embodiment discloses a water collector assembly, it includes center tube 1, connecting seat 2 and a plurality of water collecting unit 3, the one end of center tube 1 is connected in the top surface of connecting seat 2, water collecting unit 3's surface is provided with a plurality of water collecting holes 31, a plurality of water collecting unit 3 articulate on the outer peripheral face of connecting seat 2 along the circumferencial direction of connecting seat 2, water collecting unit 3 can be at the direction that is close to center tube 1 and keeps away from center tube 1 and turn over, water collecting holes 31 communicate in center tube 1 through connecting seat 2, the other end of center tube 1 is used for connecting the delivery port.

The water collector assembly is placed in the water treatment tank body, a certain amount of softened resin or activated carbon is uniformly arranged around the central tube 1, and the opening of the tank body is smaller. Raw water enters softened resin or filter substances through an opening on the tank body, and treated water is collected by a water collecting unit 3 arranged at the bottom of the tank body and then is discharged through a central pipe 1 of the water collector assembly. The water collecting unit 3 of the embodiment can be turned over in the direction close to the central tube 1 and far away from the central tube 1 so as to reduce the volume of the water collector assembly, and when the water collector assembly is taken and placed, the water collector assembly can conveniently and smoothly pass through a narrow opening of the tank body; when the system water uses, can transversely lay water collection unit 3 in the bottom of the jar body, increase raw water filtration route, extension filtration process improves the filter effect.

Preferably, the first recess 37 is a V-shaped groove and the water collection holes 31 are grates that block the filter material from entering the water collection chamber.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the water collecting unit 3 includes a water collecting unit body 35 and a water collecting unit end cover 36, one end of the water collecting unit body 35 is hinged on the outer peripheral surface of the connecting seat 2, and the water collecting unit end cover 36 is connected to the other end of the water collecting unit body 35 through a snap-fit connection, so that a water collecting cavity in the water collecting unit body 35 is convenient to process and clean.

As shown in fig. 4, the outer circumferential surface of one end of the water collecting unit 3 is provided with two outwardly protruding connection parts 32, and the two connection parts 32 are symmetrically arranged at both sides of the water collecting unit 3. The water collecting unit 3 is hinged on the combining surface of the first connecting body 21 and the second connecting body 22 through a connecting part 32, a passage is arranged in the connecting part 32, and the water collecting hole 31 is communicated with the central pipe 1 through the passage in the connecting part 32 and the accommodating cavity 23. An annular guide chute 33 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the connecting part 32, and arc-shaped protrusions 24 are correspondingly arranged on the joint surface of the first connecting body 21 and the second connecting body 22; when the first connector 21 and the second connector 22 are engaged, the arc-shaped protrusion 24 is fitted into the guide groove 33. The arc-shaped protrusions 24 are matched with the guide sliding grooves 33 to lock the connecting parts 32, so that the connecting parts 32 are prevented from sliding outwards from the connecting seat 2, and the reliability of connection between the water collecting unit 3 and the connecting seat 2 is improved; while preventing the water collecting unit 3 from swinging when rotated.

The connecting portion 32 is further provided with a blocking portion 34 for blocking the sliding guide slot 33, the arc-shaped protrusion 24 is further provided with a limiting portion 241, and the limiting portion 241 is used for blocking the blocking portion 34 so as to block the rotation of the connecting portion 32. When the stopping portion 34 rotates to the limiting portion 241, the limiting portion 241 stops the rotation of the connecting portion 32, so that the connecting portion 32 rotates within a certain range, which is convenient for the water collecting unit 3 to maintain a proper angle with the central tube 1. When the rotational force is small, the stopper portion 241 prevents the rotation of the connection portion 32; when the rotation dynamics is great, because the blocking part 34 has elastic deformation, the blocking part 34 can cross the limiting part 241, so that the water collecting unit 3 is turned downwards along the direction far away from the central tube 1, and is folded towards the central tube 1, and the volume of the water collector assembly is reduced. Conversely, the water collection unit 3 may also be turned upwards in a direction close to the central tube 1 to reduce the volume of the water collector assembly.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 8, the present embodiment further discloses a water distributor, which includes the water collector assembly and the collecting and distributing unit 4. The collecting and distributing unit 4 is provided with a through hole along the axial direction, the inner wall surface of one end of the collecting and distributing unit 4 is provided with a flow guide part 42 extending into the through hole, the flow guide part 42 is inclined inwards and converged to form a containing hole, and the central pipe 1 penetrates through the containing hole from the end, provided with the flow guide part 42, of the collecting and distributing unit 4. The collecting and distributing unit 4 is provided with a vent hole 43 penetrating a wall surface on an outer peripheral surface thereof, the collecting and distributing unit 4 is provided with a second groove 41 on an inner wall surface thereof, and a bottom of the second groove 41 is communicated with the vent hole 43. The number of the discharge holes 43 and the second grooves 41 is plural, and the water injected into the collecting and distributing unit 4 is uniformly dispersed into the water making container through the second grooves 41 and the discharge holes 43 in order to be fully contacted with the filtering material, thereby improving the water treatment effect. Preferably, the bleed aperture 43 is a grate.

The guide part 42 is a conical surface protruding upwards, and when raw water is injected into the collecting and distributing unit 4, the guide part 42 of the conical surface uniformly disperses the water to the periphery, so that the raw water is fully contacted with the softened resin or the filtering substance, and the water treatment effect is improved. Meanwhile, the upper end of the collecting and distributing unit 4 is also provided with a buckle which is used for being connected with a connecting sleeve of the collecting and distributing unit 4 arranged on the control valve and then being assembled on the control valve.

As shown in figure 2, when the water distributor is installed, the water collecting units 3 in the water distributor are turned upwards, all the water collecting units 3 are close to the central pipe 1, the transverse space is reduced after the close, and the water distributor is arranged in a glass fiber reinforced plastic barrel in a central water purifying and softening machine. After being filled into the glass fiber reinforced plastic barrel, the water collecting unit 3 is opened under the action of gravity or the water distributor is slightly rotated under the action of centrifugal force. As shown in fig. 1, during water production, a certain amount of softened resin or activated carbon is uniformly distributed around the central pipe 1 of the water distributor, raw water of the central water purifying and softening machine is injected into the collecting and distributing unit 4, the flow guide part 42 in the collecting and distributing unit 4 is provided with a conical surface, and the flow of the raw water is blocked by the flow guide part 42 to change the direction of the water flow and is dispersed around; the water flow which is dispersed to the periphery flows downwards due to the action of gravity and flows through the filtering layer formed by the softened resin or the activated carbon, the raw water is fully and uniformly filtered by the filtering layer formed by the softened resin or the activated carbon, and then is collected by the water collecting unit 3 which is horizontally and uniformly laid at the bottom of the treatment tank body, and finally flows out from the water purifying port of the central water purifying and softening machine through the accommodating cavity 23 and the central pipe 1 in the connecting seat 2 for the use of a user.

When the softened resin is regenerated, the raw water of the central water purifying and softening machine is discharged through the containing cavity 23 on the central tube 1 and the connecting seat 2, the water collecting unit 3, the filtering layer formed by the softened resin or the activated carbon and the sewage discharge pipe of the central water purifying and softening machine, and the central water purifying and softening machine can be washed and regenerated.
