(1) yarn dyeing: the 21S siro pure cotton yarn is subjected to scouring, bleaching and dyeing treatment, and the ground warp and the weft are subjected to water dyeing treatment;

(2) warping: the wool warp beam is used for product terry, and is finished by adopting 21S siro pure cotton yarn; using 32S/2 pure cotton yarn to form a beam;

(3) computer debugging: adjusting the machine according to the density, and debugging and weaving on the machine;

Therefore, the market needs a towel quilt with one terry on one surface and one yarn on one surface, while the common single-sided terry products do not change the ground warp tissue, the front surface is the common terry, the back surface is the ground warp and weft interweaved, and the ground warp is mixed with the unsmooth cloth surface at the root of the terry; in addition, the terry and ground warp weaves of the single-face terry fabric belong to common terry fabric weaves, and only one face of the terry warp yarn is omitted, so that the terry effect belongs to common towel effects.

firstly, the common single-side terry fabric has no change on ground warp texture, the front side is a common terry, the back side is a rough surface interwoven with ground warp and weft, and the ground warp is mixed with an unsmooth cloth surface of the terry root; according to the invention, the area of the ground warp exposed on the surface of the single-sided terry fabric is increased by 30% compared with the common single-sided terry fabric by changing the ground warp weave, two wefts of 21S and 32S/2 plied yarns are used as the wefts corresponding to the weave, the roving is exposed on the surface of the base fabric due to different thicknesses of the yarns, so that the cloth surface is more convex, the effect of one-sided terry and one-sided gauze is formed, and the plaid effect is formed by interweaving with the changes of the colors of the ground warp yarns and the wefts, so that the single-sided terry fabric has two styles of terry fabric.

Secondly, the single-side terry fabric has the terry effect of the common towel because the terry and ground weave belong to common terry fabric weave and only one side of terry warp yarns is omitted, and the terry effect is easily reversed because one side of the terry fabric is a cloth cover without terry, and the appearance is influenced because of the presence of the terry on the back surface of the cloth cover; the changed ground warp organization single-sided terry towel quilt of the invention has the advantages that the clamping force of the ground warp yarns to the wool warp yarns is changed due to the change of the ground warp organization, so that the terry has regular high and low effect, is soft and beautiful, in addition, the weft yarns and the organization are correspondingly changed in thickness, and the thick weft yarns exposed on the base fabric extrude the thinner weft yarns to the terry surface, so that the base fabric is protruded, and the lattice pattern is clear and beautiful.
