A soft, wear-resistant layer cork flooring according to claim 2, characterized in that: the wear-resistant finish paint layer is a UV/PU wear-resistant finish paint layer, and the flexible wear-resistant layer is a PVC flexible wear-resistant layer; the texture decorative layer is a PVC color film decorative layer, and the ethylene enhancement layer is a PVC base material enhancement layer.

step 1: completely fusing three materials of the flexible wear-resistant layer, the texture decoration layer and the ethylene enhancement layer together; the structure is realized by adopting a high-temperature and high-pressure process at the temperature of 135 ℃;

step 2: completely fusing the three materials of the flexible wear-resistant layer, the texture decoration layer and the ethylene enhancement layer obtained in the step 1, and then continuously and completely gluing the three materials with the cork mute layer at the lower layer through water-based glue to form a composite floor blank plate; the structure is realized by adopting a high-temperature and high-pressure process at the temperature of 120 ℃;

and 3, step 3: sanding and thickness-fixing the composite floor blank plate formed in the step; when sanding and thickness setting treatment are carried out, sanding belts of 80 meshes and 100 meshes are used for sanding the bottom surface of the floor in a thickness setting manner;

and 4, step 4: the process for coating the wear-resistant finish paint layer comprises the following steps:

The production method of the soft wood floor with the flexible wear-resistant layer as claimed in claim 5, wherein the production method comprises the following steps: the water-based glue in the step 2 is bonded by water-based glue (polyurethane or propylene copolymer), and the substrate layer is subjected to single-side gluing treatment; the coating amount must be controlled within 200g +/-20 g per square meter.

8. The production method of the soft wood floor with the flexible wear-resistant layer as claimed in claim 5, wherein the production method comprises the following steps: the mute cork layer in the step 2 adopts a high-density cork sheet with the density of 0.45-0.7 kg/cm 3.

9. The method for producing the soft wood floor with the flexible wear-resistant layer as claimed in claim 8, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the sanding thickness-fixing treatment step in the step of the step 3 specifically comprises the following steps:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration materials, in particular to a cork floor structure which can be applied to public places with higher public safety requirements, such as airports, hospitals, kindergartens, theaters, libraries, schools and other public place environments and has ultrahigh wear resistance and a preparation process thereof, and particularly relates to a cork floor with a flexible wear-resistant layer and a production and preparation method thereof.

Background

Cork (English cork) is not wood in nature, but is the outer bark of Quercus variabilis Bl (a name commonly known as Quercus variabilis Quercus). The barks of the cork oak are picked and stripped regularly, so that not only can the barks be not dead, but also new barks can be grown, and the barks can be recycled like wool shearing. The cork has unique physical and chemical properties, consists of cork parenchyma cells, is a pure natural polymer material, contains 4000 ten thousand cells per cubic centimeter of cork under a microscope, and is filled with air; the composite material has a series of excellent physical characteristics of environmental protection, light weight, low density, compressibility, elasticity, impermeability, high buoyancy, high flexibility, compression resistance, impermeability, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, sound insulation, high insulativity, friction resistance, non-flammability, no anaphylactic reaction and the like.

The chemical property of the cork is very stable, various entomogenous fungi cannot breed, and the cork has no chemical reaction with polar substances such as weak acid, weak base and the like. The floor material made of the cork is comfortable, environment-friendly and energy-saving, and meets the living requirements of human on nature protection, health, energy conservation and environment protection. Meanwhile, the biomass material is one of important biomass materials in China, if the biomass material is fully utilized, the resource structure in China can be optimized, the dependence on resources such as wood, mineral products, soil, petrifaction and the like is reduced, and the biomass material contributes to the guarantee of the national wood resource supply safety and energy safety.

However, the existing wood flooring is only widely used in homes, and due to the structural characteristics and structural design deficiencies, the existing wood flooring is not suitable for severe places with high safety requirements and high wear resistance, such as airports, hospitals, kindergartens, theaters, libraries, schools, educational places, and the like.

The invention aims to provide a soft wood floor with a flexible wear-resistant layer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the soft wood floor is formed by combining a surface wear-resistant layer, a texture decorative layer, an ethylene reinforcing layer and a soft wood silencing layer, has the characteristics of ultrahigh wear resistance, no environmental damage, water and moisture resistance, light weight, fire resistance, environmental protection, durability, no corrosion and crack, ground foot feeling improvement, silencing and noise reduction, forest resource saving, floor service life improvement and the like, can be widely applied to families, and can also be used in public places with higher public safety requirements, such as airports, hospitals, kindergartens, theaters, libraries, schools and the like.

The product can be used in home decoration, and can also be used in humid environments such as kitchens, toilets and severe public places such as education systems (including schools, training centers, kindergartens and the like), medical systems (including hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, sanatoriums and the like), commercial systems (including markets, supermarkets, hotels, entertainment and leisure centers, catering industry, monopoly stores and the like), sports systems (stadiums, activity centers and the like), office systems (office buildings, conference rooms and the like), industrial systems (factory buildings, warehouses and the like), traffic systems (airports, railway stations, bus stations, yard heads and the like), can replace density boards or multilayer boards adopted by existing wood floors, does not consume wood, does not damage the environment, and is a resource-saving and environment-friendly product.

And 3, step 3: sanding and thickness-fixing the composite floor blank plate formed in the step; when sanding and thickness setting treatment, sanding the bottom surface of the floor with 80-mesh and 100-mesh abrasive belts in a thickness setting mode.

Preferably, the mute cork layer in the step 2 is a high density cork sheet with density of 0.45-0.7 kg/cm 3.

The density is required to be more than or equal to 0.45kg/cm3 according to the national industry standard, the compression resistance of the floor surface layer is improved, and the effect of balancing the structural stress is achieved.

Preferably, the sanding thickness-fixing treatment step in the step of the step 3 specifically includes:

firstly sanding the bottom surface of the formed composite floor blank plate with a sand belt of 80 meshes in a fixed thickness;

2. The wear resistance is high and can reach more than tens of thousands of turns; the multifunctional intelligent household safety protection device can be widely applied to families, and can also be used in public places with high public safety requirements, such as airports, hospitals, kindergartens, theaters, libraries, schools and the like.

3. The cork floor has hyperelasticity, has good passive protection performance, can effectively reduce the protection of old people or children if the old people or children fall down or collide, and plays a role in buffering protection.

4. The local plate structure is comprehensively formed by adopting the processes of fusion, gluing and coating, the whole process is reasonable in design, and the product performance is stable.
