Background

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.

A disposable appendix ligator as shown in fig. 1 to 9, comprising an outer sleeve 3, a ligation band 1 and an inner sleeve 2; the ligature belt 1 can adopt a traditional form, and the loop 4 at the lower end of the ligature belt is made of elastic material and can be locked in a single direction, so that the ligature belt becomes an excellent fastening material for appendectomy. Meanwhile, due to good elasticity, the elastic strip can be automatically ejected out of the cavity when the cavity is opened.

The inner sleeve 2 is coaxially arranged in the outer sleeve 3 and can rotate mutually; the ligature belt 1 is arranged in the inner sleeve 2 and can axially move relative to the inner sleeve 2; as the sliding flanges 3-5 are clamped in the ring sliding grooves 2-5, the inner sleeve 2 and the outer sleeve 3 can axially move simultaneously, and the operation is convenient.

The inner sleeve 2 comprises a sleeve body 2-2, a band groove 2-4 at the outer side of the sleeve body 2-2 and a band through hole 2-3 in the sleeve body 2-2; the lower end of the sleeve body 2-2 is a cone, and one side of the cone is provided with a hidden belt groove 2-7; the sleeve body 2-2 is also provided with a ring chute 2-5, and the end part of the ring chute 2-5 is provided with a stop block 2-6; the stop block 2-6 is provided with at least one block for preventing the sliding flange 3-5 from accidentally falling out of the ring chute 2-5.

The hidden belt grooves 2-7 are used for containing the belt body of the binding belt 1, so that the belt body is prevented from being exposed out of the cone, and the friction and unnecessary contact with a pneumoperitoneum channel in the process of entering a human body are reduced. The hidden belt groove 2-7 is parallel to the cone direction of the cone at the lower end of the sleeve body 2-2.

The outer sleeve 3 comprises a round pipe body 3-3 and an arc-shaped pipe body 3-4, and the arc-shaped pipe body 3-4 is connected to the lower end of the round pipe body 3-3; the lower end of the arc-shaped pipe body 3-4 is provided with a sliding flange 3-5; the round pipe body 3-3 and the arc-shaped pipe body 3-4 are hollow structures, and hollow holes are formed inside the round pipe body and the arc-shaped pipe body. The radian of the arc-shaped pipe body 3-4 is larger than that of the strap trough 2-4.

The sliding flange 3-5 is matched with the ring chute 2-5 in size; the sliding flanges 3-5 slide back and forth in the ring runners 2-5.

The arc-shaped pipe body 3-4 and the ribbon groove 2-4 can form a closed cavity. The cavity is used for storing and installing the loop 4, and the corresponding band body of the bundling belt 1 is just clamped into the hidden belt grooves 2-7 at the moment.
