Background

The operation space is generally established from the production of the artificial balloon to the insufflation, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

The existing method for establishing the operation space and the used instrument have the following defects: 1. wasting manpower and time of the operator; 2. when the traditional method is used for injecting gas, two operators can cause inaccurate gas injection amount if the operators are unskilled in the matching process; 3. the patient is now under anesthesia, which prolongs the time to establish the operating space and increases the risk of the operation due to the prolonged operation time of the patient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the gas injection device for the laparoscopic surgery, which reduces the manpower, shortens the operation time, and has simple process and low cost.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a gas injection device for laparoscopic surgery comprises a three-way gas injection pipe, wherein the three-way gas injection pipe comprises a gas injection pipe body;

the gas injection pipe body is provided with a first opening, a second opening and a third opening;

the first opening is provided with a first gas check device which is used for connecting the expansion air bag pipe;

the second opening is provided with a second gas check device which is used for injecting gas into the gas injection pipe body;

the third opening is used for connecting a suction device.

By adopting the gas injection three-way pipe, gas is injected from the second opening into the gas suction device through the three-way gas injection pipe by operating the gas suction device of the third opening, is inflated through the gas suction device and is injected into the expansion airbag pipe through the first outlet; can be operated by one person, thereby reducing the manpower.

Referring to fig. 1, a gas injection device for laparoscopic surgery includes a three-way gas injection tube 1, the three-way gas injection tube 1 including a gas injection tube body 2;

the gas injection pipe body 2 is provided with a first opening 3, a second opening 4 and a third opening 5;

the first opening 3 is provided with a first gas check device 6, and the first gas check device 6 is used for connecting the expansion air bag pipe;

the second opening 4 is provided with a second gas check device 7, and the second gas check device 7 is used for injecting gas into the gas injection pipe body 2;

the third opening 5 is used for connecting a suction air device 12.

The conical head is arranged, and the opening end is designed to be conical, so that the connection of the expansion air bag pipe is facilitated.

The check valve of the second opening is used for sending gas into the gas injection pipe body, and the check valve of the first opening is used for sending the gas in the gas injection pipe body into the airbag. The one-way valve is used, and the one-way valve has the advantages of being simple in installation and easy to achieve while achieving the functions.

Referring to fig. 2, the first gas non-return means 6 comprises a grooved plate 9 with ventilation holes, balls 10 and a sieve plate 11; a sieve plate 11, a ball 10 and a groove plate 9 with an air vent are sequentially arranged in the first opening 3 from outside to inside.

gas enters the gas suction device through the gas injection pipe body and also passes through the groove plate with the vent hole, the ball and the sieve plate, the gas enters the gas suction device through the vent hole 13, enters the hole of the sieve plate through the gap between the ball and the groove, then enters the gas injection pipe body through the hole of the sieve plate and finally enters the gas suction device, and when the gas in the gas suction device is output, the ball of the second gas check device is positioned in the groove of the groove plate with the vent hole, so that the vent hole 13 on the groove plate is blocked, and the gas is prevented from leaking.

In the present embodiment, based on the above embodiments, the gas injection pipe body 2 is a plastic gas injection pipe; the air suction device is an injector, and a disposable medical injector can be selected; a through hole is formed in the third opening 5, a nipple at the front end of the injector can be inserted into the gas injection pipe body through the through hole, and the nipple is completely matched with the outer wall of the through hole to prevent gas leakage; the air enters and exits the cavity of the injector through the nipple and the air injection pipe body.

The gas injection three-way pipe is particularly suitable for being used in the laparoscopic surgery process, has simple process and low cost, can conveniently and quickly establish the posterior abdominal cavity or the abdominal cavity external gap before the surgery, and simultaneously adopts the gas injection three-way pipe of the invention, the whole gas injection process is in a sealed state, so the gas injection amount is more accurate, the operator is ensured to accurately inject the gas amount according to the body type requirement of the patient, and the laparoscopic surgery space meeting the requirement of the operator is established. Ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the operation.
