when medical care personnel need to wrap a wound of a patient by using gauze, pressure is only required to be applied to the pressing plate 4, the pressing plate 4 transmits the pressure to the laminated air bag 5, the internal gas of the laminated air bag 5 is transmitted to the piston cylinder 71 through the hose after being pressed, the output end of the piston cylinder 71 is pushed to extend, so that thrust is generated on the T-shaped rod 74 through the conical block 72, the T-shaped rod 74 drives the fixture block 73 to slide in the direction close to the side wall of the cavity 31 after being pushed, at the moment, the fixture block 73 is not attached to the gauze any more, the medical care personnel can randomly pull the gauze, when the fixture block 73 slides in the direction close to the side wall of the cavity 31, the side wall of the fixture block 73 extrudes the water bag 311, the disinfection alcohol in the water bag 311 is sprayed out through the one-way valve port 312 after being pressed, the disinfection alcohol is dripped on the surface of the gauze, thereby realizing the disinfection effect on the, thereby further ensuring the cleanliness of the gauze; after the dressing is finished, medical personnel only need to loosen the pressing block, the piston cylinder 71 drives the conical block 72 to reset, the T-shaped rod 74 also resets under the elastic force of the spring, and the clamping block 73 is pressed close to the gauze again to fix the position of the gauze;
