A puzzle toy according to claim 1, wherein each of the main slots has a pair of offset slots on opposite sides thereof, the inner ends of the pair of slots communicating with the main slot and the outer ends of the slots having a pivot hole for allowing rotation of the post of the other locking plate.

A puzzle according to claim 3, wherein the post has a cross-section defined by two opposing arcuate edges and two opposing straight edges, the distance between the two straight edges being L1, the maximum distance between the two arcuate edges being L2, the width of the secondary channel being H, wherein L1 < H < L2.

5. A puzzle according to claim 3, wherein the length of the secondary chutes on either side of the primary chute is different.

6. A puzzle toy according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the two locking pieces are a first locking piece and a second locking piece, the first locking piece having a first locking catch on a front surface thereof and a second locking catch on a rear surface thereof;

when the first locking plate and the second locking plate are locked, the front surface of the first locking plate is attached to the back surface of the second locking plate.

7. A puzzle according to claim 6, wherein the shape of the slot on the front face of the first locking piece is identical to the shape of the slot on the back face of the second locking piece;

when the chutes of the first locking plate and the second locking plate are aligned with each other, the unlocking slotted hole of the first locking plate and the unlocking slotted hole of the second locking plate are overlapped, and the first lock catch and the second lock catch are respectively located on two sides of the unlocking slotted hole.

Background

The existing intelligence toy on the market is various in types, but basically is formed by splicing a large number of parts, the parts are easy to lose, the toy cannot be used, the structure of the existing intelligence toy is complex, the production and processing cost is high, and the extensive popularization of the intelligence toy is not facilitated.

Therefore, how to design an educational toy which is easy to popularize and use is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the industry.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an intelligence toy which is provided with two locking plates which are locked with each other, the two locking plates are manually moved to change the relative positions, the locking can be released when the locking plates reach the unlocking position, and the ability of active thinking of a user is cultured in the process.

The invention adopts the technical scheme that the intelligent toy is designed, which comprises: the locking device comprises two locking plates which are movably locked together through a lock catch, each locking plate is provided with an upright post and more than two main sliding chutes, one end of each upright post is provided with the lock catch, the other end of each upright post is connected to the locking plate where the upright post is arranged, and the inner ends of the main sliding chutes on the same locking plate are communicated and the outer ends of the main sliding chutes are separated; the upright post on one locking plate slides along the main sliding groove on the other locking plate, and the outer end of at least one main sliding groove on one locking plate is provided with an unlocking groove hole for allowing the lock catch on the other locking plate to be separated. When the lock catches of the two lock pieces move to be aligned with the corresponding unlocking slotted holes, the two lock pieces can be mutually separated to unlock.

Preferably, the outer end of the remaining main sliding groove on one lock plate is provided with an interference slot for blocking the lock catch on the other lock plate from falling out, and the size of the interference slot is close to that of the unlocking slot.

Preferably, the two sides of each main sliding groove are respectively provided with an auxiliary sliding groove which is staggered with each other, the inner end of each auxiliary sliding groove is communicated with the corresponding main sliding groove, and the outer end of each auxiliary sliding groove is provided with a transit hole which allows the upright post on the other locking plate to rotate.

Preferably, the cross section of the upright column is formed by encircling two opposite circular arc edges and two opposite straight edges, the distance between the two straight edges is L1, the maximum distance between the two circular arc edges is L2, the width of the auxiliary sliding groove is H, and L1 < H < L2.

Preferably, the lengths of the auxiliary chutes on the two sides of the main chute are different.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the intelligence toy provided by the invention comprises two locking plates 1, each locking plate 1 is provided with a lock catch 2 and more than two main sliding grooves 3, the lock catches 2 are connected to the corresponding locking plates 1 through upright posts 4, the upright posts 4 are perpendicular to the plane of the locking plates 1, and the two locking plates 1 are movably locked together through the lock catches 2.
