传统的过滤器滤芯侧面封边技术是采用无纺布涂胶后贴合在滤芯侧面来密封，这个工艺耗时耗力，工艺复杂，对滤纸也存在一定程度的损伤。

本发明针对现有技术存在的问题和不足，提供一种滤芯侧面密封方法。

本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的：

本发明提供一种滤芯侧面密封方法，其特点在于，其包括以下步骤：

步骤一、采用涂胶设备在滤纸的正反面均涂有热熔胶条，且热熔胶条靠近滤纸的两侧边沿，热熔胶条离滤纸的两侧边沿距离不超过3毫米；

步骤二、涂有热熔胶条的滤纸折叠并拢，滤纸上的热熔胶条形成一道密封面；

步骤三、将滤芯装入塑壳内，在塑壳内沿一周注密封胶，密封胶正面密封滤芯与塑壳之间的间隙。

本发明的积极进步效果在于：

改进后的过滤器滤芯侧面封边技术，采用在滤纸两侧边沿涂热熔胶条的方式，在滤纸折叠起来后，滤纸上凸起的热熔胶条自然固化粘接，形成一个密封层，起到与传统无纺布涂胶密封一样的作用。该工艺省时省力，操作全部机器自动完成，将对滤纸的损伤降到最低。

本实施例提供一种滤芯侧面密封方法，其包括以下步骤：

步骤一、设备涂胶，在滤纸(见图1)的正反面均涂有热熔胶条，必须有热熔胶条靠近滤纸的两侧边沿，热熔胶条离滤纸的两侧边沿距离不超过3毫米。

步骤二、折纸，涂有热熔胶条的滤纸折叠并拢，滤纸上的热熔胶条自然形成一道密封面(见图2)。

步骤三、将滤芯2装入塑壳3内，在塑壳3内沿一周注密封胶1，密封胶1正面密封滤芯2与塑壳3之间的间隙，最后盖上上盖4(见图3)。
