(1) preparing a foamed latex layer: putting 60-75% of natural latex, 20-35% of butadiene styrene rubber and 3-8% of an auxiliary agent into stirring equipment according to a proportion, mixing uniformly, putting the uniformly stirred latex mixture into foaming equipment for foaming, then pouring the foamed latex mixture onto a conveyor belt, adjusting the thickness of the latex mixture, then conveying the latex mixture into an oven for drying, vulcanizing by adding sulfur, and obtaining a sheet-shaped foamed latex layer with a preset thickness after secondary thickness adjustment;

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a latex vamp, a shoe and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the above purpose, a first aspect of the present invention provides a latex upper, including an outer fabric layer, a foamed latex layer and an inner fabric layer, wherein the foamed latex layer is connected between the outer fabric layer and the inner fabric layer, the foamed latex layer is configured to be a loose porous structure, and the foamed latex layer is formed by foaming the following raw materials:

In a preferred embodiment, the outer fabric layer, the foamed latex layer and the inner fabric layer are connected and fixed together by a hot pressing mode.

The invention provides a preparation method of a latex vamp, which comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a foamed latex layer: putting 60-75% of natural latex, 20-35% of butadiene styrene rubber and 3-8% of an auxiliary agent into stirring equipment according to a proportion, mixing uniformly, putting the uniformly stirred latex mixture into foaming equipment for foaming, then pouring the foamed latex mixture onto a conveyor belt, adjusting the thickness of the latex mixture, then conveying the latex mixture into an oven for drying, vulcanizing by adding sulfur, and obtaining a sheet-shaped foamed latex layer with a preset thickness after secondary thickness adjustment;

(2) forming the vamp: and placing the foamed latex layer between the external fabric layer and the internal fabric layer, and connecting the foamed latex layer, the external fabric layer and the internal fabric layer together through hot-pressing equipment in a hot-pressing manner to form the latex vamp.

In a preferred embodiment, the drying temperature is 80-130 ℃.

In a preferred embodiment, the hot-pressing temperature is 80 to 130 ℃ and the pressure is 70 to 100 pounds.

As a preferred embodiment, the outer fabric layer is provided as cloth, PU or leather; the inner fabric layer is made of cloth, PU or leather.
