(1) weighing PBT resin, siloxane prepolymer and catalyst according to the weight ratio, mixing the weighed PBT resin, siloxane prepolymer and catalyst, heating to 100-200 ℃, and carrying out copolymerization reaction to obtain an organic silicon/PBT resin copolymer;

(2) and (2) respectively weighing the glass fiber, the end-capping curing agent, the silane coupling agent, the nano particles, the reactive diluent and the initiator according to the weight ratio, adding the glass fiber, the end-capping curing agent, the silane coupling agent, the nano particles, the reactive diluent and the initiator into the organic silicon/PBT resin copolymer prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain the insulating material.

Background

The motor is used as the heart of the washing machine, and the performance of the motor determines the running state, the washing and spin-drying quality, the noise, the vibration magnitude, the energy consumption and the like of the washing machine. The washing machine motor is generally made of two materials, namely an aluminum wire motor and a copper wire motor; in comparison, the copper wire motor is more durable, long in service life, more energy-saving and low in noise. A stator in the copper wire motor adopts a copper wire winding, and a copper wire adopts an enameled wire; the enameled wire is prepared by coating a high-molecular insulating material (insulating paint) on a copper wire according to a specific production process. The insulating material on the enamel wire is required to have good adhesion, insulation, mechanical strength, heat resistance, corona resistance, and the like. With the continuous development of the industry, the requirement on insulating materials is higher and higher, and the insulating materials adopted for copper wires at present cannot meet the requirement. Therefore, the development of a novel insulating material for a motor copper wire is necessary and has a profound significance.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the insulating material for the copper wire of the washing machine motor, which comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing PBT resin, siloxane prepolymer and catalyst according to the weight ratio, mixing the weighed PBT resin, siloxane prepolymer and catalyst, heating to 100-200 ℃, and carrying out copolymerization reaction to obtain an organic silicon/PBT resin copolymer;

(2) and (2) respectively weighing the glass fiber, the end-capping curing agent, the silane coupling agent, the nano particles, the reactive diluent and the initiator according to the weight ratio, adding the glass fiber, the end-capping curing agent, the silane coupling agent, the nano particles, the reactive diluent and the initiator into the organic silicon/PBT resin copolymer prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain the insulating material.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the invention adopts siloxane prepolymer containing terminal vinyl and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) to be blended in a molten state, and the silicone/PBT resin copolymer is formed by copolymerization reaction under the action of a catalyst after being heated; the invention utilizes the organic silicon to modify the PBT resin, so that the advantages of two polymer materials are complemented, and the organic silicon/PBT resin copolymer is used as the base material to prepare the insulating material, so that the insulating material has better chemical corrosion resistance, water resistance, physical and mechanical properties, wear resistance and adhesiveness, the required curing time is short, and the service life of the insulating material is greatly prolonged when the insulating material is used as an insulating layer.

(2) The glass fiber is added into the preparation raw materials, and the mechanical property and the insulating property of the obtained insulating material can be enhanced by the glass fiber; moreover, the silane coupling agent can improve the compatibility of the glass fiber and the base material, so that the glass fiber is distributed more uniformly.

(3) The invention adopts the end-capping curing agent, so that bubbles are not easy to generate in the curing process of forming the insulating layer on the copper wire by the insulating material.

(4) According to the invention, the nano particles are added into the preparation raw materials, so that when the external electric field of the insulating layer is changed, polarization can be quickly reestablished, space charge accumulation is reduced, dielectric loss is reduced, the breakdown resistance and the service life of the insulating layer are improved, and further the corona resistance of the motor enameled copper wire is improved.
