uniformly mixing a cement-based permeable crystallization master batch, magnesium oxide-aluminum oxide composite powder, coal gangue powder, bauxite powder and talcum powder to obtain an anti-cracking toughening agent;

dividing the defoaming agent into two parts, namely a defoaming agent A and a defoaming agent B, wherein the weight ratio of the defoaming agent A to the defoaming agent B is (4-5): 1;

dividing water into two parts, namely water A and water B, wherein the weight ratio of the water A to the water B is (1-2) to 1;

adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium gluconate, a dispersing agent, water A and a defoaming agent A into the water-based primer emulsion, stirring for 20-30min, heating to 30-40 ℃, continuing to stir for 5-10min, then adding calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide, stirring for 20-30min under heat preservation, then adding an anti-cracking toughening agent, stirring for 10-20min under heat preservation, then adding a film-forming assistant, a leveling agent, water B and a defoaming agent B, stirring for 20-30min under heat preservation, grinding, filtering and cooling to room temperature to obtain the water-based primer.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of plastic runway primer, in particular to a water-based primer for a plastic runway and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The plastic track is also named as all-weather track for track and field sports and is made of polyurethane prepolymer, mixed polyether, waste tyre rubber, EPDM rubber grain or PU grain, pigment, assistant and stuffing. The plastic track has the characteristics of high flatness, high compressive strength, proper hardness and elasticity and stable physical property, is beneficial to the exertion of the speed and the technology of athletes, effectively improves the sports performance, reduces the tumble injury rate, and is an internationally recognized best all-weather outdoor sports ground floor material.

At present, the patent application publication No. CN110655856A, published as 2020.01.07, discloses a plastic runway primer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the plastic runway primer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of polyurethane, 20-30 parts of organic silicon resin, 0.1-0.2 part of dispersant, 0-0.5 part of defoaming agent and 20-30 parts of filler. When the primer is used, the primer is coated on the surface of a concrete base layer, raw materials permeate into pores of the concrete base layer to form a paint film, the bonding strength between the primer and the concrete base layer is increased, and the paint film has a waterproof effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide the water-based primer for the plastic track, which has the advantages of environmental protection and high permeability through the synergistic effect of the raw materials, and meanwhile, the paint film has high bonding strength with the concrete base layer, and has the advantages of good stability and good waterproofness.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:

the water-based primer for the plastic track comprises, by weight, 30-45 parts of water-based primer emulsion, 16-25 parts of water, 18-32 parts of calcium carbonate, 6-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 7-14 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 2-5 parts of sodium gluconate, 2-5 parts of a film forming auxiliary agent, 0.2-1 part of a dispersing agent, 1-1.5 parts of an antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.7 part of a leveling agent and 2-3 parts of an anti-cracking toughening agent, wherein the anti-cracking toughening agent comprises, by weight, 30-50 parts of a cement-based permeable crystallization master batch, 3-7 parts of magnesium oxide-aluminum oxide composite powder, 14-26 parts of coal gangue powder, 6-15 parts of bauxite powder and 6-15 parts of talcum powder.

By adopting the technical scheme, the anti-cracking toughening agent is added into the raw material of the water-based primer, when the water-based primer is coated on the surface of the concrete base layer, the raw material permeates into pores of the concrete base layer and generates chemical reaction with unhydrated cement particles in the concrete to form insoluble needle crystals, and the needle crystals fill capillary pores in the concrete base layer and block passages of water and water-soluble pollutants. The water-based primer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that through the synergistic effect of the raw materials, the water-based primer has high permeability, the bonding strength of a paint film and a concrete base layer is increased, and the paint film has good stability and waterproofness.

Preferably, the raw materials comprise, by weight, 35-40 parts of water-based primer emulsion, 19-23 parts of water, 23-27 parts of calcium carbonate, 8-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 9-12 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 3-4 parts of sodium gluconate, 3-4 parts of a film forming aid, 0.5-0.7 part of a dispersing agent, 1.2-1.4 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.4-0.6 part of a leveling agent and 2.3-2.7 parts of an anti-cracking toughening agent, wherein the raw materials of the anti-cracking toughening agent comprise 35-45 parts of a cement-based permeable crystallization master batch, 4-6 parts of magnesium oxide-aluminum oxide composite powder, 18-23 parts of coal gangue powder, 9-11 parts of bauxite powder and 9-11 parts of talcum powder.

By adopting the technical scheme, the raw material ratio of the water-based primer is optimized, the permeability of the water-based primer is further improved, the bonding strength of the paint film and the concrete base layer is further improved, and the paint film keeps good stability and waterproofness.

More preferably, the film forming auxiliary agent is one or more of dodecyl alcohol ester, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and propylene glycol butyl ether.

a preparation method of a water-based primer for a plastic track comprises the following steps:

uniformly mixing a cement-based permeable crystallization master batch, magnesium oxide-aluminum oxide composite powder, coal gangue powder, bauxite powder and talcum powder to obtain an anti-cracking toughening agent;

dividing the defoaming agent into two parts, namely a defoaming agent A and a defoaming agent B, wherein the weight ratio of the defoaming agent A to the defoaming agent B is (4-5): 1; dividing water into two parts, namely water A and water B, wherein the weight ratio of the water A to the water B is (1-2) to 1;

adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium gluconate, a dispersing agent, water A and a defoaming agent A into the water-based primer emulsion, stirring for 20-30min, heating to 30-40 ℃, continuing to stir for 5-10min, then adding calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide, stirring for 20-30min under heat preservation, then adding an anti-cracking toughening agent, stirring for 10-20min under heat preservation, then adding a film-forming assistant, a leveling agent, water B and a defoaming agent B, stirring for 20-30min under heat preservation, grinding, filtering and cooling to room temperature to obtain the water-based primer.

More preferably, the weight ratio of the defoaming agent A to the defoaming agent B is 4.5: 1; the weight ratio of the water A to the water B is 1.5: 1.

Secondly, adding an anti-cracking toughening agent into the raw materials of the water-based primer, and enabling the anti-cracking toughening agent to penetrate into the pores of the concrete base layer through the synergistic action among the cement-based infiltration crystallization master batch, the magnesium oxide-aluminum oxide composite powder, the coal gangue powder, the bauxite powder and the talcum powder, enabling active compounds penetrating into the pores to generate an interactive reaction with unhydrated cement particles in the concrete base layer to generate water-insoluble needle crystals, filling capillary pores in the concrete base layer with the needle crystals and blocking channels of water and water-soluble pollutants, enabling the paint film to be tightly combined with the concrete base layer through the synergistic action among the raw materials, increasing the combination strength of the paint film and the concrete base layer, reducing the conditions of loosening, hollowing and foaming of the paint film caused by underground water vapor in the later stage of the paint film, and further increasing the compactness and water resistance of the paint film.
