more preferably, the second sensing device is a push switch, the push switch is connected to the second circuit, and the push switch disconnects the second circuit when the detergent box is detached from the washing machine.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a washing machine and a control method.

Background

The upper part of the washing machine is provided with a detergent distributor box, and the detergent distributor box is internally provided with a plurality of spaces for users to conveniently put different washing treatment liquids into the detergent distributor box for washing clothes, such as a liquid laundry detergent putting area, a softener putting area, a disinfectant putting area and the like. However, if a user pulls out the detergent dispenser box and puts the detergent dispenser box into the relevant washing treatment liquid, the detergent dispenser box is not pushed into place, or a child carelessly pulls out the detergent dispenser box and does not push the detergent dispenser box into place during a washing process, the detergent box vibrates along with the vibration of the whole machine and generates a large noise during a washing operation of the washing machine, particularly high-speed dewatering, and if the washing machine is not placed horizontally, the detergent dispenser box even separates from the washing machine under the large vibration to damage the detergent dispenser box. Therefore, it is required to provide a washing machine and a control method capable of detecting whether a detergent box is assembled in place during a washing process, particularly, a dehydration process.

The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a washing machine, wherein the washing machine can detect whether a washing distributor box is installed in place before water is fed into the washing machine, before dehydration or in the dehydration process, so that the situations that water flows out along a detergent containing cavity during water injection, the detergent distributor box collides with the washing machine to generate noise in the dehydration process and even is separated from the washing machine to cause the damage of the detergent distributor box are avoided.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a washing machine, which comprises a detergent box accommodating cavity, wherein a detergent box is arranged in the detergent box accommodating cavity, a first sensing device is arranged in the detergent box accommodating cavity or on the detergent box, and whether the detergent box is installed in place is judged according to the on-off state of the first sensing device.

Furthermore, one end of the detergent box accommodating cavity is opened, the detergent box is inserted into the detergent box accommodating cavity from the opening, and the first sensing device is arranged at one end of the detergent box accommodating cavity far away from the opening, or the first sensing device is arranged at one end of the detergent box inserting opening;

further, the first sensing device is a contact switch, the contact switch is connected with the first circuit, and when the detergent box is installed in place, the contact switch is used for communicating the first circuit.

Furthermore, the detergent box accommodating cavity is also provided with a second sensing device, and whether the detergent box is separated from the washing machine or not is judged through the second sensing device;

preferably, the second sensing device is arranged at an opening end of the detergent box accommodating cavity;

more preferably, the second sensing device is a push switch, the push switch is connected to the second circuit, and the push switch disconnects the second circuit when the detergent box is detached from the washing machine.

The washing machine further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is connected with the first sensing device and the second sensing device, and the controller controls the operation of the washing machine according to the on-off conditions of the first sensing device and the second sensing device.

The invention also provides a control method of the washing machine, the washing machine comprises a detergent box accommodating cavity, a detergent box is arranged in the detergent box accommodating cavity, the detergent box accommodating cavity or the detergent box is provided with a first sensing device, and whether the detergent box is installed in place is judged through the first sensing device, so that the operation of the washing machine is controlled.

Further, before the washing machine enters water, whether the first sensing device is communicated or not is judged, and if the first sensing device is communicated, the washing machine operates according to set parameters; if the first sensing device is disconnected, the operation of the washing machine is suspended.

Further, a second sensing device is further arranged on the detergent box, and the control method is to judge whether the detergent box is separated from the washing machine according to the second sensing device so as to control the washing machine to operate.

Further, before the dehydration program starts and/or in the dehydration process, whether the first sensing device is communicated or not is judged, and if the first sensing device is communicated, the operation is carried out according to set dehydration parameters; if the first sensing device is disconnected, whether the dehydration rotating speed is adjusted is further determined according to whether the second sensing device is connected.

Further, when the first sensing device is disconnected, whether a second sensing device is connected or not is further judged, and if the second sensing device is connected, the dehydration program is carried out after the dehydration rotating speed is adjusted; if the second sensing device is disconnected, the program operation is suspended.

Further, the washing machine further comprises an alarm device, and when the first sensing device or the second sensing device is disconnected, the alarm device is started to remind a user of installing the detergent box in place.

After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. whether the detergent box is installed in place or not is detected through the first detection device before water enters the washing machine, the condition that detergent in the detergent box cannot completely enter the inner barrel along with water flow is avoided, and potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the water flow flows out along the detergent containing cavity are also avoided.

2. Whether the detergent box is installed in place or not is detected through the first sensing device before or in the dewatering process of the washing machine, so that the problem that the detergent box collides with the washing machine to generate noise in the dewatering process or the damage to the washing machine and the detergent box is caused is avoided.

3. Whether the detergent box is separated from the washing machine or not is detected through the second sensing device, and a user is prompted to install the detergent box in place.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

The washing machine is a pulsator washing machine or a drum washing machine, a detergent box accommodating cavity is formed in the washing machine, a detergent box is arranged in the detergent box accommodating cavity, and the detergent box is connected with a water inlet of the washing machine. A user puts liquid or solid detergent into a detergent box, after a washing program is started, water flows out of a water inlet pipe and enters the detergent box, and the detergent in the detergent box enters an inner barrel of the washing machine under the washing of water flow. When the detergent box is not installed in place, the detergent can not completely enter the inner barrel, even when the detergent box is separated from the washing machine under the condition that a user does not know, water flow can flow out along the containing cavity of the detergent box during washing or rinsing water injection, therefore, the first sensing device is arranged on the containing cavity of the detergent box or the detergent box, and whether the detergent box is installed in place or not is judged through the first sensing device.

Furthermore, one end of the detergent box accommodating cavity is opened, the detergent box is inserted into the detergent box accommodating cavity from the opening, and the first sensing device is arranged at one end of the detergent box accommodating cavity far away from the opening, or the first sensing device is arranged at one end of the detergent box inserting opening; when the first sensing device is arranged at one end of the accommodating chamber far away from the opening, the insertion end of the detergent box is inserted into the bottom of the detergent accommodating chamber and is installed in place, and then the first sensing device is contacted with the insertion end of the detergent box, so that a communication signal is sent. When the first sensing device is arranged at the insertion end of the detergent box, the insertion end of the detergent box is inserted into the bottom of the detergent containing chamber and is installed in place, and then the first sensing device is contacted with one end, far away from the opening, of the containing chamber, so that a communication signal is sent out. In order to make the detection result more accurate, it is preferable that the first sensing device is a contact switch, the contact switch is connected to the first circuit, and when the detergent box is mounted in place, the contact switch connects the first circuit.

Furthermore, when the washing machine is in the dewatering process, the detergent box is not installed in place, the loosened detergent box collides with the washing machine under the condition of high-speed dewatering of the washing machine, so that high noise is generated, and even the detergent box is separated from the washing machine in the high-speed dewatering process, so that the detergent box is damaged. Therefore, in order to avoid the loss caused by the improper installation of the detergent box in the dehydration process, the second sensing device is arranged in the accommodating cavity of the detergent box, and whether the detergent box is separated from the washing machine or not is judged by the second sensing device; in order to make the detection result more accurate, it is preferable to arrange the second sensing device at the opening end of the detergent box accommodating cavity, so that the second sensing switch is communicated no matter the detergent dispenser box is pulled outwards or pushed inwards, thereby indicating that the detergent box is not completely taken out. When the detergent box is separated from the washing machine, the opening end of the detergent containing cavity can not sense the switch-on signal, and then the detergent box is judged to be separated from the washing machine.

More preferably, the second sensing device is a push switch, the push switch is connected to the second circuit, the push switch maintains a connected state when the detergent box is in the detergent box accommodating chamber, and the push switch disconnects the second circuit when the detergent box is detached from the washing machine.

The washing machine further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is connected with the first sensing device and the second sensing device, and the controller controls the operation of the washing machine according to the on-off conditions of the first sensing device and the second sensing device.

The invention also provides a control method of the washing machine, as shown in a control logic diagram of fig. 1, the washing machine comprises a detergent box accommodating cavity, a detergent box is arranged in the detergent box accommodating cavity, a first sensing device is arranged on the detergent box accommodating cavity or the detergent box, and whether the detergent box is installed in place is judged through the first sensing device, so that the operation of the washing machine is controlled.

In order to prevent water from flowing out along the detergent box accommodating cavity due to the fact that the detergent box cannot be installed in place, potential safety hazards and inconvenience are brought to a user, before washing water or rinsing water enters the washing machine, whether the first sensing device is communicated or not needs to be judged in advance, if the first sensing device is communicated, the detergent box is installed in place is judged, the washing machine carries out washing or rinsing according to preset parameters, if the first sensing device is disconnected, the detergent box is judged not to be installed in place, in order to avoid water flow from flowing out of the detergent box accommodating cavity, the washing machine is paused at the moment, after the detergent box is installed in place by the user, the washing machine resumes operation, and washing or rinsing is carried out according to the preset parameters.

Further, in order to prevent the problem that the detergent box is not installed in place and collides with the washing machine during the dewatering process to generate noise, a second sensing device is further arranged on the detergent box and used for detecting whether the detergent box is separated from the washing machine or not. Before the dewatering program begins or in the dewatering process, whether the first inductive switch is connected or not is detected at any time, if the first inductive switch is detected to be in a connected state, then the detergent box is judged to be installed in place, the washing machine operates according to preset dehydration parameters, if the first inductive switch is detected to be disconnected, further detecting whether the second inductive switch is connected, if the second inductive switch is connected, judging that the detergent box is not installed in place but is not separated from the detergent box accommodating cavity, and dehydrating after the washing machine readjusts the dehydration rotating speed, if the preset dehydration rotating speed is 800rpm, the dehydration rotating speed is reduced to 400rpm, the specific dehydration rotating speed is set to be obtained through a large amount of test data, therefore, the detergent distributor box is prevented from being not completely installed in place, abnormal vibration is generated during high-speed dehydration, and the structure of the washing machine is prevented from being damaged. If the second detection device is in a disconnected state, the detergent box is judged to be separated from the washing machine, the program operation is suspended, and the alarm device is started to prompt a user that the detergent box is separated from the washing machine.

Further, the washing machine further comprises an alarm device, and when the first sensing device or the second sensing device is disconnected, the alarm device is started to remind a user of installing the detergent box in place. Preferably, the alarm device sets different alarm prompting modes when the first induction device and the second induction device are disconnected, and the alarm prompting modes comprise indicator lamp flickering or buzzing. Preferably, when the first sensing device detects that the circuit is disconnected, the indicator lamp flashes to alarm, and when the second sensing device is disconnected, the buzzer prompts to alarm.

Furthermore, a display screen is arranged on the washing machine, and when a user pushes the detergent box into the detergent accommodating cavity after adding detergent, the display screen can prompt the user whether the detergent box is installed in place.

Further, when the first sensing device or the second sensing device is disconnected in the washing or dewatering process, the washing machine sends prompt information to the mobile terminal of the customer to remind the user to install the detergent box in place.
