Background

With the rapid increase of the quantity of motor vehicles in China, the problem of difficult parking is more prominent. The underground garage is a mode without occupying ground resources and becomes a mainstream parking place in cities. How to reduce the construction cost of the underground garage and improve the construction efficiency becomes a research hotspot in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an underground garage and a construction method thereof, which can overcome the defects of the prior art, improve the construction efficiency and reduce the construction cost.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows.

An underground garage comprises a foundation pit, wherein a plurality of steel support piles are fixed at the edge of the foundation pit, a bottom plate is spliced at the bottom of the foundation pit through a plurality of steel plates, the steel plates positioned at the edge of the bottom plate are fixed on the steel support piles, a concrete layer is filled between the bottom plate and the bottom surface of the foundation pit, a top plate is fixed at the top of each steel support pile, a through groove is formed in each steel support pile, a plurality of first threaded holes are formed in the side wall of each through groove, a connecting block is installed in each through groove, connecting rods corresponding to the first threaded holes are movably inserted at two sides of each connecting block, second threaded holes corresponding to the first threaded holes are formed in each connecting block, a cone is arranged at the tail ends of the connecting rods, the cone is positioned in the second threaded holes, a fixing bolt penetrates through the first threaded holes and the second threaded holes and then is mutually extruded, the groove and the through groove are located on the same plane, a side plate is arranged between adjacent steel supporting piles and is inserted into the groove, blind holes are formed in two sides of the side plate, and the connecting rod is inserted into the blind holes in a matched mode.

D. sequentially inserting the side plates into the grooves, and locking the fixing bolts by using 80% of preset torque;

E. welding a top plate on the top of the steel support pile;

F. pouring concrete between the bottom plate and the bottom surface of the foundation pit;

G. and after the concrete layer is dried and solidified, locking the fixing bolt to a preset torque.

Adopt the beneficial effect that above-mentioned technical scheme brought to lie in: the invention provides an underground garage with a steel structure. Through the combined use of steel fender pile and curb plate, the fender pile need not dismantled at the construction end, has reduced the construction step, has improved underground garage's support stability. The use of connecting block on the one hand is convenient for the installation of curb plate, and more importantly can cushion and offset the lateral extrusion force in the installation between the different curb plates. Concrete is injected into the bottom of the steel structure, so that the side plates and the bottom plate are in direct contact with the concrete layer, and the stability of the base of the whole steel structure is improved. In the locking process of the fixing bolt, the rubber gasket is tightly pressed with the annular groove, so that the stability of the connecting block and the steel support pile in the connecting process is improved, and the dislocation between the connecting block and the steel support pile is avoided. The interference fit of the metal elastic sheet and the rubber layer can reinforce the inserting state of the connecting rod, and meanwhile, a vertical reinforcing system is formed by the metal elastic sheet and the matching structure of the rubber gasket and the annular groove, so that the stability of a steel structure is further improved. The side plates are flexibly connected with the top plate through the rubber cushion blocks, so that the uniformity of the connection strength between the top plate and the side plates can be ensured in the concrete curing process.

Through the two-stage elastic buffering of the design spring 26 and the metal elastic sheet 17, the stress displacement of the connecting rod 9 with different amplitudes can be buffered, and the metal elastic sheet 17 is prevented from excessively deforming.

The construction method of the underground garage comprises the following steps:

A. excavating a foundation pit 1, and installing steel support piles 2 at the edge of the foundation pit 1;

B. splicing a bottom plate by using a steel plate 3, and welding and fixing the steel plate 3 positioned at the edge of the bottom plate and the steel support piles 2;

C. a connecting block 8 is preset in the through groove 6, and a fixing bolt 11 penetrates through the first threaded hole 7 and the second threaded hole 27 to position the connecting block 8;

D. sequentially inserting the side plates 13 into the grooves 12, and locking the fixing bolts 11 by using 80% of preset torque;

E. welding a top plate 5 on the top of the steel support pile 2;

F. pouring concrete between the bottom plate and the bottom surface of the foundation pit 1; in the concrete curing process, the connection stress of the top plate 5 and the steel support piles 2 is monitored in real time, the tightness of the adjusting bolts 23 at corresponding positions is adjusted according to the detection result, and the uniformity of connection and fixation of the top plate 5 and different steel support piles 2 in the concrete curing process is ensured;

G. after the concrete layer 4 is dried and solidified, locking the fixing bolt 11 to a preset torque; when locking fixing bolt 11, carry out locking in turn to different connecting blocks 8, lock a connecting block 8 back promptly, the locking is not gone on to next connecting block 8 to an adjacent connecting block 8 in interval, to the fixing bolt 11 of difference on the same connecting block 8, the locking order is from the centre to both sides locking one by one. The locking mode can effectively reduce the torsional stress among the connecting blocks, the steel support piles and the side plates, and the stability of the whole steel structure is improved.
