s5, constructing the outer-leaf wallboard on the basis of the structural layer and the heat insulation layer: sequentially installing a reinforcing mesh of the outer leaf layer and the bay window wall board and an embedded part of the outer leaf layer wall board, ensuring that the embedded information is complete and the position is correct, pouring the mixture on the outer leaf layer through a hopper after the mixture is qualified by inspection, vibrating by a vibrating bar in the process, avoiding the embedded part and the heat preservation layer during vibrating, controlling the vibrating time within 2 minutes, and trowelling and finishing after vibrating, wherein the trowelling thickness is not more than 5 mm;

s6, separately supporting a mold for the floating window plate and the outer leaf wall, installing a floating window plate mold before the outer leaf wall is initially set, coating a release agent, pouring concrete in two layers and performing secondary vibration, wherein sponge adhesive tapes are adhered to the edge and the root of the floating window plate mold, when pouring in two layers, the pouring height of each layer is not more than 250mm, pouring along the U-shaped direction from one side, uniformly arranging and vibrating the concrete in the layered pouring process, performing vibration for the second time according to the pouring sequence, inserting the vibration for the second time into the 1/3 height of the first layer of concrete, performing secondary insertion type integral vibration along the U-shaped direction every 30 centimeters before the initial setting of the integral concrete of the floating window plate, vibrating for 30s every time until no bubbles are discharged from the surface, and the thickness of the sponge adhesive tape is 5 mm;

s8, after the wallboard is condensed, the hanging die and the side die are removed within 48 hours of concrete pouring, and the surface coated with the retarder is subjected to hair pinching, wherein the hair pinching depth is 5-7 mm;

s9, when the strength of the wallboard reaches the condition that the compressive strength is not less than 75% of the designed strength and not less than 15MPa, the wallboard is integrally demolded and lifted;

s10, spraying identification: checking the size deviation and the impression quality of the component, and pasting a component information identifier on an obvious part of the component by adopting a two-dimensional code technology after the component is qualified;

s11, storage in a warehouse: the storage information is stored according to the number of the storage yard and is stored in a storage information table.
