A novel clutch is characterized by comprising two novel internal and external tooth bearings, wherein the bearings comprise a basic bearing (1), and balls (12) are contained between the basic bearing (1) and a bearing inner ring (2), and the novel clutch is characterized in that an extension main body (14) extends out of the bearing inner ring (2), and the extension main body (14) comprises an extension toothed part (3); the extension toothed part (3) is a tooth outside the extension main body (14), and the extension main body (14) internally comprises internal teeth (11);

the two novel internal and external tooth bearings respectively comprise bearing shafts which are matched with the two novel internal and external tooth bearings and are free from idle running, and the two novel internal and external tooth bearings are characterized in that the bearing shafts are power rods (4), the end parts of the power rods (4) comprise a circle of external convex teeth (16), and the external convex teeth (16) can be matched with internal teeth (11) contained in the extension main body (14);

Background

The prior bearings are all referred to fig. 7, 13, 14, 15; which is widely used in various systems.

The existing mechanical system has complex transmission, and after a mechanical ball is damaged, a shaft is easy to be eccentric and idle; the bearing failure is caused, which is an important reason for restricting the mechanical development of China.

The bearing structure is single, and the transmission structure is excessive;

double-shaft linkage cannot be realized; coaxial same-speed transmission cannot be realized quickly;

single-shaft power generation and single-shaft driving cannot be performed; and there is no means to adjust the power.

the two novel internal and external toothed bearings are arranged oppositely, the two extension bodies 14 are adjacent to each other and contain a gap in the middle;

the device also comprises a push rod 18, wherein the end part of the push rod 18 comprises a front fixing block 19, and the front fixing block 19 extends out of two side walls 20; the two side walls 20 contain bearings, the bearings contain a rotating shaft, the clutch driving gear 21 can rotate around the rotating shaft, and the push rod can be pushed by the push power part 9 to enable the clutch driving gear 21 and the extending toothed parts 3 of the two gears to be in contact or separated.

A power linkage method based on double bearings is characterized in that by using the clutch of claim 1, one of two novel inner and outer gear bearings is in power connection with a power part through a power rod 4, the power part can drive the power rod to rotate, and when coaxial linkage is needed, a clutch driving gear 21 is pushed to drive the two power rods 4 to rotate.

A novel internal and external tooth bearing comprises a basic bearing 1, the bearing comprises the basic bearing 1, balls 12 are contained between the basic bearing 1 and a bearing inner ring 2, and the novel internal and external tooth bearing is characterized in that an extension main body 14 extends out of the bearing inner ring 2, and the extension main body 14 comprises an extension toothed part 3; the extended toothed portion 3 is a tooth outside the extended body 14, and the extended body 14 contains the internal teeth 11 inside.

the extension main body 14 extends out of more than one upright post 13, and a rotor capable of being driven is fixed on the upright post 13; the drive can be driven electrically by the external drive housing 6 and the stator 7 in the drive housing 6.
