An indoor assembled gas connecting system is used for being installed at a gas connecting position of an assembled building, and a transparent space is arranged at the gas connecting position, and the indoor assembled gas connecting system is arranged in the transparent space and comprises a connector (1) for connecting the end parts of two sections of gas pipelines and an isolation detection sleeve (2) which is arranged on the gas pipelines and wraps the connector (1);

two ends of the connector (1) are provided with internal threads, the end part of the gas pipeline is provided with external threads, and two ends of the connector (1) are respectively in threaded connection with the end parts of the two sections of gas pipelines;

the isolation detection sleeve (2) is of a tubular structure with openings at two ends, the diameter of the openings at two ends is larger than the outer diameter of the gas pipeline and the outer diameter of the connector (1) and smaller than the inner diameter of the middle inner part of the isolation detection sleeve (2), the length of the isolation detection sleeve (2) is larger than that of the connector (1), and the openings at two ends of the isolation detection sleeve (2) are respectively in sealing connection with the gas pipelines at two ends of the connector (1);

an air pressure detection device is arranged in the isolation detection sleeve (2), the isolation detection sleeve (2) is made of transparent materials, and the air pressure in the isolation detection sleeve (2) is smaller than the external atmospheric pressure.

2. An indoor assembled gas connection system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising two end caps (3) respectively disposed on the two sections of gas pipelines, wherein the end caps (3) further close and isolate two ends of the detection sleeve (2).

An indoor assembled gas connection system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the end cap (3) is made of transparent material, the gas pressure inside the end cap (3) is equal to the gas pressure inside the isolation detection sleeve (2), and a gas pressure detection device is also arranged inside the end cap (3).

An indoor assembled gas connection system according to claim 5, characterized in that the indoor assembled gas connection system comprises a comparison system, the comparison system comprises a comparison shell (5) made of solid transparent material and a gas pressure detection device arranged inside the comparison shell (5), the gas tightness inside the comparison shell (5) is good, and the gas pressure inside the comparison shell (5) is equal to the gas pressure inside the isolation detection sleeve (2).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type building equipment, in particular to an indoor assembly type gas connecting system.

Background

The fabricated building is a building which is formed by transferring a large amount of field operation work in the traditional construction mode to a factory, processing and manufacturing building components and accessories (such as floor slabs, wall slabs, stairs, balconies and the like) in the factory, transporting the components and accessories to a building construction site, and assembling and installing the components and the accessories on the site in a reliable connection mode.

The prefabricated building mainly comprises a prefabricated concrete structure, a steel structure, a modern wood structure building and the like, and is a representative of a modern industrial production mode due to the adoption of standardized design, factory production, assembly construction, informatization management and intelligent application.

If various pipelines are pre-buried in the fabricated building, a great deal of time for subsequent decoration is saved. However, the existing pre-buried pipeline rarely relates to a gas pipeline, namely, the requirement on tightness after the gas pipeline is connected is high, and if a reliable gas pipeline connecting device can be provided, the pre-installation degree of the assembly type building can be further improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to an indoor assembly type gas connection system to increase the pre-installation degree of an assembly type building by improving the reliability of gas pipeline connection.

The indoor assembled gas connecting system is used for being installed at a gas connecting position of an assembled building, a transparent space is arranged at the gas connecting position, the indoor assembled gas connecting system is arranged in the transparent space, and the gas connecting system comprises a connector and an isolation detection sleeve, wherein the connector is connected with the end parts of two sections of gas pipelines, and the isolation detection sleeve is arranged on the gas pipelines and wraps the connector; two ends of the connector are provided with internal threads, the end part of the gas pipeline is provided with external threads, and two ends of the connector are respectively in threaded connection with the end parts of the two sections of gas pipelines; the isolation detection sleeve is of a tubular structure with openings at two ends, the diameter of the openings at two ends is larger than the outer diameter of the gas pipeline and the outer diameter of the connector and smaller than the inner diameter of the middle inner part of the isolation detection sleeve, the length of the isolation detection sleeve is larger than that of the connector, and the openings at two ends of the isolation detection sleeve are respectively in sealing connection with the gas pipelines at two ends of the connector; an air pressure detection device is arranged in the isolation detection sleeve, the isolation detection sleeve is made of transparent materials, and the air pressure inside the isolation detection sleeve is smaller than the outside atmospheric pressure.

Optionally, the indoor assembled gas connection system further includes two end caps respectively disposed on the two sections of gas pipelines, and the end caps further seal and isolate two ends of the detection sleeve.

Optionally, the sealing end cover is made of a transparent material, the air pressure inside the sealing end cover is equal to the air pressure inside the isolation detection sleeve, and an air pressure detection device is also arranged inside the sealing end cover.

Optionally, a plurality of isolation boards are arranged inside the isolation detection sleeve, the isolation boards are parallel to the axis of the connector, the isolation boards divide the connector into a plurality of areas, an independent detection space is enclosed by the isolation boards, the inner wall of the isolation detection sleeve, the outer wall of the connector and the outer wall of the gas pipeline, and an air pressure detection device is arranged in each detection space.

Optionally, the air pressure detection device is a hollow closed small ball made of an elastic material, air is arranged inside the small ball, a plurality of detection line segments are arranged on the surface of the small ball, the detection line segments are arranged on an arc line on the surface of the small ball, and the distances between the end parts of the adjacent detection line segments are equal.

Optionally, the indoor assembled gas connection system preferably includes a comparison system, the comparison system includes a comparison casing made of a solid transparent material and an air pressure detection device arranged inside the comparison casing, the air tightness inside the comparison casing is good, and the air pressure inside the comparison casing is equal to the air pressure inside the isolation detection sleeve.

Optionally, the number of the control systems is more than two.

From the foregoing, it can be seen that the present application increases the pre-installation level of a fabricated building by improving the reliability of gas line connections.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

It should be noted that all expressions of "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name or different parameters, and it is understood that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present invention, and that the directions and positions of the terms, such as "up", "middle", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", "side", etc., in the present invention are only referred to the directions and positions of the attached drawings, and therefore, the directions and positions of the terms are used for illustrating and understanding the present invention, and are not used for limiting the subsequent embodiments of the present invention.

Both ends of the connector 1 are provided with internal threads, the end part of the gas pipeline is provided with external threads, and both ends of the connector 1 are respectively in threaded connection with the end parts of the two sections of gas pipelines. The air pressure detection device is a hollow closed small ball made of elastic materials, air is arranged in the small ball, a plurality of detection line segments 4 are arranged on the surface of the small ball, the detection line segments 4 are arranged on an arc line on the surface of the small ball, and the distances between the end parts of the adjacent detection line segments 4 are equal. When the air pressure inside the isolation detection sleeve 2 changes, the volume of the small ball changes, so that the change of the length and the thickness of the detection line segment 4 and the fine degree of the surface of the detection line segment 4 are driven to change, and the change of the air pressure inside the isolation detection sleeve 2 can be judged.

In order to further enhance the tightness of the joint of the two sections of gas pipelines, the indoor assembled gas connecting system further comprises two sealing end covers 3 respectively arranged on the two sections of gas pipelines, and the sealing end covers 3 further seal and isolate the two ends of the detection sleeve 2. In order to detect the airtightness between the end part of the sealing end cover 3 and the end part of the isolation detection sleeve 2, the sealing end cover 3 is made of a transparent material, the air pressure inside the sealing end cover 3 is equal to the air pressure inside the isolation detection sleeve 2, and an air pressure detection device is also arranged inside the sealing end cover 3.

This is not disturbed by environmental factors such as temperature changes, which can cause the air pressure sensing device in the contrast system to change in synchronism with the air pressure sensing device in the isolation detection sleeve 2 and the end cap 3, thus eliminating false alarms. Similarly, by comparing the air pressure detection device in the comparison system with the air pressure detection devices in the isolation detection sleeve 2 and the sealing end cover 3, the missing report can be avoided, and the detection reliability is improved.

In order to further increase the detection reliability, the number of the control systems is two or more. The number of the comparison systems is preferably three, namely, the cost is reduced, and the damaged comparison system can be conveniently found out after one comparison system is damaged, so that the system is convenient to replace in time and the reliability of the system is improved.
