Background

With the continuous development of people on ocean development and application in recent years, the ratio of the underwater autonomous underwater vehicle in ocean equipment is higher and higher, and the underwater autonomous underwater vehicle plays an important role in various fields such as civil scientific investigation, seabed exploration and the like and is widely popularized and applied in various military fields such as port protection, submarine monitoring and the like.

Throughout the autonomous underwater vehicle at home and abroad, the strobe light is used as an effective means for searching in a small range under the condition that the approximate position of the underwater vehicle is known after the underwater vehicle is discharged, and is particularly an optimal means when the underwater vehicle is recovered at night, so that the autonomous underwater vehicle can help a mother ship recovery person to quickly observe and find the underwater vehicle in the small range. However, the strobe light has a single function, and can only be used as a light indication when the underwater vehicle recovers, but cannot be used for other purposes.

Therefore, how to provide a light indicating system for a submersible vehicle with diversified functions is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a light indicating system for an underwater vehicle, which solves the problem that a strobe light carried on a traditional underwater vehicle is single in function.

the deepwater connector is installed at the bottom of the deepwater pressure-resistant cabin and is electrically connected with the control unit;

the control unit is installed in the deep water pressure-resistant cabin.

Through the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention discloses a light indicating system for an underwater vehicle, L ED light bars are carried on the underwater vehicle, and a control unit controls on-off of L ED light bars according to instructions, so that a flicker indicating function of a L ED indicating unit is realized.

The deep water pressure-resistant cabin is designed and processed by utilizing titanium alloy, the control unit 14 is based on an STM32 single chip microcomputer as a core processor, the deep water connector is specifically a subcon deep water connector, the subcon deep water connector is connected with a submarine navigation device control system, a data instruction transmitted by the submarine navigation device control system is received in a CAN bus mode, the data instruction is analyzed according to a protocol, the working state of a L ED lamp is controlled after the data instruction is analyzed, and the working state of the L ED lamp capable of being indicated comprises 3 states of conventional indication and 7 states of self-checking indication, and is specifically referred to table 1.

The control unit 14 is designed by using a stm32f103 single chip microcomputer, and is provided with two interfaces, one of the interfaces is connected with a four-core cable connector corresponding to a lower end cover subcon connector, the other interface is connected with an L ED light bar control power supply, the control unit is mainly used for receiving 3 conventional states and 7 equipment self-checking state instructions transmitted by a submarine control system during operation of the submarine, analyzing the instructions, and then controlling the on-off of an MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tube driving L ED light bar power supply according to the analyzed result, so that the flicker of 10 states shown in the table 1 is realized.

When the device is assembled on a submarine vehicle to be used as a light indication system, only one cable with a four-core subcon connector is connected with a four-core (1-12V power supply, 2-GND, 3-CANH and 4-CAN L) subcon connector of a lower end cover of a pressure-resistant cabin to a submarine vehicle control system of the submarine vehicle, the connection of a hardware circuit CAN be completed, the submarine vehicle control system CAN send related data instructions according to a pre-customized CAN bus communication protocol, and a L lamp is controlled to display different states.
