The jig for testing the airtightness of an interface assembly according to claim 7, wherein the supporting portion further has a second positioning hole penetrating therethrough or a second positioning groove provided at a side adjacent to the lifting plate, and the lifting member further includes a positioning portion provided on the lifting plate, the positioning portion being configured to extend into the second positioning hole or the second positioning groove so as to position the lifting plate and the supporting portion.

The interface module airtightness testing jig according to claim 10, wherein the driving member includes an air cylinder, the jig further includes a control module, the control module is configured to connect the air cylinder, the control module includes an air valve switch, the air valve switch is configured to control the driving member to drive the driving shaft and the panel to drive the lifting member to perform the lifting motion in a direction away from the bottom plate, and the air valve switch is further configured to control the driving member to drive the driving shaft and the panel to drive the lifting member to perform the resetting motion in a direction toward the bottom plate.

The jig of claim 2, wherein the supporting portion has a plurality of supporting areas and a plurality of through holes corresponding to the supporting areas, and at least a portion of the lifting member is configured to pass through the through holes to lift the plurality of interface portions located in the supporting areas, so that the plurality of interface components are separated from the supporting mold.

The interface assembly airtightness test fixture according to claim 1, further comprising an upper mold cover plate, wherein the upper mold cover plate is used for covering the side of the carrying mold and the interface assembly away from the bottom plate, and is used for fixing the interface assembly between the carrying mold and the upper mold cover plate in cooperation with the carrying mold.

15. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the interface module is a USBtype C interface module.

16. An interface assembly airtightness testing apparatus, comprising:

an interface component airtightness testing jig according to any one of claims 1 to 15;

the air blowing module is covered on the interface part of the interface component to inflate the cavity of the interface part; and

a detection module to detect air pressure of the cavity of the interface portion to confirm the air-tightness of the interface assembly.

The interface assembly airtightness testing apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the blowing module includes a blowing port and a sealing ring disposed around an inner wall of the blowing port, and the interface assembly airtightness testing apparatus further includes a moving module for carrying the blowing module and driving the blowing module to move, so that the sealing ring is sleeved on a periphery of the interface portion of the interface assembly, and further the blowing module is fixed to the interface portion and the blowing port is communicated with a cavity of the interface portion.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of interface assembly testing, in particular to an interface assembly air tightness testing jig and interface assembly air tightness testing equipment.

Background

Generally, the interface components include various types and standards, including USB interface components (such as USB Type a, USB microB, USB Type C, etc.), an audio interface component L lighting interface, and the like.

Generally, in response to the requirement of terminal equipment for waterproofing, etc., the interface assembly may need to perform an air tightness test, for example, by inflating the cavity of the interface assembly through the interface assembly air tightness test equipment and detecting the air pressure difference of the cavity of the interface assembly before and after a fixed time interval to confirm the air tightness of the interface assembly.

The interface assembly airtightness testing device may include a jig for supporting and fixing the interface assembly, and particularly, the jig may position the interface assembly by passing the positioning member through fixing holes at both ends of the interface assembly. However, in order to stably position the interface assembly, the difference between the outer diameter of the positioning member and the inner diameter of the fixing hole is not large, but the positioning member and the fixing hole are easily clamped when the interface assembly is taken after the air tightness test is completed, so that the interface assembly and the jig are difficult to separate, the production line operation is inconvenient, and the operation efficiency is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problem that the air tightness testing jig of the interface assembly is difficult to separate from the interface assembly, thereby affecting the operation efficiency, it is necessary to provide an air tightness testing jig of the interface assembly and equipment thereof, which are convenient for the production line operation and can improve the operation efficiency.

The embodiment of the invention provides an interface component airtightness test fixture which comprises a bearing mold and a bottom mold. The bottom die comprises a bottom plate and a jacking device, and the bearing die is used for bearing and positioning the interface assembly; the bottom plate is used for bearing and positioning the bearing mold; the jacking device is used for jacking at least one of the interface assembly and the bearing mold towards a direction far away from the bottom plate after the interface assembly completes the air tightness test so as to separate the interface assembly from the bearing mold or separate the bearing mold and the interface assembly from the bottom plate.

The embodiment of the invention provides interface component air tightness testing equipment which comprises the interface component air tightness testing jig, an air blowing module and a detection module. The blowing module is used for covering the interface part of the interface component so as to inflate the cavity of the interface part. The detection module is used for detecting the air pressure of the cavity of the interface part to confirm the air tightness of the interface component.

In the interface assembly air tightness test fixture and the interface assembly air tightness test equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the interface assembly is loaded and positioned by the bearing mould arranged on the bottom plate, and at least one of the interface assembly and the bearing mould is jacked up towards the direction far away from the bottom plate after the interface assembly completes the air tightness test by the jacking device so as to separate the interface assembly from the bearing mould or separate the bearing mould and the interface assembly from the bottom plate.
