playing the risk warning content of the current product to a customer through the first client on the customer site;

and carrying out double recording on the playing process of the client site through the first client, and sending the obtained double recording content to the server for storage in real time.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein said double recording of the playing process of the client site by the first client comprises:

displaying a playing picture of the risk warning content of the current product on a screen of the first client;

acquiring a face picture of a client at the first client and displaying the face picture and a playing picture of the risk warning content of the current product on the same screen;

recording a screen of the first client to obtain video content;

recording a client site at the first client to obtain audio content;

and taking the video content and the audio content as the double-recording content.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the double recording request carries a recording mode, wherein the recording mode is self-service recording of a client on a client site, recording of a service person by the client on the client site or recording of a service person by a remote auxiliary client;

if the recording mode is that business personnel assist the customer recording on the customer site; the method further comprises the following steps:

collecting a face picture of a service worker at the first client and displaying the face picture and a playing picture of the risk warning content of the current product on the same screen;

if the recording mode is that the business personnel remotely assist the client to record; the method further comprises the following steps: and receiving a face picture of the business personnel, which is sent by the server and collected by a second client, and displaying the face picture and the playing picture of the risk warning content of the current product on the same screen.

The intelligent double recording method is applied to an intelligent double recording system, wherein the intelligent double recording system comprises a server and a first client end used for remote communication with the server on a client site; the intelligent double recording method at the server side comprises the following steps:

receiving a double-record request aiming at a current product sent by the first client;

searching the risk warning content corresponding to the current product from the corresponding relation between the prestored product and the risk warning content;

sending response information to the double recording request to the first client; the response information at least carries the searched risk warning content of the current product;

and receiving double-recording content which is obtained by carrying out double-recording on the playing process of the risk warning content of the current product and is sent by the first client in real time.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein the double recorded content comprises video content; the pictures of the video content comprise face pictures of the client; the method further comprises the following steps:

carrying out face recognition on the face picture;

matching the recognition result with the pre-stored face of the client;

if the matching is successful, the double recording is continued; and if not, re-acquiring the face picture for face recognition.

6. The method of claim 4, wherein the bibliographic content further comprises audio content; the audio content comprises a recording of a customer; the method further comprises the following steps:

performing voice recognition on the recording;

matching the recognition result with the pre-stored content;

if the matching is successful, the double recording is continued; and if not, sending an instruction for replaying the risk warning content to the first client.

7. The method of claim 4, wherein after receiving, in real time, the double-recorded content that is obtained by double-recording the playing process of the risk warning content of the current product and sent by the first client, the method further comprises:

performing real-time timestamp and watermark adding on the video stream of the double-recording content;

and merging the processed video streams to generate a video file and storing the video file.

8. A client, comprising:

a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor;

the memory is used for storing a computer program;

the processor is configured to invoke and execute the computer program in the memory to perform the method of any of claims 1-3.

9. A server, comprising:

a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor;

the memory is used for storing a computer program;

the processor is configured to invoke and execute the computer program in the memory to perform the method of any of claims 4-7.

10. An intelligent dubbing system comprising a server as claimed in claim 9 and a client as claimed in claim 8 for communicating remotely with the server at a client site.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of double recording, in particular to an intelligent double recording method and system, a client and a server.

Background

The bank supervision and management requires that when a banking financial institution sells financial products which are issued by law in a business place and financial products which are issued by law in a cooperation institution, a special area is managed in a double recording mode, namely a selling special area is set up, a power distribution subsystem is arranged in the selling special area, and the recording and the video recording are synchronously carried out on the selling process of each product.

The existing double recording mode is that related equipment is installed on the site, a client needs to go to the site for double recording, and staff needs to participate in interaction and help in the process. This makes the existing dual recording mode have some short plates: firstly, the existing scheme needs to realize the recording and video recording functions based on hardware, so that a large amount of physical transformation work needs to be carried out on field equipment, the video files recorded in the double-recording mode are large, and when the usage amount is steadily and continuously increased, continuous investment is needed for storage, expansion and upgrading; secondly, a server needs to be deployed in each branch organization, centralized deployment cannot be realized, headquarters lack a management entrance, and the problem of difficulty in reiteration in case of doubt is encountered; thirdly, the staff is required to highly participate in the process, so that a large amount of human resources are required to be occupied, the working efficiency is influenced, and meanwhile, the client performs double recording and is limited to offline processing in working time, so that the business processing efficiency required to perform double recording is low.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present application aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides an intelligent dual-recording method and system, a client, and a server.

In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted in the application:

the first aspect of the application provides an intelligent double recording method, which is applied to an intelligent double recording system, wherein the intelligent double recording system comprises a server and a first client end used for remote communication with the server on a client site; the intelligent double-recording method on the first client side comprises the following steps:

playing the risk warning content of the current product to a customer through the first client on the customer site;

and carrying out double recording on the playing process of the client site through the first client, and sending the obtained double recording content to the server for storage in real time.

Optionally, the double recording of the playing process of the client site by the first client includes:

displaying a playing picture of the risk warning content of the current product on a screen of the first client;

acquiring a face picture of a client at the first client and displaying the face picture and a playing picture of the risk warning content of the current product on the same screen;

recording a screen of the first client to obtain video content;

recording a client site at the first client to obtain audio content;

and taking the video content and the audio content as the double-recording content.

Optionally, the double recording request carries a recording mode, where the recording mode is self-service recording by a client on the client site, and business personnel assist the client in recording on the client site or remotely assist the client in recording by the business personnel;

if the recording mode is that business personnel assist the customer recording on the customer site; the method further comprises the following steps:

collecting a face picture of a service worker at the first client and displaying the face picture and a playing picture of the risk warning content of the current product on the same screen;

if the recording mode is that the business personnel remotely assist the client to record; the method further comprises the following steps: and receiving a face picture of the business personnel, which is sent by the server and collected by a second client, and displaying the face picture and the playing picture of the risk warning content of the current product on the same screen.

The second aspect of the application provides an intelligent double recording method, which is applied to an intelligent double recording system, wherein the intelligent double recording system comprises a server and a first client end used for remote communication with the server on a client site; the intelligent double recording method at the server side comprises the following steps:

receiving a double-record request aiming at a current product sent by the first client;

searching the risk warning content corresponding to the current product from the corresponding relation between the prestored product and the risk warning content;

sending response information to the double recording request to the first client; the response information at least carries the searched risk warning content of the current product;

and receiving double-recording content which is obtained by carrying out double-recording on the playing process of the risk warning content of the current product and is sent by the first client in real time.

Optionally, the double-recording content includes video content; the pictures of the video content comprise face pictures of the client; the method further comprises the following steps:

carrying out face recognition on the face picture;

matching the recognition result with the pre-stored face of the client;

if the matching is successful, the double recording is continued; and if not, re-acquiring the face picture for face recognition.

Optionally, the double-recording content further includes audio content; the audio content comprises a recording of a customer; the method further comprises the following steps:

performing voice recognition on the recording;

matching the recognition result with the pre-stored content;

if the matching is successful, the double recording is continued; and if not, sending an instruction for replaying the risk warning content to the first client.

Optionally, after receiving the double-recording content, which is obtained by double-recording the play process of the risk warning content of the current product and is sent by the first client in real time, the method further includes:

performing real-time timestamp and watermark adding on the video stream of the double-recording content;

and merging the processed video streams to generate a video file and storing the video file.

A third aspect of the present application provides a client comprising:

a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor;

the memory is used for storing a computer program;

the processor is configured to invoke and execute the computer program in the memory to perform the method according to the first aspect of the application.

A fourth aspect of the present application provides a server comprising:

a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor;

the memory is used for storing a computer program;

the processor is configured to invoke and execute the computer program in the memory to perform the method according to the second aspect of the application.

A fifth aspect of the present application provides an intelligent dual-recording system comprising a server according to the fourth aspect of the present application and a client according to the third aspect of the present application for communicating remotely with the server at a client site.

The technical scheme provided by the application can comprise the following beneficial effects:

according to the scheme, risk warning content related to the product is pre-manufactured and stored in the server, on the basis, after a double-recording request is sent to the current product at the first client side, response information can be obtained from the server, the response information carries the risk warning content related to the current product, the risk warning content is played to the client at the first client side, the client can learn and give risk warning, meanwhile, double recording is carried out in the playing process of the client side, and therefore the double-recording content can be obtained and sent to the server to be stored. Therefore, on one hand, as the special server is remotely arranged to provide storage of the risk warning content and the double-recording content, the services such as storage and the like can be provided for clients of different client sites, namely, centralized deployment is realized, only one client is required on the client site, the physical layout of the client site is simpler, a large amount of physical transformation work on each double-recording field device is not required, the deployment of the server is saved, the problems of storage capacity expansion and upgrading and the like caused by overlarge recorded video files are not required, and the problem that the dubbing is difficult to trace when the video files are questioned is solved; on the other hand, because the risk warning content is pre-manufactured, the client can know the risk of the product by directly acquiring and playing the product on line from the server through the first client, so that the client does not need to rely on-site explanation of workers, occupation of manpower resources is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the reliability of the double-recording content is ensured because the playing process is recorded and uploaded on line in real time.

The risk warning content refers to risk content related to the financial product which needs to be known by the customer. Each product corresponds to a risky alert content. The risk warning content of the product has various forms, for example, at least one of the following items can be included: content in an audio format; content in a picture format; content in audio-video format. In implementation, the audio of the business personnel explaining the risk content to the client can be pre-recorded aiming at different products, the image containing the risk content can be pre-manufactured, the video of the business personnel explaining the risk content to the client can be pre-recorded, and the like. Of course, the risk alert content may also be in other formats, which are not listed here.

And step 13, playing the risk warning content of the current product to the client through the first client on the client site.

In this embodiment, risk warning content related to a product is pre-manufactured and stored in the server, and based on this, after a double recording request is sent to a current product at the first client, response information can be obtained from the server, where the response information carries the risk warning content related to the current product, and the risk warning content is played to the client at the first client, so that the client can learn and give a risk warning, and meanwhile, double recording is performed on a playing process of a client site, so that double recording content can be obtained and sent to the server for storage. The first client may include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
