3. An electric heating device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the heat-conducting element further comprises a connecting unit for snapping with an adjacent heat-conducting element.

4. An electrically heated device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the heat conducting element comprises a layer of aluminium oxide film.

5. An electrical heating apparatus in accordance with claim 1, wherein said single thermally conductive element comprises three protrusions.

An electric heating apparatus for transferring thermal energy to an object to be heated, comprising: the electric heating tube comprises an electric heating tube, an electric heating body and a heat conduction layer, wherein the electric heating body is arranged in the inner cavity of the quartz tube, the electric heating tube is fixed on the heat conduction layer on the surface of the object to be heated, the heat conduction layer is composed of a plurality of heat conduction elements, the heat insulation layer is arranged outside the heat conduction layer, and the heat conduction elements comprise aluminum oxide films.

7. An electrically heated device as claimed in claim 6 wherein said heat conducting element outer surface includes at least one protrusion, said insulation layer being in contact with said protrusion.

8. An electrical heating apparatus in accordance with claim 6, wherein said heat conducting element comprises a first cavity and a second cavity, said first cavity and said second cavity respectively receiving said electrical heating tube.

9. An electric heating device as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the heat-conducting element further comprises a connection unit for engaging with an adjacent heat-conducting element.

10. An electric heating apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein both ends of the connection unit are engaged with the adjacent heat conductive members, respectively.
