Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of zippers, and particularly relates to a zipper and a pull head thereof.

Background

The zipper is widely applied to clothes and various bags as common tools in daily life of people, in order to improve the aesthetic property of the zipper, an electroplating process and a baking finish process are largely applied to the production and the manufacture of the pull heads of the zipper, however, when the zipper is manufactured by electroplating or baking finish, a plurality of pull heads are usually poured into an electroplating device and a baking finish device which are the same as the electroplating device, and a plurality of pull heads are easily adhered together in the rolling process of a large number of pull heads in the electroplating device or the baking finish device, so that the manufacture quality of the pull heads is greatly influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a zipper and a pull head thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that the pull head in the prior art is sticky in an electroplating or baking finish manufacturing process.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a pull head comprises a first wing piece, a second wing piece, a guide post and a cap, wherein the first wing piece and the second wing piece are arranged at intervals relatively, two ends of the guide post are respectively connected with the first wing piece and the second wing piece, the cap is installed on the surface of the first wing piece facing away from the second wing piece, and a first bulge is arranged on the surface of the second wing piece facing away from the first wing piece.

Specifically, the height H of the annular protrusion protruding out of the surface of the second fin 20 is suitable, which can achieve a good blocking effect and an anti-sticking effect, and if the height of the annular protrusion is too small, the annular protrusion cannot effectively achieve the blocking effect.

Optionally, the height of the annular protrusion is smaller than the thickness of the second wing 20, so as to avoid the excessive height of the annular protrusion causing the excessive volume of the slider and the accumulation of electrolyte or baking varnish liquid in the annular protrusion.

In another embodiment of the invention, as shown with reference to fig. 3, the second tab 20 of the slider is provided with a second projection 22 facing away from the first tab 10, the second projection 22 being located within the annular projection.

Optionally, the groove 12 is communicated with the mounting groove 12 on the cap 40 for mounting the pulling-on piece, so that the moving range of the pulling-on piece is larger, the use flexibility of the pulling-on piece is good, the use operation of the pulling head is smooth, convenient and fast, and time and labor are saved.

In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the slider is provided with a first inclined surface 13 at the edge of the first wing 10, and the first inclined surface 13 extends from the surface of the first wing 10 opposite to the second wing 20 and inclines towards the second wing 20 and is connected with the side surface of the first wing 10.

Specifically, in the process of electroplating or baking finish, the electrolyte or baking finish at the edge of the first wing piece 10 can be discharged along the first inclined plane 13, so that the electrolyte or baking finish is prevented from being accumulated at the edge of the first wing piece 10, the electrolyte or baking finish is distributed on the slider more uniformly, and the appearance is more attractive; in addition, after the electroplating or baking finish manufacturing process is finished, the first inclined surface 13 can enable the whole puller to generate more reflected light, so that the visual effect of the whole puller is good in three-dimensional performance.
