Technical Field

The invention relates to a cushion appliance, in particular to a seat.

Background

At present, the sitting posture of a disk becomes a daily life habitual sitting posture of many people. Studies have shown that psychological decompression can be achieved by proper duration of the discal sitting, thereby improving the condition of nervous tension.

In the market, seating furniture is generally made of a flat, flexible material. When a user sits on the plane seating equipment for a long time, blood in legs and feet cannot flow, and the blood is particularly marked as limp and numb legs and feet. Therefore, when the user sits for a long time, the user can not effectively improve the nervous tension due to the plane sitting tool, and the legs and the feet of the user can be tingled.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a piece of seating furniture, when a user performs a sit-ups operation by using the seating furniture, a first seating furniture shell provides a hip supporting point for the hip of the user, and a second seating furniture shell provides a leg-ups supporting point for the legs of the user. The vibrating piece enables the body of a user to be in a vibrating state through micro-vibration, so that the conditions of leg numbness and the like caused by too long leg coiling time and non-circulation of leg blood are avoided.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the invention provides a piece of seating furniture, comprising: the first seat shell is used for providing a first supporting point, and a hollow channel is arranged in the first seat shell;

a second seat shell connected to the first seat shell, the second seat shell configured to provide a second support point;

a vibrating member disposed in the hollow passage;

the first seating furniture shell and the second seating furniture shell have a height difference on the upper surfaces.

The seat of the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: the upper surface of the vibrating piece and the upper surface of the first seat shell are at the same horizontal height by arranging the vibrating piece in the hollow channel of the first seat shell. When a user sits on the seat, the first seat shell provides a supporting point for the hip of the user, and the second seat shell provides a leg-coiling supporting point for the legs of the user. The vibrating piece vibrates slightly to make the user's health be in the vibration state to avoid the user to coil the leg for too long and lead to the leg condition such as leg tingling that leg blood circulation caused. Through setting up the difference in height to first thing to sit on casing and second thing to sit on casing to make user's shank and truck have the difference in height, thereby avoid the blood refluence of shank. The height difference is arranged on the seat shell, so that the blood circulation of legs of a user is facilitated when the user sits.

According to other embodiments of the seat of the present invention, the first seat shell and the second seat shell are connected by a sidewall to fix relative positions of the two.

According to other embodiments of the seat of the present invention, the vibrating member includes:

vibrating the substrate;

the spring body is arranged on the surface of the vibration substrate;

the supporting plate is arranged on one side, away from the vibration substrate, of the spring body;

the cushion pad body is arranged on one side, far away from the spring body, of the supporting plate.

This thing to sit on includes: a first seat shell 100 for providing a first supporting point, the first seat shell 100 having a hollow channel therein; a second seat shell 300, the second seat shell 300 being connected to the first seat shell 100, the second seat shell 300 being configured to provide a second supporting point; the vibrating member 200, the vibrating member 200 is disposed in the hollow passage of the first seat shell 100.

Wherein, the vibration member 200 is disposed in the hollow channel of the first seat shell 100, and the upper surface of the vibration member 200 and the upper surface of the first seat shell 100 are at the same level. When a user sits down using the seat, the first seat case 100 provides a support point for the buttocks of the user, and the second seat case 300 provides a leg-hanging support point for the legs of the user. As shown in fig. 1, the outer side wall of the first seat shell 100 is arc-shaped, and the inner side wall is a hollow channel vertically arranged; the second seat housing 300 may have an oval shape, and the upper surface thereof is a curved surface. The curvature of the upper surface of the second sitting tool housing 300 is finely adjusted to increase the effective area of the second sitting tool housing 300 for supporting the legs of the user.

Referring to fig. 2, a cross-sectional view of a seat in an embodiment of the invention is shown. The first seating furniture housing 100 and the second seating furniture housing 300 are connected through the sides to fix the relative positions; there is a height difference between the upper surfaces of the first and second seat cases 100 and 300. The first seat shell 100 and the second seat shell 300 are provided with a height difference, so that the legs and the trunk of the user have a height difference, thereby preventing the blood of the legs from flowing backwards. The height difference is arranged on the seat shell, so that the blood circulation of legs of a user is facilitated when the user sits.

In some embodiments, the first and second seating furniture housings 100 and 300 are firmly combined by providing an adhesive layer between the sides thereof.

In some embodiments, the first seat shell 100 and the second seat shell 300 are an integral structure, and there is a height difference between the upper surfaces of the first seat shell 100 and the second seat shell 300. The first seat shell 100 and the second seat shell 300 can be manufactured by integral molding, so as to prevent the connection at the joint of the first seat shell 100 and the second seat shell 300 from being unstable.

The vibrating member 200 includes: a vibration substrate 240; a spring body 230 disposed on the surface of the vibration substrate 240; the supporting plate 220 is disposed on one side of the spring body 230 away from the vibrating substrate 240; the cushion body 210 is disposed on a side of the supporting plate 220 away from the spring body 230. The vibration member 200 may be elastically vibrated by providing a plurality of spring bodies 230 in the vibration member 200. The spring bodies 230 are disposed between the vibration substrate 240 and the supporting plate 220 via the vibration substrate 240 to provide elastic supporting points, so that the vibration member 200 can be uniformly stressed. The vibration base plate 240 and the support plate 220 pass through a plurality of spring bodies 230 to fix relative positions. Symmetrically arranged to vibrate the substrate 240.

Referring to fig. 4, the plurality of spring bodies 230 are respectively disposed at the edge of the vibration substrate 240, and the centers of the plurality of spring bodies 230 are coincident with the center of the vibration substrate 240.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an exploded view of a seat according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The seat further comprises: the broadcasting member is disposed between the vibration substrate 240 and the supporting plate 220. The sound wave of the preset audio frequency is formed by the sound of the broadcasting member vibrating through the built-in speaker, the vibration of the speaker in the sound member is transmitted to the supporting plate 220, and the amplitude and the frequency of the supporting plate 220 are amplified by the spring body 230, so that the vibrating member 200 vibrates.

A vibrator is arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate 220, and the vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibrating element 200 can be adjusted and controlled by controlling the control frequency and amplitude of the vibrator.

By providing the broadcasting member between the vibration base plate 240 and the supporting plate 220, the broadcasting member can play a pre-stored audio frequency while the vibration member 200 vibrates. In some embodiments, the vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibrating element 200 are controlled by extracting the amplitude and frequency of the pre-stored acoustic frequency to form a vibration control signal.

In some embodiments, the amplitude and frequency of the vibrating element 200 correspond to those of the broadcast audio frequency of the broadcast element by time-sharing or co-controlling the vibrating element 200 and the broadcast element.

The broadcast piece includes: a first announcement 410, a second announcement 420; the first broadcasting member 410 and the second broadcasting member 420 are symmetrically disposed on the surface of the supporting plate 220 away from the spring body 230.

The first broadcasting piece 410 and the second broadcasting piece 420 are symmetrically arranged, so that the played audio has stereoscopic impression and surrounding impression. In addition, when any one of the first broadcasting element 410 or the second broadcasting element 420 is damaged, the other broadcasting element can be used as a spare broadcasting element to perform normal operation.

In some embodiments, the seat further comprises: a bottom plate 710, the bottom plate 710 being disposed at a bottom side of the first seat housing 100; and a plurality of supporting columns 600, wherein a first end of each supporting column 600 is connected with the bottom plate 710, and a second end of each supporting column 600 is connected with the vibration substrate 240.

A bottom plate 710 is provided at the bottom side of the first seat housing 100, and a fulcrum is provided for the supporting post 600 through the bottom plate 710.

In some embodiments, a cushion is disposed on a side of the bottom plate 710 away from the vibrating member 200 to prevent the bottom plate 710 of the seat from colliding with the ground due to hard contact during the vibration of the vibrating member 200.

In some embodiments, the seat further comprises: and a plurality of floor supports 720, wherein the floor supports 720 are disposed on a surface of the bottom plate 710 on a side away from the vibrator 200. By symmetrically arranging the floor supporters 720 on the bottom plate 710, a plurality of landing support points are provided on the bottom of the seat. In addition, the outer surface of the landing support member 720 is provided with a protective buffer layer, so that the landing support member 720 is prevented from being in hard contact collision with the ground when the seat works, and the landing support member 720 or the ground is prevented from being abraded.

In some embodiments, the seat further comprises: the circuit controller 500 is disposed on a surface of the vibration substrate 240 on a side away from the spring body 230. The circuit controller 500 is electrically connected to the first broadcasting member 410 and the second broadcasting member 420, and the circuit controller 500 controls the first broadcasting member 410 and the second broadcasting member 420 to play audio by sending a voice playing signal.

Referring to fig. 5, an exploded view of a circuit controller 500 according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. The circuit controller 500 further includes: a first cover 510, a second cover 530, and a circuit control board 520; a cavity is fixed by the first cover 510 and the second cover 530; the circuit control main board 520 is disposed in the cavity. The first cover 510 and the second cover 530 are assembled, and the first cover 510 and the second cover 530 are provided with a limiting structure to fix the circuit control motherboard 520 in a fastening or screwing manner.

The circuit controller 500 further comprises a processor, a wireless transmission module, a memory module and a power amplifier circuit; the processor, the wireless transmission module, the memory module and the power amplifier circuit are respectively arranged on the surface of the circuit control mainboard. The processor is arranged on the surface of the circuit control mainboard 520 and is used for generating a vibration control signal and a broadcast control signal; the wireless transmission module is arranged on the surface of the circuit control mainboard 520 and used for receiving and transmitting wireless signals; the memory module is arranged on the surface of the circuit control mainboard 520 and is used for prestoring audio information; the power amplifier circuit is arranged on the surface of the circuit control mainboard 520 and electrically connected with the processor, and is used for performing power amplifier processing on the broadcast control signal. The wireless transmission module is used for receiving and transmitting the external control signal, and the processor is used for processing the external control signal to form a control signal.

In some embodiments, the wireless transmission module is in communication connection with an external communication device, and the external communication device wirelessly transmits the audio frequency to be played to the memory module in the circuit controller 500 for storage, and transmits the electrical signal corresponding to the audio frequency to be played to the first broadcasting member 410 and the second broadcasting member 420 after amplifying the electrical signal through the power amplifier circuit, thereby playing the audio frequency to be played. The playing power of the first playing piece 410 and the playing power of the second playing piece 420 are controlled by adjusting the power amplifier processing signal of the power amplifier circuit, so as to adjust the playing volume of the audio frequency to be played.

In some embodiments, the first seat shell 100 is cylindrical and the second seat shell 300 is elliptical. When the user performs the sit-ups using the seat, both legs are bent and crossed, and the sit-ups are performed using the upper surface of the second seat case 300 as a supporting point. Because the upper surfaces of the first seat shell 100 and the second seat shell 300 have a height difference, the height difference exists between the legs and the upper body of the user, so as to avoid the condition that the legs are tingled due to the fact that blood of the legs does not circulate.

The first broadcasting piece 410 and the second broadcasting piece 420 are used for playing audio, and the vibration of the vibrators arranged in the first broadcasting piece 410 and the second broadcasting piece 420 is conducted to the body of a user through the supporting plate 220, so that the body of the user is in a micro-vibration state, and the body is prevented from being in a fixed body position for a long time to reduce the blood circulation rate.

In some embodiments, the vibrator is arranged to adjust the vibration amplitude of the vibrating part, and the vibration frequency of the vibrator is consistent with the frequency of the vibrator built in the broadcasting part.
