1. A public tableware rack is characterized by comprising a base and an upright post group which is rotationally connected with the base; the upright post group comprises at least one upright post; the base is provided with a groove part corresponding to each upright post and used for placing the upright posts; the common tableware rack also comprises a rack head corresponding to each upright post.

2. The utility rack of claim 1, wherein each of said posts has a spherical bearing at the bottom, said posts being rotatably connected to the base by spherical bearings.

3. The utility rack of claim 2, wherein the recessed portion comprises a first recess for mating with a stud bottom spherical bearing and a second recess for receiving a stud; the first groove is positioned at one end part of the second groove.

4. The utility tray of claim 3, wherein the recessed portion further comprises a third recess for receiving the post, the third recess and the second recess sharing the first recess as an end portion, the third recess and the second recess forming a fixed angle therebetween and both extending to the edge of the base.

5. The utility rack of claim 4, wherein the spherical bearing outer surface is provided with a protrusion; the inner surface of the first groove is provided with a groove corresponding to the protrusion.

6. The common tableware rack according to claim 1, wherein said rack head is located at the top end of the upright, said rack head comprises a rack head bottom and a rack head edge, said rack head is through front and back and has an open upper end, the height of the rack head edge is higher than that of the rack head bottom, and said rack head bottom is engraved with ripples.

7. The utility rack of claim 1, wherein the head is removably attached to the post.

8. The common tableware rack of claim 1, wherein said base further comprises at least one of a tissue tray and a toothpick tray.

9. A method of using a common dish rack as claimed in claim 1, comprising:

the upright post rotates around the base from the groove part to a use position;

the public tableware is placed on the rack head.

10. A method of storing a common rack as claimed in claim 1, comprising:

removing the public tableware from the rack head;

and rotating the upright column to the groove part of the base.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of dining table appliances, in particular to a public tableware rack and a using method and a containing method thereof.

Background

With the development and progress of social economy, people have more and more food gathering activities. In a party meal occasion, people generally use public tableware, such as: public chopsticks, public soup spoons, etc. However, how to put public tableware becomes a problem for people.

The current practice is to place public chopsticks directly on the bowl and dish beside the dish or to place a more private chopstick rack for placing public chopsticks. If the public tableware is directly placed on the bowl and the dish, the tableware is often stained with oil soup, and the subsequent use is inconvenient; if public tableware is placed through the simple private chopstick rack, on one hand, the private chopstick rack is convenient for placing by multiple people on a dining table, and is often small, and the public tableware is inconvenient to take when placed; on the other hand, larger public tableware such as spoons cannot be placed on the private chopstick rack. Therefore, the public tableware rack in the market is in a deficient state at present, which causes inconvenience in life of people, and the market urgently needs a special public tableware rack to solve the problems.

The invention aims to provide a public tableware rack and a using method and a containing method thereof.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a public tableware rack comprises a base and an upright post group which is rotationally connected with the base; the upright post group comprises at least one upright post; the base is provided with a groove part corresponding to each upright post and used for placing the upright posts; the common tableware rack also comprises a rack head corresponding to each upright post.

By adopting the structure, the problem that the public tableware rack in the current market is deficient is solved by arranging the upright column on the base and the rack head on the upright column; the upright post is rotatably connected with the base, the upright post rotates out of the groove part to place public tableware when in use, and the upright post rotates to be accommodated in the groove part when not in use; the public tableware rack is convenient to store after being used up, and the public tableware rack is convenient to keep clean.

The method is further optimized as follows: and a spherical bearing is arranged at the bottom of each upright, and the upright is rotatably connected with the base through the spherical bearing.

By adopting the structure, the spherical bearing has high reliability, can be repeatedly used for many times and is not easy to damage.

The method is further optimized as follows: the groove part comprises a first groove used for matching with a spherical bearing at the bottom of the upright post and a second groove used for placing the upright post; the first groove is positioned at one end part of the second groove.

By adopting the structure, the first groove is matched with the spherical bearing to realize the rotary connection between the upright post and the base and realize the fixation of any position in the rotary range of the upright post; the second recess is convenient for rotate and accomodates the stand, and the stand all is located inside the second recess in the projection of rotation range optional position on the base.

The method is further optimized as follows: the groove part also comprises a third groove for placing the upright post, the third groove and the second groove share the first groove as an end part, and the third groove and the second groove form a fixed angle with each other and extend to the edge of the base.

By adopting the structure, the third groove enlarges the rotating direction of the stand column, the stand column can be rotated above the second groove and also rotated above the third groove, the projection of any position of the stand column on the base in the rotating range is positioned inside the second groove or the third groove, and the position of the stand column which is convenient to flexibly set is convenient for meeting the requirements of different occasions and different users.

The method is further optimized as follows: the outer surface of the spherical bearing is provided with a bulge; the inner surface of the first groove is provided with a groove corresponding to the protrusion.

By adopting the structure, the stability of the rotary connection between the spherical bearing and the first groove is improved, and inconvenience caused by the rotation of the upright column due to the overweight of public tableware in the fixing process is avoided.

By adopting the structure, the duration time of some dinner gathering occasions is longer or different dish styles are switched, such as: when the fruits are eaten from the main dish, the rack head and the public tableware can be replaced together, so that the sanitation and the real taste of the dishes are kept, and the influence of part of soup remaining on the rack head on the taste of the dishes below is avoided; the frame head can be detached, so that the cleaning is convenient; meanwhile, when the rack head is damaged, the whole common tableware rack does not need to be replaced, and only the rack head needs to be replaced, so that the cost is saved.

The method is further optimized as follows: the base is also provided with at least one of a paper towel groove and a toothpick groove.

By adopting the structure, the tissue groove and the toothpick groove are concentrated on the base, so that people can take tissues and toothpicks conveniently, and the space of a dining table is saved.

The invention also provides a using method of the public tableware rack, which comprises the following steps:

the upright post rotates around the base from the groove part to a use position;

the public tableware is placed on the rack head.

The invention also provides a storage method of the public tableware rack, which comprises the following steps:

removing the public tableware from the rack head;

and rotating the upright column to the groove part of the base.
