Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of medical instruments in stomatology, in particular to a composite abutment for a zygomatic bone penetrating implant.

Background

The zygomatic bone grafting is a grafting repair method adopted in tooth implantation repair, wherein maxillary bone is seriously atrophied, a patient is reluctant to accept various bone grafting and bone augmentation operations such as bone distraction and the like, and the like. The zygomatic bone-through implantation is to implant a dental implant into a zygomatic bone, and implant 2-4 conventional dental implants into an anterior dental area by means of a compact bone block of the zygomatic bone so as to complete repair of an upper jaw dentition together; the length of the zygomatic bone implant is generally 30.0-52.5 mm. The implantation angle of the zygomatic bone implant is 30-45 ℃, and a multi-angle composite base station suitable for angles and connection modes is not available in the market at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a composite abutment for a zygomatic implant, which solves the problems of the prior art.

In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a composite abutment for a zygomatic bone-penetrating implant, the composite abutment comprises a butt joint part, a repairing part and a gingival-penetrating part, the gingival-penetrating part is arranged between the butt joint part and the repairing part, the repairing part is provided with a prosthesis retaining screw channel, the composite abutment further comprises a composite abutment retaining screw channel, the composite abutment retaining screw channel penetrates through the butt joint part and the gingival-penetrating part, and an included angle between a central axis of the prosthesis retaining screw channel and a central axis of the composite abutment retaining screw channel is 30-45 °.

The butt joint part comprises a joint section and a platform section which are connected, the platform section is connected with the gum penetrating part, and the shape of the joint section is hexagonal prism.

The composite abutment retention screw channel penetrates through the platform section and the combining section in sequence from the gum penetrating part, the gum penetrating part and the composite abutment retention screw channel in the combining section are hexagonal prisms, and threads are arranged inside the platform section.

The outer contour of the platform section is in an inverted round platform shape.

The restoration part gradually reduces in cross-sectional area from a near-gingival-penetrating end to a far-gingival-penetrating end, and the composite abutment retention screw channel part penetrates through the restoration part.

The inner wall of the prosthesis retention screw channel is provided with threads matched with the retention screw.

The composite abutment also comprises a guide rod, the guide rod comprises a smooth transition connecting thread section and a handheld section, and the guide rod and the repairing part are detachably connected through a repairing body fixing screw channel.

The surface of the thread section is provided with threads, and the thread section is matched with the prosthesis retaining screw channel.

The surface of the handheld section is provided with an anti-skid groove.

The composite base platform is made of a five-grade titanium material.

In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the abutment portion 1 comprises a connecting section 11 and a platform section 12, the platform section 12 is connected with the transgingival part 3, and the connecting section 11 has a hexagonal prism shape to fit with the cavity of the implant.

The composite abutment retention screw channel in the combining section 11 is in a hexagonal prism shape and is just matched with a hexagonal prism well mouth at the end of the implant platform.

Preferably, the diameter of the hexagonal prism of the composite abutment retention screw channel inside the combining section 11 is 2.3-2.5 mm, preferably 2.52mm, and is just closely fit with the wellhead height of the implant.

The diameter of the inner hexagonal prism is the diameter of an circumscribed circle where the hexagonal prism is located.

The platform section 12 is matched with a planting docking platform at the inner edge of the opening of the planting body, and in one embodiment, the outer contour of the platform section 12 is in an inverted round platform shape.

The upper bottom surface of the circular truncated cone of the platform section 12 is connected with the combining section 11, the diameter of the upper bottom surface of the circular truncated cone is slightly larger than that of the combining section 11, the diameter of the lower bottom surface of the circular truncated cone is 3.65-3.85 mm, and specifically can be 3.75 mm. The upper bottom surface of the circular truncated cone is a bottom surface with a small bottom area, and the lower bottom surface of the circular truncated cone is a bottom surface with a large bottom area.

The gum penetrating part 3 is a part of the composite abutment penetrating through the gum, and the gum penetrating height L of the gum penetrating part 3 is 2 mm-4 mm.

As shown in figure 3, the composite abutment further comprises a guide rod 5, the guide rod 5 is used for assisting the installation of the composite abutment, in particular assisting the determination of the installation angle of the abutment, and the guide rod 5 is detachably connected with the restoration part 2 through a restoration retaining screw channel 21.

The guide rod 5 comprises a threaded section 51 and a hand-held section 52, and the threaded section 51 is smoothly connected with the hand-held section 52 in a transition mode.

In one embodiment, the threaded segment 51 is cylindrical.

The threaded segment 51 is provided with threads on its surface which match the threads of the prosthesis retention screw channel 21 to penetrate into the prosthesis retention screw channel 21 to dock the abutment bonding stage 11 into the cavity of the implant.

Further, the diameter of the thread is 1.0-1.5 mm, and specifically can be 1.2 mm.

The guide bar 5 is unscrewed counterclockwise, the position and stability of the retaining screw are checked, and the healing cap is installed. And finishing other treatment processes such as implantation, suture, implant repair and the like according to the zygomatic bone penetrating implantation process.

In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
