背景技术

涂布机精密挤出模头广泛应用于电子、光伏、感光材料、锂电池、渗透膜、 光学膜、印刷、纺织、皮革等行业之中。作为涂布机的核心主件-狭缝式挤出模 头，在使用过程中由于其浆料多为非牛顿力学流体，因为剪切力的作用浆料进入 料槽后不能迅速而均匀地分布在流道中，在涂布生产过程中一般均会出现涂层中 间厚两边薄的现象。在诸多技术文献和专利中有采用多种方法来改进，如在进料 处放置一中间稀两边密的网孔板，或采用燕尾槽或把挤出口加工成两边窄中间宽 等形状，或调整唇口间隙大小以达到涂布膜层横向厚度的尽量一致。但无论上述 哪种方法，只适用于一种一定粘度和一定挤出流量的浆料的涂布，并不具备普遍 的适用性，对不同粘度、不同涂布速度的浆料调整起来相对比较困难，有些方法 可能造成造价颇高的模具整体报废。
