1. A folding vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket comprises a bottom plate, two inner side plates and two outer side plates, and is characterized in that the tops of the two outer side plates are respectively provided with a cover.

The foldable vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket according to claim 2, wherein the lower edges of the inner side plate and the outer side plate are flexibly and fixedly connected with the four edges of the bottom plate and the lower edges of the cover and the top edge of the outer side plate through plastic sheets.

The folding vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket according to claim 3, wherein the two covers have hooks and holes on the top; the two ends of the top of the cover correspond to the top of the inward-folded side plate, and elastic clamping hooks and clamping holes are formed in the positions.

7. The folding vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket according to claim 6, wherein the two ends of the outer side plate are provided with elastic limiting blocks in the shape of inclined planes.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a storage basket, in particular to a folding plastic vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket with a cover.

Background

Three indexes are provided for measuring the practicability and the progress of the folding vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket, namely: the ratio of the storage volume before folding to the volume in the use state after folding is as low as possible. Secondly, the method comprises the following steps: the simpler the manufacturing cost, the simpler the process and the structure, and the lower the cost. Thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: can be conveniently and reliably folded, folded and disassembled for use. Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the folding plastic storage basket which has the advantages of simple structure, easiness in manufacturing, storage and transportation space saving, convenience in use and capability of preventing the vegetables, the fruits, the shrimps and the crabs from falling off.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a folding vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket comprises a bottom plate, two inner side plates and two outer side plates, wherein the tops of the two outer side plates are respectively provided with a cover; the bottom plate and the side plates are integral injection-molded parts in one plane; the lower edges of the inner side plate and the outer side plate are fixedly connected with the four edges of the bottom plate, and the lower edge of the cover is fixedly connected with the top edge of the outer side plate through plastic sheets in a flexible way; the tops of the two covers are provided with a clamping hook and a clamping hole device which are mutually buckled; the two ends of the top of the cover are provided with a clamping hook and a clamping hole at the corresponding positions of the top of the inner side plate; the top of the two covers is provided with a handle opening device.

A plurality of grooves are formed in the outward direction of two ends of the inner side plate; the extending part of the outer side plate is provided with a plurality of convex devices which are matched with the grooves of the inner side plate at the corresponding positions of the inner side plate; the two ends of the outer side plate are provided with elastic limiting blocks in the shape of inclined planes; two ends of the inner side plate are provided with convex elastic clamping hooks in the inward folding direction; the bottom plate is provided with a clamping hole at the position corresponding to the clamping hook of the folded elastic bulge of the inner side plate.

When the foldable vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket is in use, the two inner side plates are folded at 90 degrees above the bottom plate, the two outer side plates are folded at 90 degrees, and the foldable vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket is locked and fixed through the concave-convex sleeving device and the elastic clamping hook device which are arranged between the adjacent side plates.

When the vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket is in a folded state, the inner side plate is turned over upwards towards the bottom plate and is tightly attached to the bottom plate, and the inner side plate is tightly clamped with the clamping holes in the corresponding positions on the bottom plate through the elastic clamping hooks at the two ends of the side plate; the outer side plate and the cover are folded outwards and attached to the reverse side of the bottom plate; the vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket occupies 15-25% of the space volume ratio between the folded state and the use state.

Upward grooves are arranged below four corners of the bottom plate; a stacking and positioning device which protrudes upwards is arranged above two sides of the outer side plate and corresponds to the groove of the bottom plate; the bottom plate, the side plates and the cover are hollowed out.

One of the inner side panels has a solid panel labeled outwardly.

Preferably: the two side covers are folded in half, the joint parts of the two side covers are provided with clamping hook clamping holes which are mutually connected, the two ends of the top part of the cover are fixed with the elastic clamping hooks and the clamping holes at the corresponding positions of the top parts of the inward-folded side plates, and the functions of limiting fluffy vegetables, fruits, shrimps and crabs, preventing the vegetables, fruits, shrimps and crabs from falling in the storage and transportation process and reinforcing the box body filled with the vegetables, fruits

Due to the adoption of the structure, the invention can obtain the following beneficial effects:

when the folding vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab empty frame basket is stored and transported, namely not used, the inner side plate is folded towards the bottom plate and clamped on the floor, the outer side plate and the cover are folded outwards and locked towards the reverse side of the bottom plate, the appearance is smooth, the volume is small, and the storage is compact; the volume ratio of the occupied space in the storage and use state is between 15 and 25 percent, and the storage and transportation cost is low.

Bottom plate and curb plate, lid and curb plate pass through plastic sheet toughness and connect, have between the adjacent curb plate to cup joint fixedly through establishing at the corresponding concave-convex structure of interior curb plate and outer panel, establish the spacing locking interior curb plate of elasticity trip on the outer panel, simple structure.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments

For ease of production, the base plate 1 and side plates 2, 3 and cover 4 are integrally injection molded in one plane.

In order to facilitate the folding and the disassembly, the invention adopts the following structure, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lower edges of the inner side plate 2 and the outer side plate 3 are fixedly connected with the four edges of the bottom plate 1, and the lower edge of the cover 4 is fixedly connected with the top edge of the outer side plate 3 through the toughness of the plastic sheets; the tops of the two covers 4-1-2 are provided with a buckle 5 and a clamping hole 16 which are mutually buckled; two ends of the top of the cover 4-1-2 correspond to the top of the inward-folded side plate 21-2, and elastic clamping hooks 6 and side plate clamping holes 7 are arranged at the corresponding positions. Two ends of the inner side plate 2-1-2 are provided with convex elastic clamping hooks 11 in the inward folding direction; on the bottom plate 1, a clamping hole 12 is arranged at the position corresponding to the folding elastic convex clamping hook 11 of the inner side plate 2-1-2; when the folding type base plate is used, the two side plates 2-1-2 are folded at an angle of 90 degrees above the base plate 1, the two outer side plates 3-1-2 are folded, the grooves 8 at the two ends of the inner side plates 2-1-2 are sleeved with the protruding devices 9 on the extending edges of the outer side plates 3-1-2, and the elastic clamping hooks 10 at the corresponding positions on the outer side plates 3-1-2 limit and clamp the inner side plates 2-1-2. In order to reduce the storage volume, referring to fig. 3, the folding vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket is in a folding state, the inner side plate 2-1-2 is turned over towards the upper part of the bottom plate 1 and is tightly attached to the bottom plate 1, and the inner side plate is clamped with the clamping holes 12 at the corresponding positions on the bottom plate through the elastic clamping hooks 11 at the two ends of the inner side plate 2-1-2; the outer side plate 3-1-2 and the cover 4-1-2 are folded outwards and attached to the reverse side of the bottom plate; the embodiment of the embodiment enables the space volume ratio of the folding state and the using state of the vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket to be between 15% and 25%.

For frame firmness, referring to fig. 4, a plurality of concave parts 8 are arranged on two sides of the inner side plate 2-1-2 in the outward direction; the extending part of the outer side plate 3-1-2 is provided with a plurality of convex devices 9 which are matched with the grooves 8 of the inner side plate 2-1-2 at the corresponding positions of the inner side plate 2-1-2; two ends of the outer side plate 3-1-2 are provided with elastic limiting blocks 10 in the shape of inclined planes.

In order to facilitate the stacking and positioning between the baskets, upward grooves 13 are arranged below four corners of the bottom plate 1; and a stacking limiting protrusion device 14 protruding upwards is arranged above two sides of the outer side plate 3-1-2 and corresponds to the position of the groove 13 of the bottom plate 1.

In order to facilitate the labeling of the vegetables, fruits, shrimps and crabs, a solid plate 15 labeled with labels is arranged on one inner side plate 2-1.

In order to fix the vegetables, fruits, shrimps and crabs in the box and reduce the storage and transportation loss, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the two side covers 4-1-2 are folded in half, the adjacent positions are provided with mutually connected clamping hooks 5 and clamping holes 16 for clamping and fixing, and the two ends of the top of the cover 4-1-2 are fixed with the elastic clamping hooks 6 and the clamping holes 7 at the corresponding positions of the top of the inward folded side plate 2-1-2, so that the functions of limiting fluffy vegetables, fruits and shrimps and crabs, preventing the vegetables, fruits and shrimps and crabs from falling in the storage and transportation process and reinforcing the box body filled with the vegetables.

In order to improve the strength of the vegetable, fruit, shrimp and crab basket and reduce the material consumption, the side plates 2-1-2 and 3-1-2 are provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 17, and the bottom plate 1, the side plates 2-1-2 and 3-1-2 and the cover 4-1-2 are hollow.

For convenient transport: a handle opening device 18 is arranged at the folded position of the cover 4-1-2.

The structure shows that the invention has simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, small storage volume ratio, low basket cost and wide application in the shipment of relative products of vegetables, fruits, crabs, lobsters and river and sea, and has good social and economic benefits, and the conjoined cover reduces the storage and transportation loss of the vegetables, fruits, shrimps and crabs.
