the weight part of the electret material is 2 parts; the electret material is any one of graphene, tourmaline and organic carbohydrate;

the weight part of the antibacterial agent is 1 part; the antibacterial agent is one of inorganic antibacterial agent, organic antibacterial agent, natural antibacterial agent and macromolecular antibacterial agent;

the inorganic antibacterial agent is any one of silver ion silver zeolite, silver activated carbon, silver silica gel and silver glass beads; the organic antibacterial agent is any one of quaternary ammonium salt, phenol ether, phenols and pyridine.

The preparation method of the expanded electret antibacterial master batch is characterized by comprising the following steps: heating polyethylene to 50 ℃, grinding the electret material and peroxide by using a high-speed stirring pot, blending the plasticizer, the lubricant and the antibacterial agent after grinding the materials, performing melt blending extrusion and granulation, and putting the mixture into a double-screw extruder with the length-diameter ratio of 48 for melt extrusion; and (3) when the materials are subjected to melt blending and extrusion, the temperature of a melting section is 220-260 ℃, and the particles are dried after granulation, so that the expanded electret antibacterial master batch is obtained.

6. The application of the expanded and fused electret antibacterial master batch is characterized in that: 2-6% of the expanded electret antibacterial master batch is added into a middle melt-finger fiber-grade PP raw material, and the melt-blown material for manufacturing the medical mask melt-blown cloth can be obtained.

7. Use of an extended melt electret antimicrobial masterbatch according to claim 4 wherein: the proportion of the expandable electret master batch is 4 percent.

At present, due to the spreading of coronavirus, the market demand of masks and related materials is greatly increased, the existing PP melt-blown materials have the following problems that the function is single, the yield cannot meet the market demand, the traditional production melt-blown fiber PP raw materials can only be used for producing non-woven fabrics, the requirement of the melt-blown material for mask production on the filtering effect cannot be met, the melt-blown materials meeting the requirement of the filtering effect are insufficient in yield and extremely high in price, and the market demand cannot be met.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the multifunctional PP material has multiple functions, the molecular weight is broken by adding peroxide, the melt index of the PP material is improved, the material flowability is improved, and the material is easier to form. The addition of the electret material can enable the material to generate static electricity to adsorb viruses and particles in the air, and the antibacterial sterilization material in the material can kill the viruses and the particles after adsorbing the viruses and the particles.
