5. The pressure-sensitive adhesive of claim 1, wherein the modified resin is one or more of saturated polyester resin VY L ON220, SKYBON ES-830 and DYNAPO L L411.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the modification auxiliary agent is a silane coupling agent and/or an adhesion promoter; the initiator is peroxide and/or azobisisobutyronitrile; the tackifying resin is one or more of petroleum resin with a softening point of more than 100 ℃, rosin ester derivative and terpene phenol resin; the solvent is acetic acid and/or toluene; the other cross-linking agent is an epoxy cross-linking agent and/or a metal chelating type cross-linking agent.

A foam adhesive tape, characterized by comprising a substrate, a release film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive is attached to two sides of the substrate to form pressure-sensitive adhesive layers respectively, and the release film is attached to one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers.

8. The foam tape of claim 7 further comprising an intermediate layer attached to one side of the substrate and between the substrate and one of the pressure sensitive adhesive layers; the middle layer is a PET film; the base material is PU foam, polyolefin foam or acrylic foam.

9. A method for preparing the foam tape according to claim 7 or 8, which comprises the following steps:

weighing a viscous monomer, a cohesive monomer, a modified resin, a modified auxiliary agent, an initiator and tackifying resin according to a proportion, and preparing the viscous monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified resin, the modified auxiliary agent, the initiator and the tackifying resin into a masterbatch;

adding an isocyanate crosslinking agent and other crosslinking agents into the master batch, and uniformly mixing to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive;

and coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive on two sides of the substrate to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, heating and curing, and attaching a release film to one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers to obtain the foam adhesive tape.

10. The preparation method of the foam adhesive tape according to claim 9, wherein the preparation method of the master batch comprises the following steps:

uniformly mixing the viscous monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified monomer and the solvent according to the proportion to obtain a mixed monomer solution;

adding 40-60% of the mixed monomer solution into a reaction container, heating and refluxing, and after heating to 80 ℃, dropwise adding the initiator, wherein the reaction temperature is below 85 ℃;

when the reflux is weakened, dropwise adding the residual mixed monomer solution, and keeping the reaction temperature at 75-85 ℃;

adding modified resin, and then adding a modified auxiliary agent to obtain a crude product;

and dissolving and filtering tackifying resin, adding the tackifying resin into the crude product, uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain the masterbatch.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of adhesive materials and application thereof, in particular to a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a foam adhesive tape and a preparation method of the foam adhesive tape.

Background

The foam adhesive tape has the functions of sealing and damping, and is widely applied to electronic and electric products, mechanical parts, various small household appliances, mobile phone accessories, industrial instruments, computers and peripheral equipment, automobile accessories, audio-visual equipment, toys, cosmetics and the like. In view of market demand, it is necessary to develop a glue that can maintain good viscosity in a hot and humid environment.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive with good adhesion, which can be applied to the technical fields of foam tapes and the like and has humidity and heat resistance, aiming at the problems of the conventional technology.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the adhesive monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified monomer and the modified resin are adopted to react with the modified resin, a structural basis is provided for crosslinking, the adhesive monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified monomer and the modified resin are crosslinked with the isocyanate crosslinking agent and other crosslinking agents under the triggering of the initiator to form a stable network structure, the stability of the structure cannot be influenced under a damp and hot state, and good viscosity is further kept.

The scheme is further improved in that the modification auxiliary agent is a silane coupling agent and/or an adhesion promoter.

In a further development of the above-described embodiment, the initiator is a peroxide and/or azobisisobutyronitrile.

The scheme is further improved in that the tackifying resin is one or more of petroleum resin with a softening point of more than 100 ℃, rosin ester derivative and terpene phenol resin.

In a further improvement of the above scheme, the solvent is acetic acid and/or toluene.

In a further improvement of the above embodiment, the other crosslinking agent is an epoxy crosslinking agent and/or a metal chelate crosslinking agent.

The invention also provides a foam adhesive tape which comprises a substrate, a release film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive is attached to two sides of the substrate to form pressure-sensitive adhesive layers respectively, and the release film is attached to one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers.

The foam adhesive tape further comprises an intermediate layer, wherein the intermediate layer is attached to one side of the base material and is positioned between the base material and one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers.

The scheme is further improved in that the middle layer is a PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) film.

The further improvement of the scheme is that the base material is PU (Polyurethane) foam, polyolefin foam or acrylic foam.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the foam adhesive tape, which comprises the following steps:

weighing a viscous monomer, a cohesive monomer, a modified resin, a modified auxiliary agent, an initiator and tackifying resin according to a proportion, and preparing the viscous monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified resin, the modified auxiliary agent, the initiator and the tackifying resin into a masterbatch;

adding an isocyanate crosslinking agent and other crosslinking agents into the master batch, and uniformly mixing to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive;

and coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive on two sides of the base material to form pressure-sensitive adhesive layers, heating and curing, and attaching a release film to one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers to obtain the foam adhesive tape.

The further improvement of the scheme is that the preparation method of the master batch comprises the following steps:

uniformly mixing the viscous monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified monomer and the solvent according to the proportion to obtain a mixed monomer solution;

adding 40-60% of mixed monomer solution into a reaction container, heating and refluxing, and after heating to 80 ℃, dropwise adding an initiator, wherein the reaction temperature is below 85 ℃;

when the reflux is weakened, dropwise adding the residual mixed monomer solution, and keeping the reaction temperature at 75-85 ℃;

adding modified resin, and then adding a modified auxiliary agent to obtain a crude product;

and dissolving and filtering the tackifying resin, adding the tackifying resin into the crude product, uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain the masterbatch.

In order that the invention may be more fully understood, reference will now be made to the following description. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.

The invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 60 parts of viscous monomer, 3 to 12 parts of cohesive monomer, 3 to 8 parts of modified monomer, 1 to 5 parts of modified resin, 1 to 3 parts of modified additive, 0.2 to 0.4 part of initiator and 40 to 60 parts of solvent; the pressure-sensitive adhesive also comprises tackifying resin, isocyanate cross-linking agent and other cross-linking agent;

firstly, preparing a masterbatch from an adhesive monomer, a cohesive monomer, a modified resin, a modified auxiliary agent, an initiator and a tackifying resin, wherein the tackifying resin accounts for 5-30 wt% of the total mass of the masterbatch;

the mother glue reacts with isocyanate cross-linking agent and other cross-linking agent to prepare the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the content percentages of the isocyanate cross-linking agent and other cross-linking agent in the total mass of the pressure-sensitive adhesive are respectively 0.5-2 wt% and 0.1-1 wt%.

The adhesive monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified monomer and the modified resin are adopted to react with the modified resin, a structural basis is provided for crosslinking, the adhesive monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified monomer and the modified resin are crosslinked with the isocyanate crosslinking agent and other crosslinking agents under the triggering of the initiator to form a stable network structure, the stability of the structure cannot be influenced under a damp and hot state, and good viscosity is further kept.

The modifying assistant is silane coupling agent and/or adhesion promoter. The silane coupling agent may be, for example, one or more of KBM-403 (Xinyue), Z-6040 (Dow Corning) and A-187 (Meiji). The adhesion promoter may be, for example, Adherantac (Haimax).

The initiator is peroxide and/or azobisisobutyronitrile, and the peroxide can be one or more of L PO (lipid peroxide), BPO (Dibenzoyl peroxide) and TBPO (benzoyl peroxide).

The tackifying resin is one or more of petroleum resin with softening point of above 100 ℃, rosin ester derivative and terpene phenol resin, and can be one or more of SK-120, PENSE L GB-120 and TAMANO L803L.

The solvent is acetic acid and/or toluene, and good dissolving and reaction environments are provided for the reaction of the components.

Other crosslinking agents are epoxy crosslinking agents and/or metal chelate crosslinking agents, and may be, for example, TETRAD-C (Mitsubishi), Erisys GA240 (CVC).

The invention also provides a foam adhesive tape which comprises a base material, a release film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive is attached to two sides of the base material to form pressure-sensitive adhesive layers respectively, and the release film is attached to one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers.

In one embodiment, the foam tape further comprises an intermediate layer attached to one side of the substrate and located between the substrate and one of the pressure sensitive adhesive layers. The middle layer is tightly attached to the base material to form a whole body and provides support for the base material, and the middle layer can be a PET film.

The substrate can be PU foam, polyolefin foam or acrylic foam.

Further, the thickness of the base material is 400-1200 microns, the thickness of the middle layer is 5-30 microns, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 40-150 microns, and the thickness of the release film is 20-100 microns.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the foam adhesive tape, which comprises the following steps:

s100: weighing the viscous monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified resin, the modified auxiliary agent, the initiator and the tackifying resin according to the proportion, and preparing the viscous monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified resin, the modified auxiliary agent, the initiator and the tackifying resin into the masterbatch.

Specifically, the preparation method of the masterbatch comprises the following steps:

uniformly mixing the viscous monomer, the cohesive monomer, the modified monomer and the solvent according to the proportion to obtain a mixed monomer solution;

adding 40-60% of mixed monomer solution into a reaction container, heating and refluxing, and after heating to 80 ℃, dropwise adding an initiator, wherein the reaction temperature is below 85 ℃;

when the reflux is weakened, dropwise adding the residual mixed monomer solution, and keeping the reaction temperature at 75-85 ℃;

adding modified resin, and then adding a modified auxiliary agent to obtain a crude product;

and dissolving and filtering the tackifying resin, adding the tackifying resin into the crude product, uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain the masterbatch.

S200: adding the isocyanate crosslinking agent and other crosslinking agents into the master batch, and uniformly mixing to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

S300: and coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive on two sides of the base material to form pressure-sensitive adhesive layers, heating and curing, and attaching a release film to one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers to obtain the foam adhesive tape. Preferably, the curing temperature is 50-70 ℃, and the curing time is 24-72 hours.

It will be appreciated that the substrate may be pre-treated prior to application of the pressure sensitive adhesive, such as by corona treatment, etc., to cause curling or wrinkling of the substrate during processing, and to prevent problems with non-uniform application of the adhesive.

When the foam tape further comprises an intermediate layer, step S300 is preceded by step S220: the intermediate layer is attached to one side of the substrate. Then, in step S300, pressure sensitive adhesives are respectively coated on one side of the substrate and one side of the intermediate layer to respectively form pressure sensitive adhesive layers, and the release film is attached to the pressure sensitive adhesive layer adjacent to the intermediate layer.

The master batch is prepared firstly, the isocyanate crosslinking agent and other crosslinking agents are added when the pressure-sensitive adhesive needs to be coated, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on a base material, the isocyanate crosslinking agent and other crosslinking agents continue to perform crosslinking reaction with each component in the master batch, the adhesion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive to the base material is enhanced, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not easy to fall off.
