The invention relates to the technical field of methanol diesel oil processing, in particular to a modified methanol diesel oil vehicle fuel and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Diesel fuel has high energy density and low fuel consumption, but exhaust gas contains many harmful components (NO, particulate matter, etc.). With the progress of science and technology, environmental protection and low carbon become the theme of our production and life, and researchers provide various novel environmental protection fuels for protecting our homes. The methanol diesel oil has the appearance of clear transparent liquid close to diesel oil, has indexes of viscosity, heat value and the like close to the diesel oil, and can replace the diesel oil to be used in the fields of internal combustion engine diesel locomotives, industrial boilers, cooking stoves and the like.

Methanol is a polar molecule, and alkane components in diesel oil belong to nonpolar molecules, so the fusion performance between the methanol and the diesel oil is relatively poor, and a certain amount of cosolvent is required to be added to improve the fusion performance of the methanol and the diesel oil. But the prior cosolvent dosage is relatively increased, the high-temperature stability of the methanol diesel oil is relatively poor, and a certain degree of delamination still occurs after long-term use. Therefore, the methanol diesel still has a certain degree of limitation at present, which causes great difficulty in popularization and use.

At present, the development direction of the methanol diesel mainly comprises the following aspects:

① the biodiesel is used as cosolvent to prepare methanol diesel, which improves the intersolubility of methanol diesel, for example, the technical proposal of the environmental-friendly methanol diesel disclosed in CN200610012869.3 has very large dosage of biodiesel and relatively less dosage of methanol;

② the methanol diesel oil is prepared by using vegetable oleic acid and concentrated tea water as cosolvent to improve the prosperity of the methanol diesel oil, for example, the methanol diesel oil disclosed in CN200810069261.3, which uses a large amount of vegetable oleic acid, organic solvent and concentrated tea water as cosolvent to improve the methanol content in the methanol diesel oil, but the methanol content in the methanol diesel oil is 1-35%, the problem of low methanol content still exists, meanwhile, the methanol diesel oil still has a certain degree of stratification after a long time, and needs to be fully mixed before use, so the fuel engine using the methanol diesel oil needs to be functionally improved;

③ the methanol diesel oil is made into a micro-emulsion shape, which improves the corrosion, oxidation resistance and stability of the methanol diesel oil, for example, the modified methanol diesel oil disclosed in CN201010276722.1, which utilizes surfactant and cosolvent to prepare the methanol diesel oil, the methanol diesel oil is not a uniform oil phase, but a micro-emulsion state, but the modified methanol diesel oil needs a large amount of surfactant and organic cosolvent, so that the synthesis cost of the methanol diesel oil is very high, and the calorific value is relatively low.

Therefore, how to increase the calorific value of the methanol diesel (increase the amount of methanol used) and obtain a methanol diesel with a uniform oil phase is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the industry at present.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the problems, the invention aims to provide a modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel, which is in a form of a uniform oil phase, has far higher combustion performance than microemulsion methanol diesel, relatively higher safety performance and low cost, and does not need to use a surfactant. The appearance of the modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel is clear transparent liquid close to diesel, and the calorific value of the modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel is improved by 10-15 percent relative to the diesel.

The modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:

65-75% of methanol

5 to 10 percent of cosolvent

The rest is diesel oil, and the rest is diesel oil,

the cosolvent is composed of n-octane, isopropyl ketone, n-butanol, methyl cyclopentane, solvent oil, pentanediol, dimethyl carbonate, ethyl oleate and stearic acid.

The preparation method of the modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing methanol in proportion, dripping cosolvent into methanol at low temperature, and stirring at temperature for 30-60 min;

(2) weighing diesel oil according to a proportion, pouring the raw materials mixed in the step (1) into the diesel oil at room temperature, and fully stirring for 1-2h to obtain the modified methanol diesel oil vehicle fuel.

Specifically, the low temperature in step (2) of the present invention is 0 to 5 ℃.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the appearance of the modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel is similar to that of diesel, and the modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel is clear and transparent liquid, and the viscosity of the modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel and the viscosity of the diesel vehicle fuel are similar;

the modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel has high methanol content, higher calorific value than diesel, and 10-15% higher than diesel.

The modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel has the advantages of common raw materials, low raw material and processing cost and convenient large-scale mass production.

The modified methanol diesel vehicle fuel has good stability and can not generate the layering phenomenon after being placed for a long time at room temperature.
