Technical Field

Background

Methanol is a colorless, transparent, flammable and volatile liquid, can be made from coal and coke, and a small amount of methanol is recovered as a byproduct from the dry distillation of wood.

At present, methanol gasoline is prepared by adding part of methanol into gasoline and compounding the methanol gasoline with a methanol fuel cosolvent, and has the characteristics of good thermal efficiency, dynamic property and economy, emission reduction, petroleum saving, safety, convenience and the like. However, methanol has great differences from gasoline in physical and chemical properties, and the differences cause that the content of methanol in the methanol gasoline is relatively low, and the application of the methanol gasoline on automobiles has the following problems:

(1) the number of carbon atoms and hydrogen atoms in methanol molecules is different from that of gasoline, and the methanol molecules contain oxygen atoms, so that compared with the gasoline, the fuel cannot be ignited due to the fact that the concentration of the mixed gas is too lean under the condition of the same engine air inflow;

(2) the latent heat of vaporization of the methanol is 3.6 times that of the gasoline, and the high latent heat of vaporization and the lower vapor pressure cause the difficulty of cold start of the engine;

(3) methanol has swelling effect on non-metal materials such as plastics and rubber, and has corrosiveness on metal materials such as lead, tin, aluminum, copper and iron.

Therefore, the methanol gasoline used on the common gasoline engine needs to increase the fuel injection amount, increase the injection pulse width and replace the equipment or adjust the parameters of the traditional gasoline engine so as to use the methanol gasoline as the replacement fuel.

In patent CN101914396B, a methanol gasoline fuel is disclosed, which is prepared by modifying methanol to combine with a cosolvent and gasoline to obtain a novel fuel without modifying a gasoline engine, and the fuel has good combustion performance, and the addition of modified methanol is improved to a certain extent compared with the existing level. However, the methanol gasoline is in a micro-emulsion form, a large amount of surfactant is required to be used, and the combustion performance of the fuel in the micro-emulsion form is far lower than that of the fuel in a uniform oil phase. The research of the researchers of the invention is to improve the process and the formula to obtain the oil-phase methanol gasoline without modifying the gasoline engine.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the problems, the invention aims to provide a modified methanol gasoline vehicle fuel, which is in a form of a uniform oil phase, has far higher combustion performance than microemulsion methanol gasoline, relatively higher safety performance and low cost, and does not need to use a surfactant.

The modified methanol gasoline vehicle fuel comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
