8. An anti-levitation system based on shield segments, comprising a plurality of anti-levitation devices as recited in any one of claims 1-7, wherein the plurality of shield segments are assembled together to form an annular structure.

9. The shield segment-based anti-suspension system according to claim 8, wherein a waterproof gasket is arranged between the anchoring grouting bolt and the bolt hole.

10. The construction method of the shield segment-based anti-suspension system according to any one of claims 8 to 9, comprising:

assembling shield segments into a ring along surrounding rocks, placing anchoring grouting bolts in bolt holes, and adding waterproof gaskets between the anchoring grouting bolts and the shield segments;

inserting a grouting pipe into the bottom of an anchoring grouting bolt, and connecting the grouting pipe with a grouting instrument; the fiber quick-setting liquid is injected through the grouting pipe, and the polymer film is rapidly expanded to the periphery under the action of grouting pressure; and then pulling out the grouting pipe, replacing another grouting pipe, inserting the grouting pipe into the grouting section of the anchoring grouting bolt, and injecting cement mortar.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of shield tunnels, in particular to an anti-suspension device, an anti-suspension system and an anti-suspension method based on shield segments.

Background

With the development of underground rail transit in China becoming faster and faster, the shield tunnel construction technology has been widely applied. The splicing and positioning of shield segments in the shield construction process directly relate to the overall quality of a shield tunnel, and the durability and the safety of the tunnel are influenced.

The inventor finds that in the prior art, the defects of the shield segment in the splicing process are researched more, and a better solution is provided for the defects in splicing. However, gaps formed between the segments and surrounding rocks in the process of splicing the segments into rings by the shield tunneling machine are ignored, slurry flows downwards due to gravity during back grouting, the ring-forming segments float upwards to deviate from the original positioning under the action of grouting pressure, and the original design line of the tunnel is not met.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an anti-suspension device, system and method based on shield segments, which can effectively position and fix the ring-forming shield segments, accurately position the original design line, improve the grouting compactness and ensure the same grouting thickness around the back of the ring-forming segments.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect, an embodiment of the invention provides an anti-suspension device based on a shield segment, which comprises a shield segment and anchoring grouting bolts, wherein the shield segment is provided with bolt holes for inserting the anchoring grouting bolts;

the grouting hole for inserting the grouting pipe is reserved in the center of the anchoring grouting bolt, the anchoring grouting bolt comprises a bolt main body and a polymer film arranged at the bottom of the bolt main body, fiber fast-setting liquid is injected through the grouting pipe, and the polymer film can expand and expand rapidly under the action of grouting pressure.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an anti-levitation system based on shield segments, including a plurality of anti-levitation devices, where a plurality of shield segments are assembled together to form an annular structure.

In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a construction method for a shield segment-based anti-suspension system, including:

assembling shield segments into a ring along surrounding rocks, placing anchoring grouting bolts in bolt holes, and adding waterproof gaskets between the anchoring grouting bolts and the shield segments;

inserting a grouting pipe into the bottom of an anchoring grouting bolt, and connecting the grouting pipe with a grouting instrument; the fiber quick-setting liquid is injected through the grouting pipe, and the polymer film is rapidly expanded to the periphery under the action of grouting pressure; and then pulling out the grouting pipe, replacing another grouting pipe, inserting the grouting pipe into the grouting section of the anchoring grouting bolt, and injecting cement mortar.

The beneficial effects of the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention are as follows:

(1) the bottom of the anchoring grouting bolt in one or more embodiments of the invention is provided with the polymer film, which can expand rapidly under the action of grouting pressure to increase the contact area between the anchoring grouting bolt and surrounding rocks so as to prevent the anchoring grouting bolt from entering the soil body to have no positioning effect when the surrounding rocks are soft; after the polymer film is expanded, bolts can be effectively prevented from entering surrounding soil bodies, a better positioning effect is achieved, and the phenomenon that the segment floats upwards and deviates from the original position due to the fact that slurry flows downwards can be prevented;

(2) according to one or more embodiments of the invention, the fiber quick-setting liquid is injected into the polymer film, the fiber quick-setting liquid can be quickly set to reach a certain strength in a short time, wherein the fiber is equivalent to a steel bar in a reinforced concrete body, and the strength of the quick-setting agent can be greatly improved;

(3) the grouting bolt in one or more embodiments of the invention is divided into an anchoring section and a grouting section, the anchoring section has an anchoring effect by the thread fit of the bolt and the reserved bolt hole, and the anchoring effect is good; the grouting section is used for grouting through a reserved grouting pipe, and due to the positioning effect of the bolts, the pipe piece cannot float upwards due to grouting pressure, so that the compactness and uniformity of grouting are ensured;

(4) in one or more embodiments of the invention, the shield segment and the back grouting body are integrated into a whole by anchoring the grouting bolt, so that the integrity of the shield segment is enhanced, the structural performance of the shield tunnel is enhanced, and the safety is ensured;

(5) one or more embodiments of the invention install a waterproof gasket between the anchoring grouting bolt and the reserved bolt hole to prevent groundwater behind the duct piece from flowing into the tunnel along the reserved hole.
