When the disassembly is required, the fixing member 31 is pushed by an external force at one end of the fixing member 31 located in the accommodating groove 11, so that the fixing member 31 is restored to the initial position, and meanwhile, the bearing member 1 is slowly taken out, the rotating member 21, the transition member 22 and the toggle member 23 gradually move towards the initial position, and the fixing member 31 can be completely taken out after abutting against the first bearing surface 13, the second bearing surface 14 and the stop surface 15.
