The large-torque quick turn-off device used in the current market is mainly a pneumatic actuator, an electro-hydraulic actuator and the like. Compared with a pneumatic actuator and an electro-hydraulic actuator, the electric actuator has the advantages of less maintenance workload, low price, easier cable laying than air path and oil path laying, no air leakage or oil leakage, wide application environment temperature range and the like.

Although electric actuators have many advantages, there are still some problems to be solved by the current electric actuators:

(1) the common motor used by the electric actuator has smaller torque, and a speed reduction transmission mechanism is needed to reduce the speed and increase the torque, so that the electric actuator has a complex structure, larger volume and reduced working efficiency;

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

(1) the invention adopts a disc type alternating current servo motor with a middle stator structure to drive a ball screw to realize the specific principle of straight stroke electric execution as follows:

by electrifying the winding of the disc type motor stator 18, the winding of the disc type motor stator 18 is electrified to enable the disc type motor first rotor 15 and the disc type motor second rotor 16 to synchronously rotate, so that the internal thread shaft 9 is driven to synchronously rotate. (2) The specific principle of the electric and manual gear switching of the invention is as follows:

when the shifting fork 11 is in a lower position, the joint sleeve 10 is only connected with the internal thread shaft 9 through a spline, the internal thread shaft 9 rotates to drive the screw rod 17 to move up and down, and the gear is controlled by the motor at the moment; when the shift fork 11 is pulled up, the joint sleeve 10 is simultaneously connected with the internally threaded shaft 9 and the planet carrier 7 through the spline, thereby switching to the manual control mode. At the moment, the hand wheel 1 is rotated, the hand wheel 1 drives the sun gear 4 of the planetary gear set to rotate, after the speed is reduced by the planetary gear reducer, the rotation is output by the planet carrier 7, the internal thread shaft 9 is driven to rotate through the joint sleeve, the up-and-down action of the straight-stroke electric actuator is completed, and therefore labor-saving manual control is achieved.

(3) The specific principle of the invention for automatically powering off the motor when switching between manual operation is as follows:

when the shifting fork 11 is shifted upwards to realize manual control, the shifting fork 11 can rotate by an angle, and the angle sensor 12 arranged on the shifting fork 11 can send an electric signal.
