Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to reduce the cost and the volume and solve the defects of high starting voltage, no reverse connection and the like when an integrated circuit chip is used as an active buzzer driving circuit.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a built-in buzzer with an anti-reverse connection and oscillator driving chip, which comprises an integrated circuit driving chip, a single group of electromagnetic coils, a circuit board, a support, a magnetic ring, a vibrating piece, an anode pin, a cathode pin, a shell and sealant, wherein the integrated circuit driving chip, the anode pin and the cathode pin are welded on the circuit board, a power supply of the integrated circuit driving chip is connected with the anode pin, a ground wire of the integrated circuit driving chip is connected with the cathode pin, one end of the single group of electromagnetic coils is connected with the anode pin, the other end of the single group of electromagnetic coils is connected with the output end of the integrated circuit driving chip, and the integrated circuit driving chip internally comprises a current-limiting resistor.

The reverse connection prevention of the buzzer means that the positive pin of the buzzer is connected with a direct current negative potential within the normal working voltage range of the buzzer, and the buzzer cannot be damaged when the negative pin of the buzzer is connected with a direct current positive potential. When the buzzer is reversely connected, namely the positive electrode pin of the buzzer is connected with a direct current negative potential, and the negative electrode pin of the buzzer is connected with a direct current positive potential, the current limiting resistor limits the current flowing through the integrated circuit driving chip, so that the chip and a system using the buzzer are prevented from being damaged.

When the positive pin of the buzzer is connected with a direct current positive potential and the negative pin of the buzzer is connected with a direct current negative potential, the integrated circuit drives the internal oscillating circuit of the chip to work and outputs a certain frequency signal to drive the single group of electromagnetic coils through the output end OUT of the oscillating circuit, so that the buzzer makes a sound, and the frequency of the sound is determined by the frequency of the internal oscillating circuit of the integrated circuit driving chip.

In order to further save cost, the integrated circuit driving chip is an integrated circuit using silicon material.

According to the invention, because the power supply of the integrated circuit driving chip is directly connected with the positive pin instead of being indirectly connected with the positive pin through the rectifying circuit, the current flowing through the current-limiting resistor is smaller when the integrated circuit driving chip is started, so that the starting voltage is lower, and if the integrated circuit driving chip does not contain a voltage reference source, the starting voltage is lower.

In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects: a built-in buzzer with an anti-reverse connection and oscillator driving chip has the advantages of low starting voltage, anti-reverse connection and low cost.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a built-in buzzer with an anti-reverse connection and oscillator driving chip, which comprises an integrated circuit driving chip 10, a single group of electromagnetic coils 5, a circuit board 6, a bracket 3, a magnetic ring 4, a vibrating reed 2, an anode pin 8, a cathode pin 9, a shell 1 and a sealant 7.

In actual installation, as shown in fig. 1, the integrated circuit driving chip 10, the positive pin 8 and the negative pin 9 are soldered on the circuit board 6.

Referring to fig. 2, in conjunction with fig. 1, the circuit connection relationship is: the power supply end VDD of the integrated circuit driving chip 10 is connected with the positive pin 8, the ground wire end GND of the integrated circuit driving chip 10 is connected with the negative pin 9, one end of the single group of electromagnetic coils 5 is connected with the positive pin 8, and the other end of the single group of electromagnetic coils 5 is connected with the output end OUT of the integrated circuit driving chip 10. The integrated circuit driving chip 10 has three pins, which are a power supply terminal VDD, a ground terminal GND, and an output terminal OUT.

As shown in fig. 1, the ic driving chip 10 includes a current limiting resistor, an oscillating circuit, a rectifying circuit, and a driving tube.

Referring to fig. 2, with reference to fig. 1, when the positive pin 8 of the buzzer is connected to a positive dc potential, and the negative pin 9 of the buzzer is connected to a negative dc potential, the integrated circuit drives the internal oscillation circuit of the chip 10 to operate, and outputs a certain frequency signal to the driving circuit to drive the single group of electromagnetic coils 5 through the output terminal OUT, and the vibrating piece 2 makes a sound by the changing magnetic field, and the frequency of the sound is determined by the frequency of the internal oscillation circuit of the integrated circuit driving chip 10. Because the power of the integrated circuit driving chip 10 is directly connected with the positive pin 8, rather than being indirectly connected with the positive pin 8 through the rectifying circuit, the current flowing through the current-limiting resistor is smaller when the integrated circuit driving chip 10 is started, so the starting voltage is lower, if the integrated circuit driving chip 10 does not contain a voltage reference source, the starting voltage is lower, in the range of the operating voltage of the buzzer, the buzzer is reversely connected, namely the positive pin 8 of the buzzer is connected with a direct current negative potential, and when the negative pin 9 of the buzzer is connected with a direct current positive potential, the current flowing through the integrated circuit driving chip is limited by the current-limiting resistor inside the integrated circuit driving chip, thereby playing a role of preventing the chip and a system using the buzzer from being damaged.
