In the figure, a non-metal outer frame (1) is formed by connecting 4 non-metal plates by non-metal fasteners; the non-metal partition plate (2) is connected with the non-metal outer frame into a whole by using a non-metal fastener, the non-metal pore plate (3) is provided with through holes which are uniformly distributed, the area of the through holes accounts for about 30 percent of the total area of the pore plate, and one surface of the non-metal pore plate, which is contacted with glass wool, is adhered with waterproof plain glass fiber cloth; the glass wool (4) is clamped between the 2 non-metal pore plates.
