The system generates an empty new detection report by using an Excel version drug gene detection report template, and then extracts patient information from a gene detection database and fills the empty detection report into the newly generated empty detection report. The generated detection report will be automatically saved to the shared folder as a backup at the same time.

The database module 3, as shown in fig. 1, includes a gene testing item database 31 and a hospital database 32. The gene detection project database 31 is used for accessing the data of the drug basic test creation module 1 and the drug basic test report module 2 and drug gene detection reports, and is convenient for clinical pharmacists and doctors to look up historical examination records.

The gene detection item database 31 is used for the duplication checking module 14 to perform duplication checking search on the current gene detection condition, and is also used for the medication suggestion module 22 to search data so as to output the clinical significance of the original document.

The hospital database 32 serves as a data source for patient information acquisition and for drug gene testing project billing.

While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
