The keyboard is also called as a board key and comprises a board, a keycap and a circuit board, wherein the keycap is arranged on the board, and the circuit board is pressed by the keycap to achieve the purpose of inputting information. If the key cap is not stably mounted on the key pad, the key cap is easily detached, and thus the key pad cannot be normally used. In the prior art, the plate key needs to be detected before being shipped and sold, the detection mode is that an operator randomly pulls a keycap on the plate key to determine the quality of the plate key, the mode has certain randomness, and the detection of the plate key is inaccurate, so that certain inferior plate keys are sold in the market.

The invention aims to provide a full-automatic keyboard control system for detecting a keycap of a keyboard and improving the accuracy of keyboard detection.

The principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

If the connection stability between the keycap and the plate key reaches the standard, the information control unit cannot control the reversing unit to reverse the plate key, and meanwhile, the display unit can display PASS information. The plate key is detected in the above mode, omission of the plate key is reduced, the working efficiency of plate key detection is improved, manual consumption is reduced, and meanwhile the problem that an operator cannot accurately detect the plate key is solved.

(3) Because the detection piece can be drawn to the keycap formation, select different detection pieces, can carry out the drawing of different effort to the keycap, and then can detect different board keys.
