Background

The frequency converter is an electric control device which applies a frequency conversion technology and a microelectronic technology and controls an alternating current motor by changing the frequency mode of a working power supply of the motor. With the continuous improvement of the industrial automation degree, the frequency converter is also widely applied. The frequency converter is likely to explode in the using process, the explosion mainly has two reasons, most of the explosion is short-circuited outside or inside, instantaneous or long-time overvoltage and overcurrent are caused, so that the module or the capacitor is overloaded, and a heating bulge explodes; the power performance is degraded, in small numbers, due to device quality problems or natural aging. Once the frequency converter explodes, other normal equipment can be affected, and serious property loss and casualty can be caused. In the use process, environmental conditions such as dust, temperature, humidity have great influence on the fault initiation and the service life of the frequency converter. However, the existing frequency converter does not have a particularly good protection in the aspect of explosion prevention, so that a great potential safety hazard exists.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a frequency converter with an explosion-proof function, in which an explosion-proof device is arranged to improve the explosion-proof performance of the frequency converter.

In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a frequency converter with an explosion-proof function, which includes a cabinet body and a modular assembly disposed in the cabinet body, wherein the cabinet body includes an outer cabinet body and an inner cabinet body, both the outer cabinet body and the inner cabinet body include side plates, the outer cabinet body and the inner cabinet body share a bottom plate and a top plate, a damping device is disposed in a gap formed between the bottom plate of the outer cabinet body and the side plates of the inner cabinet body, and an explosion-proof layer is disposed on the outer surface of the inner cabinet body and the inner surface of the outer cabinet body.
