1. A photocatalyst liquid comprising photocatalyst particles, wherein the photocatalyst particles are formed by binding a photocatalyst consisting of arrowhead-shaped crystal particles produced by hydrolysis and a photocatalyst consisting of spherical crystal particles, and the photocatalyst particles are modified by cations released from a hydroxide used in the hydrolysis.

The photocatalyst liquid according to claim 1, wherein the photocatalyst particles are a combination of flat-shaped crystal particles and three-dimensional-shaped crystal particles, and the three-dimensional-shaped crystal particles have a thickness larger than that of the flat-shaped crystal particles.

3. The photocatalyst liquid of claim 1, wherein,

the arrow-shaped crystal particles have a size of 5 to 30nm and an average size of the arrow-shaped crystal particles is not less than an average size of the spherical crystal particles,

the photocatalyst of the arrowhead-shaped crystal particles is anatase.

4. A product coated with the photocatalyst liquid of claim 1.
