and a display (60) that displays the image captured by the camera in a pop-up window so as to display both a medical imaging scan operation interface and the image captured by the camera when the movement determination unit determines that the subject has moved, and displays only the medical imaging scan operation interface and does not display the image captured by the camera when the movement determination unit determines that the subject has not moved.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a patient monitoring method and a patient monitoring device of medical imaging equipment.

Background

The existing magnetic resonance imaging apparatus can perform a scanning operation on a patient carried on a patient bed to obtain a magnetic resonance image of the patient, and display the image obtained by the scanning on a display (main display) of the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus. The condition of the patient is typically monitored by the user (physician) during the scanning imaging procedure. Currently, a separate camera is provided on the medical imaging device for real-time monitoring of the patient and displaying the patient image on another display (secondary display).

Therefore, in the existing magnetic resonance imaging apparatus, a doctor needs to pay attention to both a main display for a scanning operation and a sub-display for displaying a patient state. Therefore, there is a possibility that the doctor cannot concentrate on the scanning operation because of focusing on the secondary display, or cannot timely find when an unexpected situation occurs in the patient because of focusing on the primary display. The above situation causes the reduction of the operation efficiency of the doctor during the operation, and further affects the efficiency of the scanning detection.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a patient monitoring method and apparatus that enables a doctor to concentrate on a scanning operation and prompt the doctor to observe the condition of a patient only in a specific case.

One embodiment of the invention provides a patient monitoring method of medical imaging equipment, which utilizes a camera to perform real-time shooting on a detected object positioned in the medical imaging equipment; when medical imaging scanning is carried out, two images shot by the camera at a specified time interval are sampled and a difference value is calculated to obtain a difference image matrix, when the difference image matrix is larger than a preset threshold value, the detected object is judged to move, the image shot by the camera is displayed in a pop-up window of a display of the medical imaging equipment, a medical imaging scanning operation interface and the image shot by the camera can be displayed together, when the difference image matrix is not larger than the threshold value, the detected object is judged not to move, the display only displays the medical imaging scanning operation interface, and the image shot by the camera is not displayed.

In the above patient monitoring method, it is preferable that the difference image matrix is subjected to modulo calculation, and the modulo value is compared with the threshold value.

In the above-mentioned patient monitoring method, it is preferable that the image photographed by the camera is displayed on the pop-up window of the display when the bed of the medical imaging apparatus is moved, and the image photographed by the camera is displayed on the pop-up window of the display when the warning ball of the medical imaging apparatus is operated.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides a patient monitoring apparatus of a medical imaging device, comprising: the camera is used for shooting a detected object positioned in the medical imaging equipment in real time; a movement determination unit which samples two images captured by the camera at a predetermined interval and calculates a difference value to obtain a difference image matrix, determines that the object has moved when the difference image matrix is greater than a preset threshold value, and determines that the object has not moved when the difference image matrix is not greater than the threshold value; and a display unit configured to display an image captured by the camera in a pop-up window when the movement determination unit determines that the subject has moved, and to display a medical imaging scan operation interface and the image captured by the camera together.

In the above patient monitoring apparatus, it is preferable that the patient monitoring apparatus further includes an alarm ball warning unit and a bed movement detection unit, the alarm ball warning unit displays an image taken by the camera on the pop-up window of the display when an alarm ball of the medical imaging device is operated, and the bed movement detection unit displays an image taken by the camera on the pop-up window of the display when the bed is moved.

In the above patient monitoring apparatus, it is preferable that the patient monitoring apparatus further comprises a switch unit that is switched according to signals output from the movement determination unit, the alarm ball warning unit, and the bed movement detection unit so that the image of the camera is displayed on the display.

According to the above embodiment, during the medical imaging scan, only in the case where it is determined that the object is moving, the image captured by the camera is displayed on the display, and at other times, only the operation interface for scanning is displayed without displaying the image of the camera on the display. Therefore, the operator (doctor) of the medical imaging equipment can observe the patient only in necessary conditions without paying attention to the patient in the whole process, and the operator can be further concentrated on the operation of the medical imaging scanning, so that the operation efficiency of the medical imaging scanning is improved. In addition, since the image captured by the camera is displayed in the window popped up on the display, the function of reminding the doctor of paying attention to the patient can be achieved.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail by referring to the following examples.

In an embodiment of the invention, a method of patient monitoring of a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus 10 is illustrated. As shown in fig. 1, the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus 10 can scan a subject carried on a patient bed 30 to obtain a magnetic resonance image of the subject, and display the image obtained by the scanning on a display 60 (see fig. 2). In the process of magnetic resonance imaging scanning, the movement of a detected person can cause an obtained image to generate an artifact, and the judgment of a doctor according to the image is influenced. Thus, during the magnetic resonance imaging scan, the state of movement of the subject is monitored in real time by the camera 20 provided separately (step S101).

Further, in the patient monitoring method of the present invention, two images captured by the camera 20 at a predetermined time Δ t apart are sampled and a gray scale difference value of each pixel is calculated to obtain a difference image matrix (step S102). In the present embodiment, the predetermined interval Δ t of sampling the camera 20 may be, for example, 1 to 2 seconds, and it is needless to say that the interval Δ t may be appropriately adjusted according to actual needs.

Further, when the bed 30 of the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus on which the patient is placed is moved, the image taken by the camera is displayed in the display.

In addition, when the emergency warning ball of the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus is operated by the patient, the image photographed by the camera is displayed in the display.

Specifically, when the patient lies on the bed 30 and moves toward the examination region of the magnetic resonance apparatus 10 to prepare for the imaging scan, the image taken by the camera 20 is displayed on the display 60. When the patient is positioned in the scanning area for the magnetic resonance scanning, only the scanning operation page is displayed on the display if the patient is not moving, and when the patient movement is detected, the image taken by the camera 20 is displayed in a pop-up window of the display 60. Alternatively, in case that the patient feels discomfort during the scanning imaging and the like and needs to stop the scanning to operate the emergency alert ball, the image photographed by the camera 20 is displayed in a pop-up window of the display 60, so that the doctor can observe the condition of the patient in time.

In the above embodiments, the case of applying the patient monitoring method according to the present invention to the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus is exemplified, but of course, the patient monitoring method may also be applied to other medical imaging apparatuses, such as a CT machine, a PET machine, or an X-ray machine, which need to monitor the condition of the patient during the scanning imaging process.

Fig. 2 shows a block diagram of a patient monitoring apparatus of a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus (medical imaging apparatus) according to an embodiment of the present invention.
