1. A children's article, comprising:

a fabric structure having a support portion and a connection portion surrounding the support portion;

Background

For children's products, such as a child's dining chair, a stroller, a safety seat, etc., in the case of a stroller, the seat portion and the reclining portion of the stroller are formed of fabric structures, and the edges of the fabric structures form sleeves that are sleeved on the support tubes, so that the support tubes provide support force. Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. The children's products, such as a stroller, a car safety seat, a child dining chair, a crib surrounding frame, a child floor mat and the like, comprise a fabric structure and a frame, wherein the fabric structure comprises a supporting part and a connecting part surrounding the supporting part; the frame surrounds fabric construction, connecting portion bury underground in the frame just is fixed with the frame.

In the case of a stroller, the frame and fabric structure can be formed as an integral module as a seat or a reclining portion of the stroller. If the seat part or the leaning part of the baby stroller is damaged, the seat part module or the leaning part module can be replaced by a new one, and compared with the situation that the whole stroller is bought again, the replacement cost of a user is reduced. If sized, the seat module or recumbent module may also be adapted for other child articles, such as car safety seats, child dinning chairs, etc.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the frame and the fabric structure are integrally formed as the leaning portion. The resting portion 10 comprises a fabric structure 11 and a frame 12, the frame 12 tensioning the fabric structure, it being understood that the fabric structure 11 is flexible and the frame 12 is rigid.

The frame 12 surrounds the fabric structure 11, the fabric structure 11 includes a supporting portion 111 and a connecting portion 112 surrounding the supporting portion, the supporting portion 111 and the connecting portion 112 are integrally formed (in fig. 2, the connecting portion 112 is shown for clarity, and therefore only the outer contour of the connecting portion 112 is shown), and the connecting portion 112 is embedded in the frame 12 and fixed to the frame 12. Here, "buried" means that the connecting portion 112 is tightly coupled to the frame 12 and is difficult to repair once the connection relationship between the two is broken. Alternatively, the seat 20 is rotatably mounted to the rear support bar 40. Of course, the specific structure of the bracket can be increased or decreased according to the requirement.

The push rod 30 includes an upper push rod 31 and a lower push rod 32 pivoted to a lower end of the upper push rod, the upper push rod 31 is used for being held by a user, and a lower end of the push rod 30 (i.e., a lower end of the lower push rod) is pivoted to the rear support rod 40. The lower ends of the rear support bar 40 and the front support bar 50 are connected with the wheel assembly 60, so that the whole cart structure is supported. The connecting rods comprise a first connecting rod 71 and a second connecting rod 72 which are mutually pivoted, the first connecting rod 71 is pivoted with the front supporting rod 50, and the second connecting rod 72 is pivoted with the rear supporting rod 40 and the push rod 30, so that the folding of the whole vehicle is realized. The canopy rod 80 is used to support a sunshade (not shown).

The frame 12 is recessed in a direction away from the push rod 30, and the fabric structure 11 has a corresponding recess, so as to form a concave supporting space for improving the comfort of riding.

The resting portion 10 is used to support the waist and back of an infant. In this embodiment, the leaning portion 10 is pivotally connected to the seat portion 20 through a rotating shaft a, so that the leaning portion 10 is rotatably connected to the seat portion 20. In one embodiment, the reclining portion 10 can be limited to different positions during the rotation process, so that the reclining portion 10 and the seat portion 20 are at different angles, and the sitting posture of the infant can be adjusted timely to improve the comfort of the sitting.

Optionally, the leaning portion 10 is provided with a positioning groove 121, the stroller further includes a limiting member 90 rotatably connected to the push rod, and the limiting member 90 is used for limiting the leaning portion 10 to rotate relative to the seat portion 20. The limiting member 90 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 91, a positioning protrusion 122 is provided in the positioning groove 121, and the positioning protrusion 122 is selectively in lock-catch fit with the positioning holes 91, so as to limit the leaning part 10 at different positions. In one embodiment, to ensure safety, the stroller includes a plurality of limiting members 90, and correspondingly, the leaning portion 10 is provided with a plurality of positioning protrusions 122, the plurality of protrusions are arranged along the circumferential direction of the frame 12 and respectively cooperate with the limiting members, only one of which is schematically illustrated in the drawings. Alternatively, the positions of the positioning hole 91 and the positioning protrusion 131 may be interchanged.

Since the leaning part 10 is a structure independent from the bracket, the supporting angle of the leaning part 10 can be adjusted by selecting the positioning hole matched with the positioning protrusion without controlling the relative rotation between the rods of the bracket, the structure is simpler, and the operation is easier. Meanwhile, the leaning part can be used as an independent module, when the leaning part of the baby stroller is damaged, the damaged leaning part can be detached, a new leaning part module is installed to replace the damaged module, the whole stroller does not need to be purchased again, and therefore the use cost of a user is reduced.

Referring to fig. 5, the present application further provides a method for manufacturing a children's product, the method includes:

s1: the fabric was fixed to an injection mold.

Optionally, the fabric is secured to the injection mold by a clamp, wherein the fabric has a size larger than the size of the cavity (or the size of the rim) of the mold.

S2: and (5) closing the mold.

S3: and injecting glue into the injection mold.

Optionally, liquid plastic is injected into the injection mold.

S4: and (6) cooling.

Optionally, the cooling is performed by normal temperature cooling or cooling gas, such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and the like.

S5: and demolding to form the seat part or the leaning part of the seat mechanism.

Referring to fig. 6, optionally, after demolding, the fabric has a protruding portion 13 protruding from the frame 12, and after removing the protruding portion 13, the seat portion or the reclining portion of the seat mechanism is formed.

S6: mounting the seat or reclining portion.

Alternatively, the seat portion 20 and the reclining portion 10 are connected by a rotation axis a, so that the reclining portion 10 can be rotated with respect to the seat portion 20, thereby adjusting the reclining angle. The support comprises a push rod 30, a rear support rod 40, a front support rod 50, a wheel assembly 60, a connecting rod and a shed rod 80, and the specific structure and the connection relation are as described above. The rest portion 10 and the bracket are connected by a stopper member.

Optionally, the leaning part 10 is connected to the limiting element 90 pivoted to the bracket (or the pushing rod 30), and the leaning part 10 is limited from rotating relative to the seat part 20 by the positioning protrusion 122 of the leaning part 10 matching with one of the positioning holes 91 of the limiting element 90.
