The support rods 2 are six in total, wherein four support rods are arranged on two opposite surfaces of the protective frame, and the other two support rods are arranged on the guardrail frame 21 on the uppermost layer and used for pulling the charging bucket 1. The supporting rods 2 can be iron rods commonly used in our lives, two supporting rods 2 are firstly used to penetrate through the hanging ring 5 to pull the charging barrel 1, and then the other four supporting rods 2 are used to be inserted between the guardrail frame 21 and the base 22 on the uppermost layer.

The guardrail frame 3 is made of aluminum alloy, and the charging bucket 1 is made of hard plastic. The aluminum alloy guardrail frame 3 is one of the used embodiments, and the aluminum alloy guardrail frame 3 is light in weight, not easy to rust and capable of being used for a long time; the charging barrel 1 made of hard plastic is relatively hard, light in weight and good in shrinkage performance.
