In view of the technical deficiencies, the invention aims to provide a cutting device of a garlic harvester, which utilizes a structure that one end of a chain lifting unit is fixed and the other end of the chain lifting unit is suspended, so that on one hand, garlic is more stable when being clamped, the flexible clamping can adapt to impact caused by uneven external road surface, and further garlic falling probability is reduced, and on the other hand, the flexible clamping can adapt to the change of garlic size by matching with a beard cutting mechanism, so that the beard cutting mechanism can accurately capture garlic beard, and further perform beard cutting work.
