6. A dental drill according to claim 5, wherein the angle between the second portion and the third portion is equal to the tip angle of the drill body.

7. A dental drill according to claim 5, wherein the first portion defines one of a plurality of outlets at the top of the drill body, one of the outlets being located at a top corner of the drill body.

8. A dental drill according to claim 1, wherein the passage has at least one of the outlets at the top of the drill body in the form of a conical surface.

9. A dental drill according to claim 1, wherein the tip angle of the drill body is acute.

10. A dental drill according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the drill body is narrowed to a cylindrical shape.

Technical Field

Background

The implant is a metal implant which is mainly composed of titanium and is implanted into the alveolar bone, the biocompatibility is good because the implant is composed of titanium, 4-6 months are needed after the implant nail is implanted, and porcelain repair is carried out on the implant after the implant and the alveolar bone are completely combined.

When teeth are clinically planted at present, a guide plate is needed to help to determine the position of a drilled hole, but the guide plate cannot be used for water inflow and cooling, tissue burning can be caused, and operation failure is caused. The current clinical solution is to drill a second hole after a longer time after the first drilling, or to reduce the rotational speed, but the reduction is not effective.

The inventor believes that there are drill pins with holes at the top end, the drill pins are empty in the middle, and water flows out from the tip to achieve the cooling effect. However, the drill bit has problems that the middle tube is too thin, the water flow is weak, the hole at the top end is easily blocked by bone fragments and is difficult to remove, and the cooling effect is not achieved in practice.

Aiming at the defects of the existing drill point, the invention aims to provide a dental drill point, wherein a channel with a special shape is arranged in the drill point, so that the temperature reduction of the drill point can be maximized.

2) In the invention, the shape of the channel is set to be a channel with a plurality of bends, so that the contact area of water and the drill bit body is increased to a certain extent, and more heat generated by the drill bit body can be taken away by the water through the channel.

3) According to the invention, the specific shape of the channel is tightly attached to the conical surface of the drill bit body, so that heat from the conical surface can be taken away through the channel, the heat from the conical surface is generated due to friction between the conical surface and teeth, the channel tightly attached to the conical surface can avoid deformation of the drill bit body caused by heat generated by friction, and the experience of a patient in hospitalizing is improved.
