Detailed Description

The present invention provides a facial rehabilitation assistant brace, which is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-5, comprising: the mask comprises a mask 1, a binding band 2, an ear leakage hole 21, a magic tape adjusting plate 27, a silica gel pad 3, a control line 4, a control handle 5, a low-frequency electrode tape 6, a magic tape 7 and a binding band butt joint 544; the bandage 2 is provided with an ear leakage hole 21, the mask 1 is half-face-shaped and is attached to the face of a patient, the silica gel pad 3 is fixed on the inner surface of the mask 1 to support the cheek muscle of the face, and the lower edge of the mask 1 wraps the mandible; a magic tape adjusting plate 27 is arranged at the end part of the binding band 2, one end of the magic tape adjusting plate 27 is connected with the binding band 2, and the other end is connected with the magic tape 7; the binding band 2 is connected with the magic tape adjusting plate 27 through a binding band butt joint 544; control handle 5 surfaces are equipped with the control switch of hot compress and low frequency, increase and decrease button, the button that charges the interface and control left and right side work, and control handle 5 is inside to be equipped with the lithium cell, and control handle passes through control line 4 and is connected with mask 1.

The silica gel pad 3 includes: granule protrusion 31, socket 32, electric heating sheet 33, pounder 69; irregular particle protrusions 31 are arranged on the inner surface of the silica gel pad 3, hammer stamps 69 are arranged at intervals, a socket 32 of the low-frequency electrode paste 6 is arranged in the middle of the silica gel pad 3, and an electric heating sheet 33 is arranged inside the silica gel pad 3; the jack 32 is connected with the control handle 5 through the control line 4, the low-frequency electrode paste 6 is connected in a lifting mode through the jack 32, the left side or the right side is controlled to work through the control handle 5 after connection, and the on-off and low-frequency intensity of the low-frequency electrode paste 6 can be controlled.

The electric heating sheet 33 in the silica gel pad 3 is connected with the control handle 5 through the control line 4, the control handle 5 controls the electric heating sheet 33 to be switched on and off and the temperature to be increased or decreased, and the heating temperature is between 30 ℃ and 50 ℃; mask 1 is made of a high absorbency fibrous cloth.

Fig. 6 is a view of the magic tape adjusting plate 27 of the present invention. The magic tape adjusting plate 27 includes: the magic tape adjusting plate comprises a magic tape adjusting plate rotating shaft 271, a magic tape bonding surface 272, a circular arc-shaped opening 273, a locking device 274, an outer edge convex edge 275, a clamping fixing column 276, an upper clamping fixture 277, a lower clamping fixture 278 and a clamping fixture 279; the magic paste adjusting plate rotating shaft 271 positioned at the lower part is connected with the binding band butt joint 544, and the magic paste bonding surface 272 is hinged with the binding band butt joint 544 through the magic paste adjusting plate rotating shaft 271; the upper part of the magic paste adhering surface 272 is provided with a circular arc-shaped opening 273, the periphery of the circular arc-shaped opening 273 is fixedly provided with an outer edge convex edge 275 which protrudes out of the surface of the magic paste adhering surface 272, and the lower edge of the fan-shaped outer edge convex edge 275 and the magic paste adhering surface 272 are designed in a hollow way; the bottom surface of the clamping fixing column 276 is fixed with a magic tape 7, the other end of the magic tape extends out of the arc-shaped opening 273, one side of the clamping fixing column 276 is fixedly connected with a clamping fixture 279, the clamping fixture 279 is provided with an upper clamping fixture 277 and a lower clamping fixture 278, the upper clamping fixture and the lower clamping fixture slide up and down and are locked under the control of the locking device 274, the lower clamping fixture 278 penetrates through the hollowed-out part from the lower edge of the outer edge 275, and the upper clamping fixture 277 is positioned on the upper part of the outer edge 275.

Fig. 7 shows the retaining post 276 of the present invention. The position-locking fixing post 276 comprises: lift 2761, displacer 2762, refrigerator 2763, refrigerant outlet 2764, refrigerant inlet 2765; a refrigerator 2763 which is composed of twenty coils made of red copper is arranged in the clamping fixing column 276, one end of the refrigerator 2763 is communicated with a refrigerant outlet 2764, the other end of the refrigerator 2763 is communicated with a refrigerant inlet 2765, and the refrigerant outlet 2764 and the refrigerant inlet 2765 are connected with external refrigeration equipment; a lifting device 2761 and a replacer 2762 are arranged inside the refrigerator 2763, and are connected with an upper clamping fixture 279.

FIG. 8 illustrates a lift 2761 of the present invention. The lifting device 2761 includes: a lifting motor 27611, a lifting wheel 27612, a lifting column 27613, a clamping ring 27614, a lifting top plate 27615, a perception instrument 27616 and a spacing instrument 27617; a clamping clamp 279 is fixed on one side of the lifting top disc 27615 positioned on the top, a lifting column 27613 at the center of the lower part of the clamping clamp is movably clamped with the lifting top disc 27615 through a clamping ring 27614, and the lifting column 27613 slides up and down along the clamping ring 27614; a lifting motor 27611 is arranged on one side and is connected with the lifting column 27613 through a lifting wheel 27612 and tooth engagement; a sensor 27616 is fixed to the lower portion of the lift top plate 27615, and a stopper 27617 is fixed to the base of the lift device 2761.

Fig. 9 is a diagram of replacer 2762 in the invention. The include replacer 2762: a replacement serrated wheel 27621, a replacement column 27622, an angle gauge 27623, a card connecting buckle 27624, and a replacement disc 27625; one end of the replacing column 27622 is connected with the base, and the other end is connected with the lifting top disc 27615; a replacing disc 27625 is fixed at the lower part of the replacing column 27622, and a replacing disc 27625 is meshed and connected with a lifting motor 27611 through a replacing saw-toothed wheel 27621; a card-connecting buckle 27624 is provided at the lower part of the lifting top disk 27615 and movably connected with the lifting column 27613.

Fig. 10 is a view of the strap abutment 544 of the present invention. The strap pair joint 544 includes: a rotating rod 5441, a sleeve 5442, a bearing 5443, a base 5444, a shell 5445 and a counter wire 5446; a binding band 2; the bandage 2 and the magic tape adjusting plate 27 are arranged at two ends of the shell 5445, the two quick-release structures slide relatively, an externally threaded screw pair 5446 is arranged at the center inside the shell 5445, sleeves 5442 are respectively arranged at two ends of the screw pair 5446 and are in threaded connection, and the threads of the sleeves 5442 at two ends are in reverse thread tapping; a rotating rod 5441 at one end passes through the sleeve 5442, the bearing 5443 and the base 5444 to be fixedly connected with the counter wire 5446; the rotation of the rotating rod 5441 drives the sleeves 5442 at two sides to relatively approach and move away from each other in the opposite direction through the pair of wires 5446; wherein the base 5444 is fixed on the binding band 2, one end of the bearing 5443 rotates relative to the base 5444, and the other end is connected with the sleeve 5442.

Fig. 11 is a view of the tamper 69 of the present invention. The hammer tamper 69 includes: a hammer head 691, a hammer barrel 692, a vibrating column 693 and a rotating blade 694; a positioning plate opening 67; the hammer-tamping unit 69 is provided with three hammer-tamping barrels 692 connected in series; a pounding head 691 is arranged inside the pounding barrel 692, and the pounding head 691 reciprocates for stimulating acupuncture points; a vibrating column 693 is arranged in the middle hammering barrel 692, and high-frequency vibration is used for promoting decomposition of fat in sebum; the right hammer-pounding barrel 692 is internally provided with a rotating blade 694 which rotates, stirs and vibrates to facilitate the shedding of the skin cuticle; the right hammer tamping barrel 692 is connected to the positioning plate opening 67.
