The surface two sides of the first fixed arc plate 32 and the fourth fixed arc plate 35, the surface outer sides of the second fixed arc plate 33 and the third fixed arc plate 34, the surface outer sides of the fifth fixed arc plate 36 and the sixth fixed arc plate 37 are fixedly connected with a slide rail box 39 respectively, each slide rail box 39 is internally and slidably connected with two pushing slide blocks 40 respectively, the outer ends of the pushing slide blocks 40 are fixedly connected with a second return spring 41 respectively, the other ends of the second return springs 41 are fixedly connected with the slide rail box 39, the outer sides of the slide rail boxes 39 are provided with X-shaped intersecting type telescopic frames 86, and four end points of the intersecting type telescopic frames 86 are hinged to the pushing slide blocks 40 respectively.

As shown in fig. six and fig. seven, when the first unidirectional fixed ring 3 contracts, the pushing slider 40 will move along the sliding rail and outwards under the pushing of the scissor type telescopic frame and compress the second return spring 41, when the control knob is rotated, the pushing gear 44 can be reversed, and when the pushing slider 40 can be reset under the supporting of the scissor type telescopic frame under the pushing of the second return spring 41, the first unidirectional fixed ring 3 is expanded again; the equal fixedly connected with spring protection axle in inside of slide rail box 39 promotes the surface of slider 40 and all sets up can with the gliding through-hole of spring protection axial fit, and second reset spring 41 all overlaps on the surface of spring protection axle, and spring protection axle is used for preventing that second reset spring 41 warp when receiving the compression.
