Technical Field

Background

The rash caused by the accumulation of damp-heat in the skin, such as infantile eczema, miliaria, diaper rash, and the like, is mainly characterized by dense red pimples protruding on the surface of the skin, itching accompanied feeling, and easy exudation of liquid after scratching. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the disease is caused by dampness and heat invading the exterior and causing unsmooth disease. The pathogenesis is the inter-combination of damp and heat and accumulation on the surface of the muscle. The treatment principle of the traditional Chinese medicine is to clear heat and dry dampness, dispel wind and relieve itching.

Herba Artemisiae Scopariae is dry aerial part of herba Artemisiae Scopariae of Compositae. Bitter and slightly cold in taste. It is entered into spleen, stomach, liver and gallbladder meridians. Has effects in clearing away heat and dampness, eliminating jaundice, promoting function of gallbladder, relieving fever, protecting liver, inhibiting bacteria, resisting virus, promoting urination, resisting cancer, relieving pain, and relieving inflammation. Can be used for treating jaundice, oliguria, damp warmth, summer dampness, and eczema pruritus.

The herba Taraxaci is dried whole plant of herba Taraxaci of Compositae. Sweet, slightly bitter and cold in flavor. It enters liver and stomach meridians. Has diuretic, laxative, jaundice treating, and gallbladder promoting effects. Can be used for treating heat toxin, carbuncle, swelling, pyocutaneous disease, internal carbuncle, conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, damp-heat, jaundice, stranguria with urine, odynuria, and urinary tract infection.

Radix Sophorae Flavescentis is dried root of radix Sophorae Flavescentis of Leguminosae. Bitter taste and cold nature. It enters heart, liver, stomach, large intestine and bladder meridians. Has effects in clearing away heat, eliminating dampness, killing parasite, and promoting urination. Can be used for treating dysentery, hematochezia, jaundice, anuria, leucorrhea with red and white discharge, pudendal swelling, pruritus vulvae, eczema, skin pruritus, scabies, tinea, leprosy, and trichomonal vaginitis.

Herba Artemisiae Scopariae is the monarch drug, clear away heat and promote diuresis, desensitize and relieve itching. The radix sophorae flavescentis and the dandelion are ministerial drugs, the radix sophorae flavescentis is bitter and cold in property and can eliminate dampness, and the dandelion has the effects of killing parasites and relieving itching, and can clear away heat and toxic materials, relieve swelling and dissipate stagnation and help the monarch drugs to remove rash. The formula is used with cautions for eczema caused by damp-heat accumulation in the interior, and dry eczema. The proper proportion of the oriental wormwood, the dandelion and the radix sophorae flavescentis is found out, and the application of the oriental wormwood, the dandelion and the radix sophorae flavescentis in the medicine for clearing heat and drying dampness, dispelling wind and relieving itching can meet the requirements of the traditional Chinese medicine field on the new products.

The documents 'clinical analysis of artemisia capillaris decoction for treating vaginitis 310 cases' and 'artemisia capillaris decoction for treating vaginitis 160 cases' disclose that the medicine is prepared by combining artemisia capillaris, dandelion and radix sophorae flavescentis with other traditional Chinese medicines, is clinically used for treating vaginitis, and has a remarkable curative effect. Patent document CN106420490A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition with acne removing efficacy, which is prepared from oriental wormwood, dandelion, and radix sophorae flavescentis in combination with other traditional Chinese medicines, and is suitable for treating symptoms such as acne, comedo, pimple and the like.

Patent document CN106266977A discloses a Chinese medicinal composition for treating acute and chronic hepatitis b, which is prepared from oriental wormwood, dandelion, and radix sophorae flavescentis in combination with other Chinese medicines, and has a significant curative effect on hepatitis b.

Patent document CN106728751A discloses a Chinese medicinal composition for treating psoriasis, which is prepared from oriental wormwood, dandelion, and radix sophorae flavescentis in combination with other Chinese medicines, and has a curative effect but a long treatment time.

Therefore, the prior art lacks of traditional Chinese medicine compositions for treating skin rash caused by dampness-heat in the skin, such as infantile eczema, miliaria, diaper rash and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing heat, drying dampness, dispelling wind and relieving itching, which has the advantages of good curative effect, simple preparation and no toxic or side effect.

In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing heat, drying dampness, dispelling wind and relieving itching, which comprises the following traditional Chinese medicine materials: herba Artemisiae Scopariae, herba Taraxaci, and radix Sophorae Flavescentis.

Further, the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise the following traditional Chinese medicinal materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of oriental wormwood, 30-60 parts of dandelion and 30-60 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis.

(3) standing, and filtering to obtain supernatant.

Further, in the step (2), the Chinese medicinal material raw material and water are added according to the weight-volume ratio g/m L of 1:10-40, more preferably, the Chinese medicinal material raw material and water are added according to the weight-volume ratio g/m L of 1:20-30, and particularly preferably, the Chinese medicinal material raw material and water are added according to the weight-volume ratio g/m L of 1: 25-30.

Further, in the step (2), the water is decocted for 60-180min, preferably 90-120 min.

Further, in the step (3), the standing time is 1-5h, preferably 2-3 h.

Further, the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials;

(2) decocting in water for 90-120 min;

(3) standing for 2-3h, and filtering to obtain supernatant.

The invention also provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing heat, drying dampness, dispelling wind and relieving itching in preparation of a medicine, wherein the medicine is used for preventing and/or treating infantile diseases, and preferably the diseases are selected from skin rash caused by damp-heat in skin, such as infantile eczema, miliaria, diaper rash and the like.
